Beautiful house! Lots of space and had everything you need for your visit. The community pool was great too. Very close to Portland and easy to get to other areas of Maine from the location. Jason was a great host and very responsive and helpful! Only minor complaint was mattresses upstairs were a little on the firm side but other than that the house was great!

Beautiful Airbnb! Everything in the Airbnb was very well thought out. The host was super nice and always quick to respond. My only regret was not spending more time here!

Great house just a few minutes from downtown. The house was very cozy and clean in a quiet neighborhood. Our dogs loved the huge side yard as well. The heated ceiling fan in the upstairs bathroom is heavenly 😅

This was our second stay at Craig's place. It is a perfect home for our two families which include a 2, 4, and 14 year olds. there is plenty of space and the pool area and indoor basketball gym are such an amazing treat! We were happily surprised to find a new mini split in the large game room which cooled the whole downstairs.

Kathi’s place was great! Super close to the Downtown Portland/Old Port area. Kathi was a great host, extremely responsive and genuinely nice, plus she even made my family and I some delicious blueberry muffins for our stay! Her instructions were clear and she made us feel right at home! Would definitely stay again whenever we’re in the area!

We had a wonderful stay for Christmas, we were even allowed to bring our fur baby! The home was beautiful with all of the amenities we could hope for.

This house was great for our stay with 6 families and lots of babies. The house was equipped with plenty of towels, baby gear and kitchen items. Perfect amount of space for a big party. Very spread out in terms of bedrooms but cozy common living areas to all hang out in. Host was responsive and overall great stay. Not much to do in the area, but it was close in proximity to grocery stores, Walmart and even Starbucks. Highly recommend.

The hosts were very prompt in communicating. The thoughtfulness they have put into furnishing the property is amazing. It has a very vintage nautical feeling to it. The house is extremely well appointed. We didn’t have any problems at all. The surroundings are off the beaten path which we especially appreciated. It’s a short 10 minute drive to Damariscotta Downtown. I would highly recommend this property.

Lovely place to stay for a beach vacation, and unusually well-equipped with everything you need for the beach - towels, wagon, toys, chairs, umbrella. Would for sure stay there again! The hosts are close by and super-responsive.

Great spot with a lot of space you never feel like you are on top of each other. Gas station and restaurants within a 1 min drive. Grocery store 5 min drive.

Jerry's house was a great location with terrific views. The house was tastefully decorated and immaculate. A perfect Maine getaway that we cannot wait to go back to in the future.

Found this home because we needed a place with EV charging, but super glad we landed here! Wonderful home in a wonderful location (and it has 2 EVSEs!). I like the 1 bedroom strategy…that makes a ton of sense for providing access to a home when full utilization is not needed. The superbowl on a 85 inch TV with a Sonos arc system was fantastic!

Great house for a quick get away! Well equipped kitchen and very clean overall throughout the house. Great yard, and semi private, away from the other homes. We enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you!

This was such a wonderful property for my family -- beautiful and peaceful with lovely views. We loved spending our days out in the spacious yard, playing lawn games, sitting around the fire pit, and fishing, and eating all our meals out on the patio. Organized a wonderful winter girls getaway in Maine and this was the perfect spot! It looked just like the photos - beautiful, stylish and clean. The place was easy to find and private, with still other houses near by. We were looking for peace and quiet and found it - loved the dual living rooms with plenty of couch space to spread out of our books and crafts. One guest - who is a professional chef - was very impressed with the kitchen and everyone raved about the comfort of the beds. It wasn’t a problem for us, but there are stairs up to the main living space from the outside entrance way - just in case other guests have mobility concerns. I will definitely rent again!

I have stayed at many Airbnb and Jennifer’s by far was the cleanest one ever! Highly recommend her place if you’re staying in Portland close to all great restaurants and sites to see! Also place is stocked with all the essential plus more so pack light!
