Vacation rentals with beach access in Notteri

We had a wonderful time with Taty and Luca. The two are great hosts, were always easily accessible and very accommodating. The apartment is like in the Listing described and the view of the sea is simply fantastic. We felt right at home and at home. The entire property is very well equipped - especially in the kitchen there is nothing missing and you can cook wonderfully. The sea is a minute walk. We will be happy to come back and can only recommend the apartment, as well as Taty and Luca as a host. :)

The apartment is very cozy, clean and brings the best memories of the childhood. There are three bedrooms, sufficient for the family of four. There is also a spacious kitchen and salon. Nearby is a cafeteria, which is always opened with excellent coffee and ice creams. Next to it is a supermarket Coop. The beach is within a walking distance of around 15-20 min through beautiful natural park of Flamingos.

Barbara was a great host. The Airbnb was nice and clean, with everything you could need. The beach and bus stop were nearby. Barbara answered all of our questions and gave us lots of useful information about Cagliari. We really enjoyed our stay.

We had a very nice stay in Nicola's apartment. The apartment is large, bright and modernly furnished and is within walking distance of beaches and bus connections to the city. Communication with Nicola was very good and uncomplicated. We even got some recommendations for activities in the area. Nicola was also very flexible and accommodated us with the check-out time. We would definitely recommend it. Tip: Pack plenty of mosquito spray in August.

Frederica's property exceeded expectations. The sundeck and it's view are gorgeous. Better than the photos. The apartment was clean, spacious, perfect for 2 couples. The beach is a short walk, with crystal clear water and soft sand. we loved this place and would definitely return.

We had a great time at Daniel's apartment. The apartment is located right on the beach with a beautiful view of the sea. Everything was clean and Daniele was very friendly and helpful. With two children, we had everything we needed for a nice vacation. We particularly liked the outdoor kitchen and the beautiful private beach with SUPs. We will be happy to come back!

The location of the house is magnificent with an incredible ocean view. Seeing the sunset from the terrace is stunning. The rooms are simply furnished but comfortable, the bathrooms comfortable and renovated, the modern kitchen and very well equipped with everything you need. Cala Caterina beach is very quiet and practically exclusive, recommended for lounging, swimming or snorkelling. It is minutes from other wider and more beautiful beaches such as Porto Giunco, and also from Villa Simius with supermarkets, bars and restaurants. Roberto, the host of this beautiful place, was very friendly and helpful, from the first moment always attentive that we did not lack anything, really a personalized attention. We had a great vacation in this house, and it met all our expectations. We highly recommend it.

I've loved Solanas since I was a kid. Andrea's house is in the immediate vicinity of the beach. The view from the balcony to the sea is breathtakingly beautiful. Andrea made it easy for us to feel immediately welcome and comfortable. He was always available and helpful. The house was clean and equipped with everything you need. The morning after arrival, Andrea sent us lots of tips for locations and things to do. We thank Andrea for the great stay. We will be happy to return. 🫶🏻

A very friendly assistant from Stefano & Mario welcomed us at check-in. Everything shown and all well explained. The location of the house is unique, exactly as described and visible in the photos. The view of the sea is wonderful and the beach access is really very close, at most 2 minutes on foot and you are on a beautiful beach. The beach does not offer restaurants, so take a picnic with you. The house itself is very nicely furnished, it has everything you need. We were there with 3 smaller children, you just had to be very careful that nothing breaks. It has many very nice and precious decoration in the house. During the stay, Stefano was always accessible, showed us valuable tips about the surroundings and excursion options. We would book the house again immediately. Thank you Stefano and team for having us as your guests!

The stay was very pleasant. The view from the terrace is priceless. Order and cleanliness were excellent and the host was always kind and helpful. An experience to definitely be repeated.

The small house is perfectly located for relaxing beach holidays with the family. The cottage offers everything you need. The beach on the doorstep is very nice. The contact on site with Marcus was very pleasant. Marcus welcomed us personally and warmly and showed us everything. We had a wonderful time, a repeat cannot be excluded.

The stay at Sonia's house was perfect, the house is super spacious, recently renovated and with a beautiful outdoor space that both we and our dog enjoyed! Recommended for a relaxing vacation in a quiet area but close to beautiful beaches.

This was our 2nd visit to apartment and it has been modernised, the bathroom which was really lovely. All new doors and windows and we noticed a new sofa too. We always enjoy our stay, the bed is super comfortable and have best sleep, I will miss this. The balcony is a generous size and has a lovely sea view. Nice enjoying morning coffee or aperitif of an evening gazing out to the ocean. The beach will take a 3/4 minutes to walk. All you need is catered for. I would not hesitate to recommend staying here. We felt very comfortable at Sheila’s beautiful place.
