Outdoor gas grill (& older charcoal) and fire bowl (bring own firewood). WiFi not available & cell service is marginal. There is a queen sz bed downstairs, & a sofa bed (w/sm defect), the loft has a futon that flattens into small double bed, and there are 2 twin beds. No large, loud parties that go on into the night as there are neighbors, including the owners.

Rachel and Todd's house was clean and homey! It was nicely decorated and perfect for our stay! It was nice to have a washer and dryer in the basement, especially since we were there for 6 days. A few things to note: We found a bag of trash on the porch, a used up of tea in the microwave, and multiple dishes that needed cleaned before we could use them. Rachel came right over when I contacted her and grabbed the trash and I don't think the dishwasher was doing the best at cleaning the dishes. Overall, our stay was amazing! The location was quiet and about 6 blocks from Mayo Clinic. Thank you, Rachel and Todd, for an amazing place to stay!

The cottage was the perfect place for my one week exploration of Minneapolis and St Paul. It was easy and quick to navigate to all the local places. The perfect combination of clean and cozy. The kitchen had everything I needed to whip up breakfast and dinner, the living room was so cozy and they have all the streaming services. Graham was responsive, friendly and overall helpful starting even a few days before my stay. I had a wonderful time and would definitely stay again for my next visit to Minnesota.

Daniel is very easy to communicate. We got to check out late due to our late flight. Very close to Mac and restaurants and Target, Whole Foods and other stores. Apartment is very clean. Use the grey sofa bed in the living room if needed, not the red ones in the small room next to the kitchen. The sofa bed is pretty comfortable. A pleasant stay on the whole. Definitely recommend to others.

Clean home, lots of space for our group. We enjoyed a campfire; wood was dry and the host even left us supplies for s’mores. The host messaged us just to check in during the stay, but we did not having any needs outside of what was already provided. The kitchen was spacious, appliances in great shape. Forks, utensils, kitchen supplies all satisfactory to our expectations. The house itself is right next to a summer day camp in the woods, so we enjoyed the surroundings, very private location. Very easy access to downtown Stillwater. I will recommend this location to others who are looking for similar accommodations.

Wonderful spot to step into a well-thought-out comfortable and cozy bungalow space with vibes of an old-fashioned lake cottage. Beds are very comfortable and we loved the cute room divider between the beds to offer a little privacy within the shared room. Lots of games, movies, blankets, pillows, kitchen supplies and thoughtful snacks! Quiet residential area on a small lake. Nice view out the windows! Would stay again!
