Great place one of cheapest options available but still provided amazing service. We had a bus delay and arrived at 1am and they woke up to check us in. Amazing staff 12/10 would recommend. Only downside is that it’s a little far from city but if you want to see the caves and old town it’s very convenient.

Lovely accommodation just off the main road where there are plenty eateries and walking distance to the mua caves, surrounding mountains and attractions. Friendly family, always very helpful and smiling. Breakfast included was an added bonus which is on a top floor with lovely views across the landscape. can also get an evening meal which was lovely and very reasonable too. thank you Long and family for a great stay.

The accommodation was mega beautiful and we felt totally comfortable. The food was great and the prices totally fair. Thanh showed us around the area and always went out of her way to make us feel comfortable. Since it was a little colder at night, he even got us a heater and a second blanket. We highly recommend it!

Our stay at Greenpeace Homestay was so perfect for a short time in Ninh Binh/Tam Coc. We arrived off our sleeper bus at 4:30am and the host allowed us to head straight for our room and sort check ins in the morning - she left the small light on in our room making it so cosy to come into. The place is a short walk from everywhere we visited in Tam Coc and the laundry service was extremely quick! Finally, as we left at 7am we missed breakfast but our hosts packed us a bag of snacks and water for our bus journey which was so kind and thoughtful - a perfect stay!

I had a great time a lotus field. They have a restaurant at the Homestay which is very convenient if you are like me & don’t ride a bike (everything can be quite far otherwise). The staff were very very helpful, communicative & always happy! I would definitely recommend if you want a peaceful stay with beautiful surroundings.

Nice spot with good bike and motorbike rentals

We had a comfortable and pleasant stay! We could choose the breakfast from the menu with coffee or tea and a juice, delicious! Everything was clean. Hau and her family are super nice and helpful. Also we rented bikes at good price. Definitely recommend to stay here!
