Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Northeast Philadelphia

Great location, center of everything in Philadelphia. You are near center city so can hear the street noise, but it’s not too bad. Very open and nice space. Comfortable mattress. We had some issues with some amenities and it was addressed right away. Asrif is a great host and responsive.

Easy to get into center city. Lovely having 2 bedroom and 2 full baths. Parking nearby

The location and space are great for relaxing and exploring downtown Philadelphia, the keyless entry is super convenient, and Joseph is a great host!

I had an amazing time during my stay. I had checked in late, but unfortunately, was not able to use the code to enter the building and due to having difficulties checking in my first day, Vincent offered me an extra day free of charge 🤩.. definitely admired his hospitality. I will so be booking again with them in the near future. That was my only issue that I had occurring other than that my stay was peaceful and a great time away from home. I was able to get to the train that was only an eight minute walk that allowed me to take the L and also the Patco . It’s a great way to be in the middle of the scenery of Dave & Buster’s and eatery areas. Definitely enjoyed my time will be booking again.🤗

Great place to stay for a few nights. Very close to the train station which was very convenient. The streets nearby can get a bit noisy, but overall the apartment was comfortable

Place is just like the pictures. There appears to be a 24 hour doorman that lets you in the building. The Broad st. Line is nearby and there are some restaurants and bars in walking distance. We came for an event at the Wells Fargo Center so we didn’t do the normal tourist thing.

Great place, super cozy and clean. Located in area that is walkable to everything we wanted to do! Host is very attentive and responsive.

The house was beautifully decorated and very clean. The weather was too cold for us to enjoy the wonderful outside back area, but it was so cute that I was tempted to go out and sit in the cold! Ivy was also very nice and was able to accommodate our request to leave the bags for a slightly later pickup after checkout. Overall a great stay!

We had a great stay at Leonard’s place. It was reasonably priced for the accommodations we received. It was a great location and a cozy space. The garage was super nice for a small car and made me feel better driving my car into the city.

The place was great. A real nice location close to local restaurants, bars, and shops and the train. It is a short train or car ride to Citizens Bank Park, Lincoln Financial Field and the Wells Fargo Arena. Broad Street which is main artery in the city is a short walk. Neighborhood was very quiet and the place was well kept, neat and clean. The rooftop deck with a view of the City skyline was excellent both day and night. Parking was a little tight but it is a city and we did find free parking with a little effort. There is also a lot (EZ Park) right up 15th street that was reasonable and easy to get in to. The TV's were big and worked great as did the WiFi. Overall and outstanding stay and I will definitely book again.

Great place for a big family. My family of 6 had more than enough room. The house also has easy access to Philadelphia. We even had Connie drop off a dozen cookies during our stay. All around fantastic!

Great host. Responded quickly about any issues I had. Neighbor is a little rough around the edges but being close to the met and the warehouse on Watts was great.

Great location! Lots to do within minutes of the Airbnb. Fantastic space for families with kids. Lots of games to keep the kids occupied during downtime. Very clean, had everything we needed. The host was extremely helpful and attentive. Parking was a little tricky but other than that, highly recommend this space! Would love to come back again.

Enjoyed my stay at Deluxe’s listing. The place was clean and gave a luxurious vibe even though it was a studio. I loved the shower as well. Checking in was easy and so was checkout. I had a last minute meeting pop up on my calendar and they allowed me to checkout an hour later than originally planned. I was really appreciative of that. I would for sure stay here again.

I had the pleasure of staying at this charming 2-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom gem, and I can honestly say it exceeded all expectations! The space was not only spotless but also radiated warmth and comfort from the moment I stepped inside. It truly felt like a home away from home. The location is perfect just a short distance from Philadelphia, offering the best of both worlds a peaceful retreat with easy access to the city. What made this stay even more special was Jodatur made sure we had everything we needed, which made our stay feel stress-free and enjoyable. I can’t thank them enough for their hospitality! I’ll definitely be booking again the next time I’m in the area. Highly recommend!

I love the aesthetics throughout the property. I was already familiar with the area and it was conveniently close to everything that I needed to do. I really enjoyed the kitchen set up and the yard. The beds were super comfy. It took me a little minute to figure out how to work one of the showers however, it was definitely amazing. A friend of mine recommended this location to me (they should offer her a discount lol) and I would definitely stay again.

I walked to Reanimator coffee in Fishtown every morning and got takeout for everyone. The bed was comfortable. Interesting inustrial + yuppie condo neighborhood. Was perfect for us.
