We stayed here for Thanksgiving and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great communication from owner. House was clean. Proximity to the ocean was fantastic. Great views and we really enjoyed shark tooth hunting. As stated in the listing, trash had to be taken to a nearby facility. Very easy (and free) process. Would definitely stay here again. 5/5

A spacious home by the water. We celebrated Thanksgiving at this location and it was very special. The views are beautiful, had a fire right by the water and relaxed by the beach. A perfect getaway with family and friends. It has everything you need, the living room is super comfortable and great to relax with the family. The kitchen was spacious making it easy to cook and entertain the family. We loved the hot tub, playing pool and having family dinner. Overall a fabulous experience!! Great host- great communication. Highly recommend

We enjoyed our stay at Sandi’s place. It was very clean and a safe and peaceful environment. She provided extras that were so helpful. Being close to Cape Charles and Grocery store was very convenient.

Another wonderful weekend stay ! This is the third time we’ve stayed here, the only Airbnb we’ve stayed in more than once! It’s the perfect location when wanting to see and experience beautiful downtown historic Fredericksburg. The house is very comfortable and spacious for our family of five. It was the perfect home base and we walked to restaurants, shops, parks, and historic site seeing. Thanks again, Nick and Amy, for your gracious hospitality !

Christian and Naomi had great recommendations for restaurants, museums and other fun activities. The rooms were a great size and the beds were all comfy. The kitchen was stocked with all the items needed to whip up a great meal if you didn’t want to take advantage of the local eateries. The home is located in an established residential area, which was quiet. I definitely would stay again if I’m in the Richmond area.

Two couples that visit the area for a little history and Christmas Town, and this location is lovely. It feels like you are tucked away in the woods but you are still so close to so many attractions and dining options. The house is very clean and comfortable and easy to navigate. We enjoyed the basement area and the upstairs living space. We were fortunate to see a beautiful hawk in the backyard the one morning. We used the bird poster to identify a few other birds too! It's just a cozy spot and after long days out and about this home just welcomes you to relax. Honestly, we could have stayed in the house one day and been fine not going anywhere.

Ami’s place is absolutely stunning. Plenty of amenities to make one feel right at home and located in a wonderful part of the city within minutes of many amazing attractions. Ami is a wonderful host. Incredibly communicative with a fast response time and incredibly accommodating. If I ever have the chance to stay in the area again, I would love to stay in her place again.

We had a wonderful stay at Vickie's place on Breton Bay! It is peaceful and private with stunning views! The place was comfortable, extremely clean, and beautifully decorated. All of the thoughtful touches, extras, and amenities were a welcomed addition. We had everything we could possibly need and more--truly a home away from home. Vickie was very communicative throughout our stay and gave us lots of local recommendations and detailed instructions. We would highly recommend staying at this Airbnb! Great experience. We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb during the GFNY cycling event in Cambridge, MD. The property was spotless and located just about a mile from the event site, which made getting to and from the race incredibly easy. The quiet neighborhood and proximity to the water provided a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere—perfect for unwinding before and after the event. The two-bedroom unit was fully stocked with everything we needed, and the beds were extremely comfortable. Jason was incredibly accommodating, even allowing us a late check-out to fit our event schedule, which was a huge help. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area, whether for an event or just to enjoy a quiet getaway. We’ll definitely stay here again!

The photos are mirror images of the condo. The kitchen and bath are amply supplied with all the items needed, even to prepare meals if you choose. Accessibility features are a bonus when traveling with an individual with mobility issues. Locally, Portside Seafood was a welcome surprise with a delicious menu. It was the perfect place for my sister and me to have some downtime and recharge. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.

Very reasonable rates for the area! The place was clean and cozy. It was very welcoming and perfect for two people. The host is very friendly and prompt when asking questions. They are pet friendly, and though we don’t have a dog of our own we found that to be be very nice (we got to pet another guests dog that was staying in another unit 😍) The place was clean and there is so much in walking/driving distance. Just a block or two over you have access to many restaurants and shops. And just a four minute walk up the sidewalk is a Kroger. We parked our car at the house and walked where we needed. Very nice area. Will be sure to book again if I visit again in the future. We appreciate the host’s hospitality and promptness. Thanks again for having us.

Had a great stay at JT & Katherine's apartment. It is a cute place and the Carytown location is excellent! I was able to walk to so many stores, restaurants, and coffee shops right around the corner. I would highly recommend this unit!

The place was clean and clutter free. The bed could have been a bit more comfortable. The coffee and cream in the refrigerator was great.

Had a great weekend at Brandon's house! Awesome location walkable to lots of stuff, house was comfortable, and well-equipped. Brandon was a super communicative host and responded immediately to help us resolve an issue with a ceiling fan - fantastic experience and we'd definitely stay here again.

I'd highly recommend Chandra's place if you plan to visit Richmond. Lovely, spacious space with very cool art. Primo location with convenient street parking that is walkable to many great restaurants, shops, and venues. She's a great host and we had enjoyed our stay very much.

Very nice place. The unit has everything you need. Is close to the city. Robert was very helpful. We don’t used the facilities and did not go to the activities for being short time but they have a lot. Great place.

We went to Richmond for a soccer tournament weekend. The condo was great!! Just as described! It is an older complex, but Edna is doing a great job updating the condo. The best were very comfortable and we really enjoyed the easy aces to the park and walking path!!
