everything was superlative and we are sorry that we didn't stay a few more days...the house is located at a wild beach, with incredible landscapes...in the house you can find absolutely everything you need...the local transport is very well organized and it is not worth renting a car ...the owner Lambros is a person who helps you immediately if you ask him...note 10 for him…we will definitely come back and recommend this dream location to everyone!

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It was in a handy location right on beach and close to the old town and restaurants. It was equipped with everything we needed and Dimitrios and Andreas were responsive and helpful.

The location is located on the beach in Protaras. The house is extremely spacious and equipped with everything you need. Although we traveled to Ayia Napa most days, the journey by car did not last more than 15 minutes. Very easy check-in and a host who responds promptly to all requests. I recommend!

I highly recommend this option for family with kids. Wonderful location near the sea, very nice beach with clean water, gentle entrance, turtles, ice cream truck. The apartment itself is well equipped for a large family. We have three children, this is a daily wash, a washing of dishes, in which all necessary equipment helped us with. The details made life even more comfortable, namely the presence of all sorts of spatulas, napkins, a variety of dishes, adapters, adapters. Fruit, wine, instant check-in, advance communication, a trip to the Metro and a pastry shop to help us feel like we were visiting friends. We had a wonderful stay on the terrace, including the opportunity to fry meat and fish.

This is a good stay and would definitely recommend to others, it is spacious and very enjoyable to stay in for a bigger group. The backyard is also incredibly spacious and the location is great. A couple quick notes: the power went out twice and so just know that it is easy to overload the system and is a quick switch flip to fix. Additionally, the location provided is not accurate and we walked .5 miles to the actual location, but the host was incredibly friendly and very helpful throughout the small mishaps.

Everything was cool: location, host, apartment. Best escape location for those needing relaxation.

Beautiful villa , so comfy it’s just like being home from home with the added bonus of a large pool,which was much needed as the weather was scorchio 😀 . The villa is ideally placed , about five minute walk from stunning Nissi beach and about 20 minute walk to the main Ayia napa strip ,or you could easily catch the bus and be there in a few minutes and for only a few euros. We were very sad to leave and would definitely book again

Probably the best location I’ve ever stayed at in Greece and Cyprus. Stunning views from the balcony, a convenient location, and the apartment has absolutely everything you could need and even more. Giovannis takes great care of his guests and does everything possible to make the stay as comfortable as possible. Thank you!

We rented a car (to tour the island) while basing in Larnaca, so parking was a primary criteria, and Themida's place provided secure, private, and easily available parking. The unit was definitely true to the pictures, and Themida was a gracious, friendly and responsive host -- plus the added bonus was she stocked the refrigerator with snacks, sodas, water & wine - making for such a welcoming experience. There was also a variety of coffees and teas.The apartment was sparkling clean.There was a wide variety of restaurants in the area and strolling into the downtown area was an easy and pleasant experience along the boardwalk. There were also a couple of small supermarkets and a pharmacy close by. All in all, it was a beautiful penthouse with all the amenities available or accessible close by. I would highly recommend this property. CONS: The elevator and lobby downstairs are not exactly top notch, but don't get put-off by it. It's a whole new world once you enter Themida's condo.

Maria's property was an exceptional location for leisure mornings with a cup of coffee/tea surrounded by lush gardens and a refreshing dip in the pool. It's proximity to lovely local sandy, family friendly beaches made for easy transitions from poolside to beach front. The property was ideal for preparing your own meals in a kitchen equipped with all the modern appliances. It also had a poolside barbeque area if you prefer grilling poolside next to the dining area. Walking distance to multiple local restaurants is convenient, when you want to leave the cooking and clean up to someone else. The off street parking was handy for loading and unloading your cases and groceries. The supermarket next door was very convenient for those last minute must have items. The property is a wonderful place to chill with teles in every room, top rated books in the library, local tourist info and board games. We had an amazing stay and would highly recommend this very private, top shelf property.

Had such an amazing experience. It’s our 2nd time coming back to the same accommodation. I am now a regular :) Steve and his beautiful family are very welcoming, polite and warm hearted and i would not choose a different place to stay. A great two week stay with my husband and our two children aged 20 and 28 . A two minute walk takes you onto the main rd full of restaurants and plenty of great places to eat . We had a car and drove to a quiet beach about 10 minutes away but there is a great beach only a five minute walk away . The villa is situated in a quiet gated area but close to everything . I would highly recommend this place and would stay again .

From the first time I booked the place until the day of my Check out miss simge was professional and nice and responds to my every enquiry almost immediately, the place felt like home it didn’t feel like just an apartment it kitchen was fully equipped from heavy pots to spoons and knives the rooms had extra blankets and pillows this just a for instance. Before arriving Rita organised food/drinks to get a very warm welcome. The house was prepared on a perfekt level and has had all relevant utensils what is needed for a great and carefree holiday...even more than that!! Thanks again to Rita!! Also useful to know there are towels/beach chairs/beach umbrellas etc. From the house it is just a few metres walk to reach one of the nicest beaches on the island. Close to the house you can reach small food stores and some restaurants. For going out you need a walk of approx. 15-20min reaching a street(protatas) full of restaurants and bars.

Mr. Rifat was very interested before and after the reservation, he was very pleased with the referrals and quick response, one of the best locations of the house is one of the best locations in the area, 5 minutes to the market to the beach, the apartment was quite clean, like an iron and a broom, etc. There are household items, we were very pleased with the holiday we planned for the honeymoon, thank you Mr. Rıfat.

We have just spent a week at Katrina’s beautiful home celebrating mine and my husband’s 50th birthdays with our family. The Villa is spacious, our son and his fiancée are expecting their first baby and the bedroom on the ground floor was ideal for them. The pool is a lovely size and we all spent a lot of time in. The Villa is in a great location close to all amenities. We plan to book again, and next time have our first grandchild with us 😍 We highly recommend Dream Beach Villa.

Was amazing and exceeded expectations! The house is equipped at a high level, the pool is stunning and very well maintained,every day a pool man came to take care of, the villa looks exactly as pictured, and the most special part is the beach, the entrance to the water right in front of the garden, a simply beautiful beach!!!!! We enjoyed every moment thank you so much!
