Vacation rentals with beach access in Notteri

We had a wonderful time with Taty and Luca. The two are great hosts, were always easily accessible and very accommodating. The apartment is like in the Listing described and the view of the sea is simply fantastic. We felt right at home. The entire property is very well equipped - especially in the kitchen there is nothing missing and you can cook wonderfully. The sea is a minute walk. We will be happy to come back and can only recommend the apartment, as well as Taty and Luca as a host. :)

Barbara was a great host. The Airbnb was nice and clean, with everything you could need. The beach and bus stop were nearby. Barbara answered all of our questions and gave us lots of useful information about Cagliari. We really enjoyed our stay.

We had a very nice stay in Nicola's apartment. The apartment is large, bright and modernly furnished and is within walking distance of beaches and bus connections to the city. Communication with Nicola was very good and uncomplicated. We even got some recommendations for activities in the area. Nicola was also very flexible and accommodated us with the check-out time. We would definitely recommend it. Tip: Pack plenty of mosquito spray in August.

Francesca was amazing!! She answered every question we had and gave us fantastic recommendations as well as helping us get a taxi at 5am for our early flight! 10/10

The location right on the sea is unbeatable – we were able to wake up to the sound of the waves every morning and enjoy the sunrise from the balcony. The apartment was very clean, tastefully decorated and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. We particularly liked the personal service: The landlord was very friendly and helpful and gave us great tips for restaurants and excursions in the area. The proximity to the beach was ideal – just a few steps and we were on the water. Shopping and restaurants were also within walking distance. Nice apartment, everything that is necessary was available. Outdoor area very nice, especially the outdoor shower convinced us. The beaches in the area (Chia, Tuerredda) are very, very nice and reachable within 10-20 minutes by car. The nice town of Pula is also easily accessible within 15 minutes and also recommended. It is not possible without a car, there are no restaurants that would be easily accessible on foot. Due to the fact that the apartment is on a hill, you can also hear the traffic from the street at night, which bothered us a little while sleeping. Otherwise everything worked out and we had a very nice stay in the area.

We enjoyed our stay a lot, especially the scenic view over Costa Rei was the highlight. It was really fun to cook in the kitchen which is designed in a very tasteful and modern way.

I've loved Solanas since I was a kid. Andrea's house is in the immediate vicinity of the beach. The view from the balcony to the sea is breathtakingly beautiful. Andrea made it easy for us to feel immediately welcome and comfortable. He was always available and helpful. House was clean and stocked with everything you need. The morning after arrival, Andrea sent us lots of tips for locations and things to do. We thank Andrea for the great stay. We will be happy to return. 🫶🏻

A very friendly assistant from Stefano & Mario welcomed us at check-in. Everything shown and all well explained. The location of the house is unique, exactly as described and visible in the photos. The view of the sea is wonderful and the beach access is really very close, at most 2 minutes on foot and you are on a beautiful beach. The beach does not offer restaurants, so take a picnic with you. The house itself is very nicely furnished, it has everything you need. We were there with 3 smaller children, you just had to be very careful that nothing breaks. It has many very nice and precious decoration in the house. During the stay, Stefano was always accessible, showed us valuable tips about the surroundings and excursion options. We would book the house again immediately. Thank you Stefano and team for having us as your guests!

A magical villa in a magical location with a magical host! To begin with the host, Paolo is the most incredible host, available, accommodating, interesting and always providing fantastic and useful recommendations. He is more than a host, he is now a friend! The villa is spectacular. The view is impossibly beautiful from the balcony, where you can have meals/coffees with your family on the picnic table and soak it all in. The inside of the house is a very high standard, with everything we needed and a kitchen where we were able to cook nice meals every night. The village is lovely, the Palmira market store is full of super helpful employees and have a great local selection of pastries as well. The beach right next to the villa is world class and if you want to explore other beaches (each different beach had a pleasant uniqueness), there are several within 5-15 minutes drive. We will be back. 6 stars out of 5

The small house is perfectly located for relaxing beach holidays with the family. The cottage offers everything you need. The beach on the doorstep is very nice. The contact on site with Marcus was very pleasant. Marcus welcomed us personally and warmly and showed us everything. We had a wonderful time, a repeat cannot be excluded.

i had a wonderful stay, the house is in a quiet area where there was everything you needed for a short area like mine. Ohana was very friendly and made herself available for any eventuality. I recommend this apartment even for longer periods.

The stay at Sonia's place was perfect, the house is super spacious, recently renovated and with a nice outdoor space that we loved both us and our dog! Recommended for a relaxing vacation in a quiet area but close to beautiful beaches.

We really appreciated the absolutely quiet location, the fantastic views and the beautiful hiking opportunities directly from the accommodation. Anna took great care of us and made sure the electricity provider provided a solution in a timely manner in case of a power outage. There are several beaches at different distance, which are within walking distance and are very nice. The kitchen is a bit tight but extremely well equipped. There is everything you need, even a salad spinner, which made us very happy. Not only to have such a fantastic view from the wonderful terrace but also directly from the dining table will always be remembered. We felt very comfortable!

Thank you so much Joe and Laura for an amazing stay. Your hospitality went above and beyond. We really appreciated the breakfast items, pasta, bread and wine you had ready for us, so helpful. Joe was so helpful and chatted with us for over an hour and gave us tons of local tips as well as did research for us to have the best experience possible. The parking pass was super helpful and a short walk away from the apartment. The apartment had everything we needed, including a really useful washer and dryer. The hosts were very responsive and fast to communicate when we had some questions. Great communication. The apartment is near restaurants, a grocery store, shopping outlets and a pharmacy. Very well located. Hosts recommend Deliveroo app for takeout food, and we had some awesome meals at the apartment when we were too tired to go out. Excellent location, excellent apartment, excellent host. Highly recommend you book here.

This was our 2nd visit to apartment and it has been modernised, the bathroom which was really lovely. All new doors and windows and we noticed a new sofa too. We always enjoy our stay, the bed is super comfortable and have best sleep, I will miss this. The balcony is a generous size and has a lovely sea view. Nice enjoying morning coffee or aperitif of an evening gazing out to the ocean. The beach will take a 3/4 minutes to walk. All you need is catered for. I would not hesitate to recommend staying here. This stay was easily one of our best Airbnb experiences. This apartment was so clean, tastefully decorated and had little details that made it feel intentional and luxury. Sheila's communication was seamless and professional, and she left a book of recommendations that we referenced often. It was quick to get to Poetto Beach, there's a wonderful supermarket a 5 minute walk away, and it was easy to get downtown. Fast WiFi for remote working. We loved exploring Cagliari from this base! Apartment is big, just few step from the sea and the beach. You can enjoy sea view and the sound from the balcony. There is a lot of kitchen equipment in the house... what we liked the most, espacialy our 8 years child - drums in the room! Good place to stay!

It was great stay at Anna's place, we felt very comfortable. Great location for many beautiful beaches. The apartment invites you to linger and you feel very comfortable.
