Vacation rentals with a hot tub in North Shore

This home was sparkling clean when we arrived. It is in a great location close to downtown shops and restaurants. We had a minor issue with the thermostat and Kyle had someone over within an hour to fix it. He responded quickly to all our questions and was a great host. Will definitely be back for our next visit.

LOVED LOVED! My friends and I all agreed that this house looks just like the pictures for once! Very nice unexpected touches/surprises. House had everything you could really need! I believe the host could get away with charging more in my opinion! I hope to come back in the future.

I will be sure to book again when I come to visit my family! Centrally located near the highway and downtown area- close enough to Boston. Quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Great house for kids. Clean, quiet and comfortable! Thank you!

i was we my family the place was very clean and had a lot of amenities, my dad it's a fisher man, so he love the pond, the view it's amazing in the morning, Bruce helped us with everything always ready to respond, it's a Diamond 💎 in New Hampshire if you going to NH a will recommended this place 1000 times, definitely I'm gonna rent this place again. This was the perfect location for our family to spend spring break together! The teenagers loved the games and hot tub, and the adults loved sitting on the patio and chit chatting. The beds were all comfortable, and the window air-conditioning units let each room pick their comfortable temperature. There is plenty of space in the kitchen, and the house had a ton of items available! They provided sufficient paper towels, toilet paper, and dishwasher soap (which so many do not) We all enjoyed the pinball enough that we definitely had to get an extra few rolls of quarters for our 5 night trip. We also all don't do well with the Melaluca brand products that the house uses, so we got our own soaps. There are so many great spaces on the property, and we would have spent even more time outdoors if the weather was warmer, but there was SO much to do inside! We all kept commenting how perfect it was for our group of 6 adults, 2 teens, and 2 tweens.

20 White Pine Knoll was wonderful. We had an extended stay while we closed on our new house. Karen was always responsive and extremely helpful. If we decide to come back to Summer Village, 20 White Pine Knoll will be where we stay! Highly recommended.

This was by far one of the best places we have ever rented (and we’ve rented a ton! ). It is perfect in every way. She has literally thought of everything. There is a sauna, massage chair home gym with mats, water, free weights, Peloton bike, and other items you might use for a workout. There are robes, slippers and towels for the sauna and hot tub. SUPER dog friendly-including fenced in yard , bowls etc. I couldn’t recommend this little house enough!

This was our group's second stay at this property. There is a lot of space and so many activities right on site to choose from. Our group is large, and it's an adult getaway with lifelong friends. We are looking to spend time together playing games, catching up, and enjoying meals and a few beverages together. The property provides us plenty of space and built in activities to do so, such as: multiple TVs, pool table, shuffle board table, retro arcade system upstairs, puzzles and board games to choose from, and hot tub. The kitchen is beautiful and clean and gives you plenty of prep space with a seating at the island, a kitchen table, and a dining room table in the next room over. The host was highly communicative and accommodating. Check in and check out were quick and easy.
