This is our third, possibly fourth stay with Kerry. The stay is like home from home, with everything you could want in a beautifully decorated space. Kelly replies extremely quickly and nothing seems too much trouble. She's even managed to reserve the good weather for us each time we come...

Delightful AirBnB; stunning location and views over the sea and the setting sun from the deck with a glass of Guinness Zero just what the Doctor ordered ! Everything was clean, tidy, functioning and comprehensively equipped. Check in straightforward and private parking outside. David and Angela's communication before and after was excellent. It was a quiet week and break for the two of us and our Labrador to simply relax. We went "off season" which suited us well. The morning and evening walks along the beachfront good for the soul. We have no hesitation in recommending this AirBnB and David and Angela. It is ideally located to explore North Devon if you want to go more wider than Woolacombe. Conversely, just enjoy the views from the deck and relax. An evening meal in the Chichester Arms in Mortehoe just up the road - coupled with a log fire - and then back to the AirBnB lounge on the sofa with a decent movie. We would happily book this again - in fact - we are tempted to buy there !

Helen was so helpful! Her place is absolutely spotless. Well equipped for a family! Kitchen is fantastic, everything you need! Great garden area which is private and secure which was perfect for our pooch! This house is exceptionally clean. We will be back - Thank you Helen x

Well presented, maintained and fully appointed comfy home away from home, in the hub of the harbour yet set into a tranquil hidy hole out of the madding crowd (with a cracking little view north to wales affording photogenic sunsets and sunrises - and even a pair of binoculars supplied to view the crabbers, ships and birdlife - framed by French doors onto the balcony). Very proactive host - Would love to visit the Sailors Delight again!

Modern house within walking distance of both the village centre and the beach. The house has plenty of downstairs space and a huge deck for relaxing and outdoor dining. My family thoroughly enjoyed staying here.

Really nice stay. Ruth was helpful & responded quickly. The house slept 4 of us comfortably and was lovely & warm. It couldn’t have been better for access to the beach where winter dipping in the sea meant we could get back quickly & warm up. Highly recommended & Hele Bay is one of the nicest spots you could hope for.

We chose Sunspan to celebrate our friend’s birthday weekend. We were so impressed with the house and it’s layout, but mainly it’s location walking distance to the beach. Clear instructions from Rachel made our arrival easy. The house was just as the pictures, the location at the end of the cul de sac offered fabulous views of the fields and a fabulous sunrise. The lounge had more than enough sofas for all our group and the inside and outside tables did also. The kitchen was modern and well appointed. The bedrooms were spacious and well furnished. The house is close to the town of Bude which has all amenities.Port Isaac , Boscastle, Padstaw are all within comfortable driving distance. Overall we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sunspan, the weather was amazing, so we were able to use the outside space for drinks and meals. Perfect for our needs, would stay again

Spectacular (and quiet) location with great views over the estuary. Very clear and just as described (including the low ceilings) - it is a very characteristic and traditional old cottage; but well modernised and very liveable. Not so easy for any one with mobility issues with car parking some 5-8 min walk away and the centre of Appledore some 10-12 minutes (but that was not a problem for us) - the local pub (<5min) was great. Joshua was very responsive and helpful. A great stay in a memorable place.

Ideally located, clean, modern accommodation with everything you need. great for young family. Swimming pool on site is immaculately clean. would highly recommend. Only minor issue was Wi-Fi in the evening was unusable some nights, i guess because everyone on the site is streaming tv.

This is our second stay at Atlantic View - and just as wonderful. Beautifully situated, with stunning views. A home from home - the space is very clean and well equipped. The holiday village is quiet, but with new facilities open which are lovely. Heated pool, bar and restuarant within walking distance.

Brett is a great host, really friendly and approachable.

From the outset Kathryn welcomed us with all and more essential information regarding her beautiful apartment. It lived up to and excelled our expectations and we enjoyed the most wonderful, comfortable and relaxing few days. Loved the chalet, the location is amazing for coastal walks/beaches/and driving to Bude.

Fantastic location within minutes of the beach which was perfect for our short Easter break. The apartment is beautiful with everything needed, and access to the pool & sauna were a very welcome addition for us during our stay. Victoria is an excellent, responsive host and the building concierge are also top notch. Thank you!

Absolutely gorgeous property and we have stayed in quite a few in Bude. The views are the best in town. Nicky was quick to respond to any of our questions . Perfect for a family or group of friends . The property had everything we needed hope to return again .

Just got back from a fantastic few days in Woolacombe. Apartment was fab, clean and tidy with everything you could possibly need including buckets and spades for the kids (huge hit) Location could not have been any closer to the beach. Views were insane. Can not fault Chris the host. Very helpful and easy to get hold of. Overall would 100% recommend and we are all looking forward to returning again in the future

We have had a fantastic week at Beachside! Beautiful house and garden just a few meters from the beach and sea! The house was extremely clean and very spacious! Des is a fantastic host, very clear instructions and recommendations and a kind gift left for us too… we would definitely look to return to Beachside! ☀️

Lovely house and garden minutes from a great beach. The open plan living space was great for our holiday. The house was great for our (soon to be) two year old daughter. Bedrooms were spacious and the whole place had a nice feel.

Wow, what a wonderful house to stay in! We could not fault this fantastic house. The location is just amazing - sitting alone on the cliffs, overlooking the sea, with far reaching views in all directions. The house itself is a joy to spend time in. Whatever the weather, the stunning views from the huge windows are mesmerising. The house has everything you could need and is furnished beautifully. It's a fantastic place to enjoy time with family and/or friends and we really didn't want to leave. James was great to communicate with.

Beautifully decorated house with the most incredible views. Every night (apart from 1 as it was raining), we enjoyed the sun setting over the sea. The house was really practical for our family of 3, with a fully functional kitchen, comfortable living area and two very good size bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms. The house is located no more than a 10 minute walk in to Woolacombe and super close to the beach. Would highly recommend the fish and chip shop in Mortehoe and the Sri Lankan curry from the beach hut on Barricane Beach. Julia was really helpful and great at keeping in touch if we needed anything. We would love to come again. Thank you for having us. x

The bungalow was such a beautiful place to stay. Amazing views and everything you need for a comfortable weekend away.

Beautiful place to stay, about 3 minutes walk to the beach and next to places to eat and drink. It was clean and everything looked well maintained and looked after. Louise was fantastic, she welcomed us as we pulled up and responded to messages quickly. Would highly recommend

The apartment was very inviting, bright, clean and welcoming. A cream tea and Prosecco awaited us, with milk for our first cuppa. Everything was geared for our comfort and enjoyment. It was such a treat to be able to sit on the South facing balcony to view sea, sky and surfers, and listen to the waves on the beach a stone's throw away. The bed and bedding were very comfortable and high quality, and surprised to have toiletries provided for in the shower and by every sink. Amazing location for walks along the beach and beautiful clifftops and two local cafés and Sainsbury's up the road. There was no need to get in our car for the duration of our stay. We left rested and relaxed, and hope to return again.
