Vacation rentals with breakfast in England

A group of old school friends had a lovely stay at Shelia’s beautiful house. Great open kitchen and communal space. Made use of the hot tub which was a nice addition. Nice country walks from the house and enjoyed a meal at The Farmers Inn. Would definitely stay again.

Had a fantastic couple of days in Hebden over new year. Property is 10 minutes walk from the town and the canal. Loads to do in town, some fantastic pubs ! Loved the duke box in the house !

Carol is such an interesting and well travelled host. The house is filled with intriguing books, furniture, paintings and prints. We could have spent all day there! Great breakfast, nice to meet the other guests over it. And some really interesting conversations. The loft room is cosy and en suite is helpful.

Hi arrived and felt welcome straight away .Nice area od Scarborough rural-quiet.Which I'm used to wonderful .Accommodation was perfect ,especially the separate bathroom with shower&bath.Breakfast each morning was attentive & nicely presented. Definitely book again as Sarah makes you feel relaxed &at home instantly. Is near to Scarborough but a good walk if your not to fit lol .Taxi would be a plan B if not .Air B&B for me in summer was perfect thankyou ♡

Such a great place, ideal for our needs, treats to keep us going and breakfast supplies, comfy beds, spacious lounge, amazing shower, wonderful recommendation for the local pub, all round fantastic home.

I had a really lovely stay; I was visiting my daughter and chatting with Rosie added an unexpected very pleasant element to my weekend. I can highly recommend as the place was cosy, clean and full of small touches that made me feel more like a member of the family than a paying guest. Rosie cooks a brilliant breakfast and had made a fresh fruit salad for me too ! Having the whole top floor was a treat as I could relax and not worry I was disturbing anyone. Wonderful !!

I just want to reiterate what everyone else has already said about Belinda and Ian's place - it's a fantastic place to stay. Belinda is an amazing cook so you can expect good home cooked food. It's the perfect balance of being chatty and sociable but also getting your own space to relax. Highly recommend!

From even before we arrived at the house richard was on the phone to make sure we were all ok and greeted us on arrival. House was beautiful and richard gave us a tour of the house and showed us where everything was had all facilities we needed and were told to help ourselves to teas coffes croissant biscuits toilitres etc everything you can think of and need richard had for us he even drove us all in and out of the city multiple times nothing was an issue. Would definitely visit again and i think we can all say we are going to miss Richard as he was just the best 👌

Another excellent short break at this lovely little place.

Ideal side of Harrogate to stay while visiting relatives in Harrogate. Use of the parking permit made life easier to empty and reload the car of luggage. Not as easy to get a space from 6.00pm to 9.00pm but used the disc parking during these times and moved the car closer after 9.00pm. The rooms are very cosy and the bed very comfortable.

This was our second stay in Martin and Carmens lovely apartment and will definitely book again when we’re in Leeds. Wonderful friendly hosts and very comfortable and quiet place to stay with easy access to the centre of Leeds and surrounding areas.

We had a lovely stay at Latham Lane. Beautiful place down to all the little decorative touches! Beds were super comfy and had everything we needed. Beautiful view across the hills and Jane was on hand to help with anything.

Lovely place, spotlessly clean and had everything you could possibly need and lot's of extras too. Very comfortable and friendly helpful hosts.

Helen's place has a great location - near the station and a short walk to the centre of town. The check in instructions were clear and Helen was very responsive to my questions. The flat itself is clean and spacious. We would stay again if we find ourselves in York.

This is the second time we have stayed with Winston and we would stay again. The property is perfect for us. Close to transportation, shops and restaurants and perfectly outfitted with everything we need. You can also always count on either Winston or Liz to respond quickly if you have any questions or concerns.

I was visiting York for the first time with my partner and was swayed by this property due to the free parking and nice looking place. I am so glad I was. The space is STUNNING, much bigger than the pictures and honestly such great value for money. The hosts, David and Anita, were super friendly, helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. Important highlights - The water pressure in the shower was good - The bed was super comfy - The location is perfect - The complimentary extras from the hosts were wonderful and generous I would happily say this is the best Air bnb I have stayed in. Thank you so much!

Super place! We’ll definitely be back as we loved the area and our room gave us everything we needed for the stay. We also enjoyed the breakfast cupboard with bread for toast, cereal, eggs and yogurts, plus teas and coffee with fresh milk. It’s all very nicely laid out and more spacious than it looks. Sharon also offered us a late checkout on our last day which was very welcome. Handy for Harrogate and we took heed from previous reviews and ate at The Inn which was delicious and can be recommended. Overall nothing to fault, though next time we’ll bring slippers as the floor was a bit cold with these February temperatures!

The place was great. Amazing decor in the room and en suite, very comfortable bed, kettle with selection of teas, coffees and treats in the room. Breakfast very thought through. The hosts are very friendly and gave plenty of advice regarding the sightseeing. The dog is the cutest thing ever. Very happy with the stay

My husband and I just had the most wonderful time at Amanda’s house. Perfect location for York, bus stop literally just outside the front. Plenty of local shops and restaurants. Recommendations from Amanda for an amazing breakfast/brunch/lunch place called “ The Greengrocer’s “ make sure you go there hungry as the portions are huge. The house is full of character and furnished in keeping with the style of the house, loved looking at all the pictures and reading material in our room. Very clean and comfortable room, little fridge for milk and snacks and kettle provided with tea, coffee, sugar. Our bathroom was outstanding with claw foot bath and a new shower, so luxurious. Snuggled up on the sofa in our room under a cozy throw watching tv, so chilling. Amanda and partner are so welcoming and friendly it honestly felt like our home for the weekend and we even had a game of snooker on their full sized table. Breakfast really good and perfect hosts, will go back like a shot. Thank you both

Andrea & Paul met us, showed us around and offered some recommendations. They were friendly & engaging. The loft is cozy & inviting, would have liked a longer stay. The coffee/tea tray in the morning was a lovely touch.

Amazing overnight stay. Beautiful surroundings, the food In the pub was incredible. Especially the pies! Will be back again for sure. Hosts and everyone were so friendly, even being our 2 big dogs it was a great stay.

Simon was an extremely friendly and welcoming host. The accommodation is in a gorgeous setting right on the coast to coast path and Simon gave me a choice of rooms when I arrived. Simon cooked a great breakfast and it was lovely to chat to him. He also has two beautiful dogs. Would definitely stay here again if visiting the area.
