Yves was great. Great location. He Is a kind and considerate host. His place is great for the single traveler. i enjoyed my stay!

The space is beautiful, chic, and modern. Quiet neighborhood, and literally in the center of Philly so perfect location. Hosts were extremely nice and responsive despite a last minute booking and check in at 12am. Happily answered all my questions despite asking at 3am. Parking was a bit of a hassle at first. But once I figured it out, it was no issue. Would definitely book again.

This is a great place to stay. We had plenty of room for six. It was clean and comfortable. Ear plugs and a white noise machine were provided but we didn’t have any trouble with the noise level (understanding we were in a big city and across from the Liberty Bell which our crew thought was cool)! The host was very responsive, but we didn’t need anything at all since check in was easy. We enjoyed the pool table in the common area. The location was fantastic and across the street from Independence Hall.

We had a great one night stay here. Charlene was communicative and helpful. The place was clean and the bathroom and shower were spotless. Everything as described and the private parking spot was great! Excellent WiFi speeds for streaming and working. And excellent heating.

Great apartment, AC sytem runs with noise though.

Simon is a great host and I have stayed in teo of his spaces to date with a great experience overall!

Absolutely loved our stay. The decor added such a fun touch to the space. The beds were comfortable, and David was accommodating to our requests. Parking was easy, got a free street spot no problem and decided to not move our car for the duration of our stay so as to not lose it. Highly recommend this listing!!

Michael’s place was beautiful, clean, and a cozy space for a weekend stay. The photos match the apartment and Michael had amenities available for us to use. I appreciated that the places we needed to go to were within driving distance and some were walking distance. The one challenging part about the stay was finding parking in the neighborhood and we had to park in an overnight garage. Despite this, Michael was very helpful with tips and suggestions prior to checking in!

Coming all the way from Toronto, we stayed at Elizabeth’s airbnb over this past weekend for our visit in Philadelphia to watch an eagles game! (go birds!!) Elizabeth was an amazing host & always had great communication with me the entire stay! She was there for anything we may have needed & provided extremely clear instructions for us to follow! We loved how close this location was to the field & that there were stores at a walkable distance to get whatever we needed (Target & Giant) We had a comfortable amount of space for myself, my husband, my dad & both of my brothers! The instructions on how to get inside & get into the parking garage were extremely clear, a little bit tricky to figure out but as long as you follow all of the instructions you won’t have any issues! The apartment building is older & the unit does have a few cosmetic flaws but we had no issues during our stay & all of us had said we would absolutely book here again in the future! Thank you for being a great host!

Angel is amazing! Right from the first moment of getting out of the car we felt right at home. We talked and hung out like old friends. Angel gave us some great restaurants to try and even helped when we got lost because we typed in the wrong restaurant name lol. The bed was super comfy and the entire place was clean and had basically anything we could have needed. Definitely stay here! We will go back again for sure!! GO BIRDS!!

Beth was a fantastic host and her place was clean and convenient. She was extremely responsive and in a timely manner. My only comment is that it may help to explain where the main door to enter the building is, as the garage door is on the side of the building where there is one unmarked entrance to the building that requires a key fob to enter which you don’t have immediately upon arrival. Would recommend Beth and this location 10/10.

Everything was great, since the first talk to the check out. The place is lovely, clean and very comfortable. A lots to do around the building. Elizabeth is very sweet and very aware of whatever we need. 100% sure I would rent her place again!!!

I’ve stayed at many Airbnbs, but never have I seen one this clean—literally spotless! The attention to detail in the entire space was incredible, and the atmosphere felt so well thought out and inviting. The host was absolutely amazing—super helpful and always available to answer any questions. The location couldn’t be better, with everything you need within walking distance, from bars to restaurants and more. I couldn’t recommend this place enough!"

I only stayed for a night, but I have already recommended this place to a couple of friends. This place is beautiful and better than what the pictures showed. It was super clean when we entered. It is handicap accessible (My partner just had ACL surgery and we were able to get him around just fine on his crutches. The kitchen was amazing, and I wish we would have been able to make a meal here. This place is great! My only complaint is that it's a bit difficult if you have a car. Street parking is packed. There is a garage for your car, but you have to go inside the building to get the garage opener, come back out, drive your car around the block to get back to the garage door, and then re-enter the building. Then upon leaving, repeat the process. If you are by yourself, or have someone who cannot drive, it's a bit tedious.

This is an exquisitely designed, spacious stay in a fun neighborhood. There are so many options for great food and shopping within walking distance (Suraya and Kalaya were favorites). The elevated train was not an issue for sleeping because it does not run for most of the night/early morning, but it does rumble more than hum (earplugs are provided). Parking was straightforward and next door, and check in/out was seamless. I would definitely stay again, and I’ll be booking this spot if it’s available next time I visit.

Johanne’s hospitality and her estate was absolutely stunning!!! Myself and my guest enjoyed everything about the place. Spacious rooms, the back porch was immaculate, the swimming pool was everything, and the rooms were like apartments in each space. I would definitely recommend renting Miss Johanne’s property for your Philly stay.

Wow this place is fantastic! From the moment you walk in you feel totally taken care of. Everything is super comfortable and cozy: beds, common areas, bathrooms…and we loved having a fireplace to curl up in front of! It is clear that there is intentionality with every design element. Everything was elegant and beautiful. We loved being so close to the city and David was a fantastic host and made sure we were well taken care of. Overall I would strongly recommend!

Logan's place was a paradise in Pennsylvania. The place was comfortable, with all amenities we could ask for, with stunning surroundings. Logan made it very welcoming for us. We had some treats waiting for us, and the instructions for the house were extremely helpful. We also had some great surprises, like access to kayaks and bikes, and a gym that had everything we could ask for. Logan was responsive with any questions, and she made sure we were comfortable throughout our visit. I highly recommend Logan's place for a cozy and quiet getaway from it all.

Adriana's home superseded our expectations in every way! We will be looking to rent this home again next year. Adriana was extremely gracious and responsive in all of our communications including helping to schedule a time for us to retrieve items that we had left behind...she went out of her way to help us with this which was much appreciated. I would recommend this home/experience in the highest regard!

Another wonderful family stay at Sandeep's home in Cherry Hill. The adults and grandchildren look forward to our next stay as the home accommodated all of us with plenty of private bedrooms and large areas to gather.

Our stay at the Cozy House was fantastic. The home lived up to its name. The thoughtful touches like the well stocked kitchen and comfortable bedding made it feel like a home away from home. Excellent location in the wonderful Passyunk neighborhood of South Philadelphia. The host Jeffery, was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed for a seamless experience. It’s clear he takes great pride in providing a top notch stay for his guests. We would absolutely recommend the Cozy House to anyone visiting the area and would love to stay here again in the future.
