Great accommodation and location

Had a lovely short stay at this location. There was clear communication before, during and after the stay. The room was exactly as described and access was very easy. The £150 damages deposit did come as a surprise but they were responsive to my questions about it and did return the full deposit very quickly after my stay. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Many thanks

Very clean and easy to check in and out, very good if you are going to the football or cricket grounds.

It was a great stay at Nottingham,that’s why we booked this also while returning from Edinburgh,on the way to India! Really it’s a great place to stay,highly recommended!

We had a lovely stay at The Rose in Beeston. Katrina was very responsive to messages despite being a last minute find due to a double booking elsewhere. I’m so glad we ended up staying at Katrina’s property it was beautiful. Well presented, large bedrooms and bathroom, a cosy living room and well equip kitchen. Everything was spotlessly clean, I could easily live there. We will definitely be back to stay when we next visit our son in university. The welcome hamper was also a lovely touch and appreciated after a 3 hour drive. Thank you 😊

The apartment was exactly as described with breakfast makings which was a nice touch. Was exactly what I needed after a busy day. I will definitely be staying again next year if I can and would highly recommend

Absolutely perfect for what I needed it for! I’m an ex-student and was in Nottingham visiting a few friends, wanted somewhere central so shops, restaurants and public transport were nearby. The apartment was super clean and had everything we needed, the tea & coffee station, cereal and milk provided was much appreciated and the well equipped kitchen really helped us to keep eating out costs down during our stay! The bnb was super easy to find and check into, struggled a bit to find the car park at first but got there in the end. Paid a small additional fee to keep the car parked for our stay but definitely worth it, the car park was super secure and was just out the back of the building so could even see the car from our room! The host was also nice enough to allow us to keep the car there on checkout day for a few extra hours whilst we did some shopping, which was much appreciated. Overall fantastic experience and would definitely stay here next time I’m in Nottingham! 😊

I enjoyed staying at James’ property. It was a great apartment with a nice view of the city centre. James was very communicative and provided detailed instructions of how to enter the property, and pictures to help locate the building. The concierge staff were also lovely and helpful

2nd stay and as good as the first time, will be one of the places on the top of my list when I have a requirement of 2 bed apartment

We live in the Beeston area and needed somewhere to stay for a few nights whilst we had building works at home. The apartment is clean and had more than enough space for a family of 4. It is also in easy walking distance to Beeston Town centre. Katrina was extremely helpful with our check in and her communication was extremely helpful making the whole experience stress free.
