Condo vacation rentals in North Shore

Of all of the other locations where I’ve stayed, this was the most well stocked. Host even provided emergency toothbrushes and toothpaste!!

Clean place with good amenities. It can accommodate up to 4 people. The area is close to the Orange Line train station, making downtown Boston easily accessible (2 stops away). There are some free street parking spaces located one block away. The place has two beds: one is a regular master bed, and the other is a sofa bed, which is very comfortable and convenient to sleep on. The sofa bed is one of the best I’ve ever slept on.

Our stay was great! Weather was dreary and chilly, but Diana's place was cozy and spacious, just right for two girls out for a fun weekend. Appreciated the coffee and coffee maker, and ice in the freezer. Diana was very responsive and proactive when I was having trouble with the internet. (weather and user related, not her fault at all) There were plenty of extra blankets and pillows, towels (though we brought our own) and most anything we could have anticipated needing before we could get to a store for staples. It was nice and quiet, but then again, Rainy April weekend. Can't wait to come back when the weather is warmer! Definitely would be back again.

We came for a few last dips in the ocean and show our 6yr the arcades, boardwalk and cirque at the seashell. this location is perfect because we were able to be close to activities but without the noise that sometimes comes with it. Our little one was happy and there for we are too. Thank you!.

What a find! I came to Kristen's because some plans fell through last minute. Having never heard of Marblehead but keen to visit somewhere by the sea and easily accessible from Boston, wow did I get a pleasant surprise. It is absolutely beautiful there, I had to pinch myself - it was like living in a film! The apartment was absolutely perfect. I'd been staying somewhere a bit grubby and disorganised beforehand and Kristen's place was absolutely sparkling clean, I felt incredibly welcome and cared for right away. Furthermore, checking in early with my monstrous suitcase was no problem at all and the apartment is generously stocked with coffee, tea, snacks, a bottle of wine, cold drinks, a folder of local recommendations, comfortable, quality furnishings and linens, great lighting and more. This is what true hosting is all about if you ask me - making your guests feel as comfortable and welcome as possible and Kristen most certainly does this in spades.

This was our second stay in Sue’s place. It is perfect for our stays and is centrally located. We will definitely be staying again.

Great location! We had a great stay. Only thing we didn’t expect is it was not two bedrooms just one bedroom on the main floor and an open loft which we made work but no privacy. Appreciated late check-out and so nice to have a washer and dryer to use. Paul was super quick to respond to any questions.

This was such a beautiful place to stay. Check in and check out were easy. Joanne was easy to reach and quick to respond. Place is in a beautiful location with so many places to eat within walking distance and Hampton Beach 8 minute drive. Joanne’s place was so clean and cozy. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful stay! Shirley was a responsive and kind host and we enjoyed staying here for three nights over the Boston Marathon weekend. Squeaky floors may make it tough to make a midnight trip to the kitchen or bathroom unnoticed, but everything else was perfect. Would stay here again.

The spot was super clean and had everything you needed, the location of it was great, and Griffin was a responsive and helpful host.

We had a great stay! Quiet, safe neighborhood, easy to get to the city. Lots of space for the six of us to eat and relax together. Beautiful view of the Boston skyline just minutes walk from the place. Comfortable beds and soft sheets too! We also had no troubles parking nearby and leaving our car (for free) for our entire stay.

Everything the other reviewers said is spot-on, so I won’t repeat it. Instead, I’ll just add: this place made for an incredibly easy, enjoyable stay in Gloucester. The condo’s location is <chef’s kiss> perfect. Close to everything: great restaurants, charming little shops, the harbor, and all the New England vibes you could want. Inside, the place was clean, cozy, and clearly cared for, like the kind of place that says, “Welcome, please relax,” not “Don’t touch anything.” My dog gave it two paws up, too. He especially enjoyed hanging out in the cool breeze on the gorgeous patio. Bonus: it’s a quick, easy ride to Salem, which turned out to be a quirky, dog-friendly adventure all its own. Would definitely stay again. Would definitely recommend.

The condo was the perfect size for 3 of us in separate rooms and two bathrooms. Condo was very clean, simple with comfortable space and we had everything we needed for the stay. Finding the place in the dark was a little tricky as the numbers are faded but overall 5 stars and I would book again if in the area and listing is available.

We were in and out a lot, but thoroughly enjoyed our short stay. Met the host and her pups who were so cute. Felt right at home.

This is a clean, comfortable, and very quiet apartment. It is well located. Andy was helpful and always responded quickly to our messages. The kitchen is very clean and well-equipped. The bed was very comfortable and the apartment is very quiet but located close to a major street. We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

My wife and I very much enjoyed our stay. Very close walking distance to the Green Street Station on the Orange Line. Beautiful historic building. Nice looking neighborhood. Our Airbnb was roomly and nicely furnished and decorated.

We had a wonderful vacation in NH especially due to the beautiful condo we stayed in. Every morning we took a short walk to the beach at sunrise. We also enjoyed sitting out on the deck overlooking the pool as well. It was a short drive to most places of interest, shops and restaurants. Our host Sue was very responsive via text. The place was clean and full of many things to help make our stay special. We’ll definitely be back in the future.

Great place to stay with an awesome view of the beach right from the balcony. This is where every morning we would have our coffee to plan out our day and every evening sit back with a glass of wine and watch the moon rise over the ocean. The accommodations were good, the place was clean and had all the things to make our stay enjoyable. We would stay here again as well as recommend it to friends and family.

Clean and good storage for a small space. Good location

We stay at Hampton Beach every year for a few days. This has by far been the best. It seemed we were at home. Copmmunication with the owner and the facility was exceptional.

Excellent place and hosts, highly recommended. Don met us in the place and showed us around and made us feel at home. The apartment was beautiful, extremely well stocked, and very comfortable. The location is great as it's very quiet but also very close to local amenities and the highway.

This was a lovely place to stay, very cute apartment with a killer view. Right on the beach and walkable to many activities and restaurants. Brenda was great, helpful and proactive communication very early on.

Our stay at Tim’s place was incredible.. great location, super clean, and completely functional.. he did not miss a single thing that might be needed; kitchen items, bathroom towels, linens .. even the medicine cabinet was fully stocked with anything that might be needed. We would most definitely stay at Tim’s place again !
