Vacation rentals in Nožed

We felt very comfortable here. The pool and house were clean. The furnishings were appealing. The kitchen was very well equipped, pots, pans, dishes and cutlery were very sufficiently available. All the electronic devices described were there and worked. Didn't miss anything, that's rare. As the last house in the cul-de-sac, it was actually quite quiet, but it sounds a little back from the neighbors and the construction site. Probably unavoidable in September. We would come back as the communication with Tomislav was also very good.

The villa was as described and very well appointed. Unfortunately, the sauna had a small defect, which was only fixed on the last day of our vacation. The quiet location has advantages and disadvantages. Without a 20-30 minute drive in any direction, there's not much to do. You have your peace and quiet. I hope the villa stays in such good condition for a long time and the care is not neglected ;)

We had a lovely stay. The hot tub was great, so was the location and the view. Super close to Motovun, in the village a very nice restaurant with delicious wine and food. We had asked for toilet paper, first it said we had to get it ourselves, but then got some. The bed was nothing for my back, very soft. But that's a matter of taste. All in all, we are very satisfied and had a lovely holiday.

We booked this great property with friends and our wauzis over the turn of the year. Unfortunately, it was not as bright as we had hoped, but still our "fear"dog was able to enjoy New Year's Eve quite well, as everything could be locked accordingly. In summer, certainly twice as beautiful, as the outdoor area is really great. The house itself is nicely divided and has enough space and space. The location in a cul-de-sac makes it pleasantly quiet and you are in all the cities of Istria worth seeing in no time. The contact via Connor and Tamara (who is the direct contact person on site) was all around great. We enjoyed our getaway.

Lea’s place is amazing and I felt right at home on my first day. She was very helpful, I stayed for a couple months and she made sure I was comfortable. The apartment is bigger than the photos and the terrace is amazing. It’s a beautiful home with great views. It’s safe and quiet and not far from the beach (about a 15-20 minute walk). There are a number of restaurants, coffee shops, and a grocery store nearby. There’s also a bus stop right outside the front door which is helpful. I would move in if I could! 😊

Highly recommended apartment! Perfect for two people, very well cared for and equipped with everything you need, exactly as described in the listing. The environment is quiet, very close to wonderful beaches and with a nice promenade in a short time you can reach the center of Rovinj. Filip was a super helpful host, friendly and attentive to any of our needs. We hope to be back soon!

Everything was great!

We stayed in Milena's house for a week now and felt comfortable there. The apartment was actually bigger than we expected. Despite the heat, it was also well tolerated in the house without the available air conditioning. Previously, Milena wrote how it works with the key handover, everything worked out just fine. Milena's son greeted us very nicely. The house was handed over to us clean. With the kitchen inventory, you could replace a few small things. You have everything you'll need. Oven,coffee maker,kettle,microwave…. Price/performance top! The beach is Max.5 minutes away. There are snacks and snack bars. In one of the bars, there was often live music in the evening. For eating, we recommend the Punta Kriz,a bit behind the campsite ( when you come down the beach to the right),there you sit fantastically (reserve for the evening) Excursions:Hum( smallest city of the World,Medulin Airport Rundflug,Buzet Aura Distillerie, SanMauro in Momjan( best biscuit(Mistellör)👍🏻Essen
