Urocze miejsce w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji. Przestronna kuchnia z salonem pozwala na swobodne funkcjonowanie przy śniadaniu i wieczornym wypoczynku. Do tego 2 łazienki, które zapewniały komfort organizacyjny. Przy domu znajduje się przytulny taras oświetlony lampkami. Gospodarz bardzo sympatyczny i pomocny. Bardzo dobry kontakt i troska o swoich gości. Polecamy serdecznie! :)

The place was well kept. The host was excellent and very helpful. We will definitely stay there again if we get to Paralimni.

A great experience at Nicola’s place, you have all you need for a great stay, and the location is just perfect, not to mention the reactivity of the host in solving problems quickly and giving valuable suggestions. The price is fair compared to the average in Cyprus.

We stayed as a family for 4 days. Had a wonderful experience. Everything was 10/10 and way over what we expected. Fair price for such a great place. We especially enjoyed Alexandros’ service. He was very responsive and willing to help with every little thing we needed. He is a wonderful host and I strongly recommend staying here if you are coming to Larnaca. A great place to stay in the center of Nicosia. It was my second stay and as always it was clean, ready to receive me and Marie/ Ellen allowed me to check in a bit earlier than the assigned time which was very kind of her and helpful for me too. Marie- Ellen always responded to my questions quickly and accurately offering any help I needed. I must say that when I arrived at her place other than the super cleanliness of the place, Marie-Ellen had everything one would need after a trip such as coffee , tea, cereal, fruit, and breakfast. Her fridge and cupboards were well stocked which made the beginning of my stay easy and comfortable. Thanks a lot Marie-Ellen and see you soon again! Aida

Spacious and well-equipped apartment, comfy bed, easy and friendly communication, fast&reliable internet, supermarket and public transport nearby, beach in walking distance. The highway is very close, which is great for going around by car, but you do hear it, especially when on the balcony. Still, very decent value for money, can definitely recommend.

Great and safe location. Easily accessible to the beach and local restaurants. The apartment itself is very beautiful, nice marble flooring and new furnishings. Small kitchen for the essentials. Has a partial sea view and nice balcony. A little loud at night from the street but it calms down at midnight. Very clean apartment and staff is very accommodating and friendly. They are there for you for whatever you need. Highly recommend!

Very smart and pristine apartment. Toufic couldn’t be any more helpful. Access to the apartment is very easy. There is a small supermarket within a 10 minute walk.

+ Excellent beautiful location ( away from it all ), very peaceful . Very good apartment complex , nice spa and restaurant . Very good and clean apartment. - photos don’t match real apartment at all becouse according to their rules apartment will be the Same category and size but no exactly the same . We got completely different apartment and much smaller , landlord refused to change it and only after airbnb team help the apartment was changed to the one we choose.

Great host so helpful and gave clear check-in information. Great location, love the use of the pools especially the roof top one! Apartment was well equipped and very comfortable, I slept soundly every night and will definitely like to stay again :)

We stayed for a week, it is a quiet area, walking distance to our points of interests and to the bus stop at the square. Apartment very well equipped with every little thing that you might need. And it is very suitable for a workation having 2 desks, which we used. Thank you for all the friendly and quick communication

Temizliyor konusunda hassasiyetimiz vardı fakat yataklar ve ev tertemizdi, konumu bulma konusunda da hiçbir sıkıntı yaşamadık, kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum.

Ben ve kızım çok huzurlu ve müthiş manzaralı bir konaklama geçirdik. Tam sevdiğimiz türden bir tatildi. Manzarası yüzünden evden pek çıkmadık. çoğunlukla zamanımızı balkonda geçirdik. iki ayrı tuvaleti olması çok iyi. Çevredeki yakın restorantlar da yeterli ve fiyatları çok uygundu. Bir tek yemek yemeğe ve markete gitmek için evden çıktık. Onun dışında çok sessiz ve huzurlu bir tatilimiz oldu. Tekrar gelmek lazım. Andreas'a teşekkür ederim herşey için.

Loved it! The jacuzzi was not working while we were there unfortunately, but we very much enjoyed the space and the walks by the water with our kids. Lots of fun tide pools to check out and places to play for kids. Highly recommend this place for families.
