I was able to see huge aurora from the garden! So calm during my stay and the view from the window was perfect. I also saw a pair of moose while walking around here. Highly recommend!

Great location, near shopping and restaurants. Being on a second level made it feel more private and gave us views of the trees. Coffee was provided as well as 2 coffee maker options, this was really sweet to find. Bed and pillows were super comfortable. Very easy check in and check out. Would definitely come back. This studio is located in a very nice and quiet neighborhood as well, but not uncomfortably quite ;)

Great private spot. 10 minutes or less to any Fairbanks destination. Private enough to be able to see the aurora from the parking. Clean and very spacious!

I loved this stay! The hosts were extremely helpful, and very kind. They made sure I had everything I needed, and made it a stress free experience. They were also able to accommodate my odd schedule. Highly recommend for a comfortable stay if that what you’re looking for. Very cozy.

Caleb's place is everything I always look for in an airbnb- it's plenty big enough without having more space than we need. The unit was exceptionally clean and well laid out. There were thoughtful touches like plenty of coffee, tea and cider, condiments, butter, oil as well as pasta and sauce. High end amenities, appliances, dishware, etc. The bed was very comfortable with nice sheets, and the sofa was comfy too. Lots of options on the TVs that did not require signing in, including Netflix. Our trip was primarily to see the Aurora Borealis and Cleary Summit was an easy 15-20 minute drive. We saw the lights almost every night, even a little bit from the driveway! I wish Caleb had a place in every city I travel to! :) (Be careful driving on nearby roads- I almost hit a moose!)

Great host and great stay close to downtown Fairbanks. The host checked in to make sure my stay was going well, and the place was clean and had everything I needed. Hope to be back!

This was definitely a nice quiet peaceable place to stay. Perfect for getting away to have some peace and pray. Clean, didn't find any pet hair. It is small however. Perfect for my accomplishment, definitely would book again.

This penthouse is absolutely beautiful and it is located right in the heart of Fairbanks, AK! It truly gives that special experience you want to have on a vacation. It doesn't matter if you've already been to Fairbanks once or a hundred times, this is a beautiful place to be. I stayed for a week and I had everything I could have wished for at home. The entrance is private, safe and secure. There's so many wonderful things to say about the area and all the places to see and enjoy! This penthouse airbnb and it's location downtown is definitely top-tier! Thank you to the hosts for such a wonderful stay!

Carl is a fabulous host. We often stay with family when traveling to Fairbanks so this was a nice treat for us. The apartment is extremely spacious for the square footage. The location has amenities nearby, but feels so private. Highly recommend!

Great layout, plenty of amenities, really enjoyed our stay. Beds were ideal for 3 bears: some soft, some hard, some just right!

The room has a gorgeous view and the room itself is magnificent, host is very friendly and helpful, we love their dogs! Everything is perfect except for the aurora pictures are a bit misleading for newbies. Overall great place to stay!

Anna's place was exactly like the picture; easy to find and great location in North Pole. It is very close to Chena Lake and Safeway (about 10 minutes drive). The place is located in a very quiet area. The beds were super comfortable with great comforters/blankets/pillows. There were plenty of towels, shampoo, and needed supplies. Upon arrival, we were greated with snacks and a bottle of wine on the kitchen counter. Anna was responsive and provided an App to help us track the Northern Lights. She also came out to show us the Northern Lights (although not very visible to the eyes). Overall, great stay. Thanks Anna!

Really appreciated the hospitality!! Took advantage of the shared kitchen every morning. Went to The Pump House for dinner and had the salmon and seafood chowder, caught the northern lights, and took a trip to Chena hot springs. Will definitely be back someday!

this was a very comfy and clean very nicely decorated and all we needed was available. I did refer few co workers n shared the experience as well. if possible I would and will stay again. ty
