Very nice place. For those looking for tranquility and rest. Erick is a great host. Helpful, polite and made us very comfortable during the stay. We climbed the mountain in order to escape the heat of RJ and we were compensated, to the point of being able to sleep at night without a fan and covered. We recommend the pizza we ate right at the entrance of the building, very good. The building is very close to an environmental park with a waterfall, you can walk there.

Apartment well located for those who want to be well in the center of the city. I rented for my grandmother to spend 3 weeks and she felt at home. Kitchen very small but she eats out every day so there was no problem. Super spacious, well-lit room and room. All like in the pictures. Safe building. It's close to everything - you won't need a car for anything at all. Gilberto is super people stay and communicates quickly with you.

My experience was excellent! The host was extremely attentive and helpful, always responding quickly. We were greeted by her parents, who were also very kind and caring. The apartment was impeccable, exactly as in the listing, with extra covers available, which was a great distinguishing feature. The location is excellent, close to the center, easily accessible and in a quiet area. Even leaving the car on the street, we felt safe, as the place is very quiet. I totally recommend it!

All right, Fabiano and his wife are super quiet and hospitable. The place does not accommodate large cars, but even medium sedans without problems. It is well located for those who want to stay in a point between Friburgo and Lumiar and has a nice view. The only criticism is the mattress in one of the rooms, but I've already told Fabiano, who promptly thanked me and said he'll change it.

Extremely polite hosts, they promptly responded to the requests. The home exactly matches the photos. The location is excellent, close to the square of the sigh where it has pizzeria, restaurant, japanese , barzinho and emporium. In the same block there is also a bakery where you can have breakfast and has some essential products, such as detergent, etc. Finally, the accommodation provides bedding, blankets and towels , all perfectly clean. Our stay was wonderful! The photos are true to the space, it has everything you need, linens, kitchen utensils, appliances. The apartment is very large and very comfortable! Cris and Kevin are extremely helpful and polite people, always responding quickly and with excellent recommendations, check-in is very flexible, which makes it easier if you have any unforeseen events.
