Apartment vacation rentals in Nungwi Beach

Sissy was an amazing host, she resolved all the problems we had promptly and made us enjoy our stay. The adventure villa is one of the best airbnbs I’ve stayed in, with a great view of the Indian Ocean and good services.

Saidi, the housekeepers, and the owner of this guesthouse were all wonderful and helpful. Saidi in particular helped me out in any way he could, he was very attentive and worked fast.👍🏾 The location of the guest house is great. There are stores, bakeries, butchers, all around the house where you can get what you need for living. And I recommend the local restaurants in the neighborhood. Everyone is friendly and you will love it. I would have liked to stay there longer if time allowed.😌 Thanks for a really great time, much appreciated 🫶🏾

The stay at Thorsten's place was great. We just checked in at 4 in the morning although check in is not until 2pm. We discussed the whole thing with Thorsten before and that went right away! It took us 10 minutes from the location to Nungwi beach, who is unsure can take the main road to the beach. People always greet you are also very friendly so don't be afraid, is very safe. You really don't need to say anything about the accommodation. It's great apart from the price. In addition, it has a terrace upstairs where I liked to observe the stars due to the little light pollution. Thorsten always responds quickly. So if I come to Zanzibar again, I will book the same accommodation again.😁 Greetings to Saidi and Aly was a great time and collected great memories.

The residence is in the middle of the city of Nungwi, which allows you to meet the locals. It's a lively neighborhood and we had a great time here. Saidi welcomed us very warmly and was always available for us. Thanks again!

True to the photos, clean, spacious and close to the beach. Also, there is a pool that you can access by consuming at the bar. Complicado access, especially if you are going with your own transport. Great treatment and welcome, very nice and nice people. It can be a bit loud at night, yes, but it's part of the local culture.

We staid in here with a family for a month. We took apartment in the first floor with beautifull view, terrace is really big and windy so we almost didn’t have to use air con, which was good for the kids. Stuff was very friendly and Prisca is amazing! Tell her what you need and she will arrange anything :) Amazing! Apartment was clean, maybe needs some repairs but in general we recommend this place to stay, especially with children as it is a little bit private but you can easily reach all the bars in the area :)

Quiet place close to Pwani Mchangani village and beach - both maybe a 5 min walk from the house. The place is also close to some shops, bakery and restaurants. Overall peaceful and quiet place.

very hard to find. the best is if you put feza school in to google maps. the apartment is around the corner. otherwise the apartment is very nice and clean. we also loved the pool. hope to come back one day

Great place, great host

A beautiful apartment that makes you feel welcome. It is at the tail end of Darajani and walkable distance to everywhere including food joints and Darajani market. Building is non descript from outside but once you enter you realize this apartment is the real deal. Modern and well designed with special attention to decor and fixtures. We didn't try the jacuzzi but it does work. Stairs are narrow but that's typical Zanzibar. Worth every penny. And the special attention from Lilian and Zaytuna is good case study of great customer service. Even allowed us to check in early and leave our luggage to go sightseeing. Highly recommended.
