Vacation rentals with a pool in Northern Cyprus

Thank you Athos, we had such a wonderful time in your beach villa! The villa was within walking distance to the beach and a lovely swimming spot. The villa is ideally located to explore the coast and the beautiful Mediterranean seas! Not far from restaurants and of course Ayia Napa, and the Waterpark. Villa is huge, each room had its own bathroom and there was plenty of space to relax and unwind. We will definitely be back! Thanks again!

We had an amazing stay at this villa in Cyprus! The place was spotless, super clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing time with our three kids. The host was so helpful, always available to answer our questions and give great recommendations. Made us feel at home. If you're looking for a great place to stay in Cyprus, this is it! We had a great time in Protaras! We were five adults and a child for five days in Villa Elektra. We found the place clean spacious and homey. Great location! easy walk to the center and the beach. Connie is very friendly, easy to communicate and responsive. Hope to comeback again soon.

A luxuary Villa at c£4k for week peak season. We come to Cyprus at least once a year and have taken villas all around the area. This is the best one. Very lux, huge pool and outdoor area. Large kitchen, all bedrooms en-suite and a gym. It’s well located between Protaras and Ayia Napa. But you can’t walk anywhere (other than a small local beach which we didn’t use) so you will need a car. The service was v responsive.

Our best AIRBNB we've ever had. From the very good description of the property, the smooth and easy communication with the owners, the SPEKTAKULAERE location of the house, the more than extremely good equipment of the property to the loving owners, who gave the right answer, help and very very good recommendations in every situation. Furthermore, we felt really comfortable because the entire vacation was accompanied by all the sweet cats. If you are looking for peace and quiet, want to spend a fantastic time with all amenities, this is the place to be. In the mountains to the Troodos mountains, it is about 30 minutes by car, which awaits with a beautiful and well-marked hike. Wine lovers will also get their money's worth in this region, a few minutes further down to Troodos. We can and would like to thank you in every way for this great vacation and will certainly be back. From our side 10 stars.

Lovely house and pool situated 10 minutes outside Larnaca. Easy access to the main road A3 for moving around the island. Lovely villa with huge living area and a nice kitchen. Bedrooms are large with two bathrooms.

The place was really clean The rooms and living room are even better than the pictures, bathroom is perfect. The compound is really peaceful also has a supermarket inside open 24 hours, 1 min walk. And in front of the compound you find many restaurants and supermarkets again.

Pros: Spacious and nice apartment, large nice balcony. Cons: One bedroom with too much light with no option to make it darker, location is good but there is closer to the beach places.

Great stay in Paralimni! We had the most wonderful experience renting this beautiful home. The home was spacious, super clean, and very stylishly decorated. The rooms were bright and comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. Christina, was incredibly welcoming and quick to respond to all our questions. She made sure we had everything we needed and completely to the smallest details. The pool area was lovely and relaxing and we almost only had it to ourselves.

Stayed for a full month and enjoyed every day. Chryso responds quickly.

Positive aspects: The apartment is located on the 13th floor in a 15 floors building. check-in was smooth via lock boz. The view was amazing. The kitchenette was complete. There is a supermarket and restaurant, phramacy 100m away. Nice beach. Modern new TV with airplay option. Hair dryer. nice tables. two 3- apin to EU plug converters are available. good AC. nice elevators. good wifi. Negative aspects: (1) there was no toilet paper, handwash soap, shampoo, body soap, etc. (2) the cleanness toy opinion was somehow below the average. In aprticular, there was yellow stains on the towels. (3) the bed was not comfortable. Actually it is a sofa, not a bed. (4) there was no hanger for shampoo, body soap on the bathroom. there was no hanger for towela (5) no power socket in the bathroom. (6) chairs for balcony are not comfortable for relaxation (7) lors of ants are walking in the apartment (Maybe it is a cyprus issue) (8) there was power outage for 6 hours without prior notification. (9)
