Vacation rentals in North Shore Beach

We rented Vic’s place for a girls weekend getaway. The house was HUGE and very accommodating! The ping pong table was fun! The neighborhood was quiet and they offered us a complimentary bottle of wine! The beds were comfortable and his home felt very welcoming and comfortable. If I did have one thing to say, I’d say we would have liked more tissue in each bathroom and more wash rags and towels. So if you’re coming with a group of 5 or more, you may want to bring your own. Other than that, I’d book with him every time!

Everything was very well decorated and clean. It was great. The instructions were very clear and the host was always attentive.

Mark was great throughout the entire process, from check in to check out. He was always very responsive and checked in on us to see if there was anything he could help with. I will definitely stay here again.

Well worth the cost for a larger group and plenty of room to spread out. The downstairs bedroom/bath is accessed out the back door of the main house and you go into a covered porch and down a few tricky stairs. The downstairs space has a kitchenette as well, but with no real cooking/dining equipment but lots of room. Lots of spare blankets for the cold nights and the beds were very comfortable. We cooked a few nights and the kitchen was equipped with the basics. Checking in and out was a breeze and the communication with the owners was spot on. Street parking was open, but California Ave is very busy, and so beware when coming and going during peak times, but street noise was not an issue. Perfect for a large families or 3-4 couples, the central location is a bonus and we would definitely consider this property for a stay again.

Nice house, great location . Our group had 4 adults and 2 toddlers and plenty of room. Bedrooms were private and gathering space was great, with nice living dining, and cooking space. Johnnie generously left us snacks, beverages, and even new toothbrushes (we needed one). Easy to get to, easy, free parking, gettung in was easy as well. Would stay here again.

Perfect location close to great restaurants and public transportation nestled into the cutest neighborhood you could imagine. Would love to stay again sometime!
