Had such a great stay. The house was perfect for us. We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor area as well as relax inside after long days in the son. Couldn’t have asked for a better house. We’ve been coming down to the area for the last few years and always had troubles finding a good house to stay, but I think this place will be where we’ll be returning for the next few years to come. 10 mins from 5th Ave for dining and entertainment. As well as plenty golf courses around. 10/10 and highly recommend.

Beautiful home with the most comfortable bed! Warm pool was luxurious and very private. The yard has TONS of potential and my dogs loved the space to run around. Very near Tin City and downtown, yet just minutes to Naples Botanical Gardens where I was attending an event. Felt very safe. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Gary and I really enjoyed our stay at your home and would definitely book again if in the area. The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed. The pool was delightful as was the lanai. The living room couch was comfortable and the daybed provided more comfortable seating. The beds were very comfortable as well. The home was also very conveniently located to restaurants, shopping and Vanderbilt beach. Unfortunately we didn’t get the best weather while there so look forward to coming again when we can enjoy the beaches more. Overall we were very satisfied with our accommodations. Debbie

Had a great time in Naples celebrating my wife’s birthday! The house was great! Very comfortable and clean. Living space provided plenty of room to chill and outside pool area was fun and private. Neighborhood was very peaceful and friendly. Jesse was easy to communicate with and provided great instructions making the stay stress free. I totally recommend staying here!

We had a fabulous time at this Air B&B! The house was exactly as described, clean, and comfortable. Ted was a wonderful host who set us up with clear instructions and was always responsive. The pool and spa are beautiful and the back patio furnishings made for a lovely and peaceful place to have a morning cup of coffee. Ted has stocked the house with everything that you will need for a day at the beach: beach bags, chairs, umbrellas, toys, and even the bikes to get you there. If you don’t want to ride a bike, there is a parking garage for easy access near the entrance to Vanderbilt beach. There is also a beach golf cart pick up service called “The Breeze” that operates on a similar model to Lyft or Uber. The beach is about a mile and a half from the house with easy sidewalk access, so walking is also still an option. This is a fantastic property which we will certainly book again the next time that we are in Naples!

the house was updated and very accommodating. we felt right at home. the outside amenities had the pool, jacuzzi, and an amazing area to sit outside and relax. beds were very comfortable. Alex had great communication and responded quickly. would not only recommend this house, but would stay here again.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Dara's house. Communication with the host was easy and helpful. The house is in a quiet neighborhood not far from a major road that will lead you to all of the attractions in the Naples area. The house itself is spacious and well-laid out. The kitchen was perfect for those of us who like to cook. New appliances (everything worked) and lots of pots/pans and cooking utensils within easy reach. The bathrooms and bedrooms were a good size and there is an incredible amount of drawer and closet space. TVs everywhere, if you like that. But for us the hallmark was the heated pool and hot tub covered by a screen roof. So relaxing after a day of playing tourist. I hope I get the chance to return one day. This one's a real find!

This was the perfect location for a girls trip! It also had everything you would need if you were visiting with kids. The location looked just like the pictures. The hosts were very responsive and welcoming! The location was an easy 20 minute walk to the Mercato for shopping and meals. Would 100% recommend if you are visiting Naples!

Beach Paradise with Sun Palace was absolutely amazing! They were helpful and offered flexible accommodations for our family. Everything was perfect!

Danielle was very proactive and communitive. She reached out to us several times to confirm that everything was ok. The house was everything we expected and the location was awesome!!

Tim and Tina were amazing hosts. They were super responsive with any questions we had. The propane tank for the Blackstone ran out in the middle of cooking dinner and they brought us a replacement so quickly, we were able to finish making dinner without any issues. The house was really well stocked with bath towels, beach towels, beach toys, beach chairs, a cooler...it was such a nice thing to have. The layout of the house was perfect for our little family vacation, plenty of room for gathering but also separate spaces for everyone. One really nice feature for the kids was that the bunkbeds were set really low so my 4 yo felt safe going to the top bunk and she loved feeling like a big kid :) They even had some kids board games in the room, which was a fun surprise. All in all, we had a fantastic family vacation and made lots of memories that we will cherish forever!

Liked that the home was very roomy, vaulted ceilings, a spacey living area, a 6 chair dining table & a high chair for a baby. Manny was very communitive, making sure we got in Ok, Manny provides a detailed house guide with instructions. Little touches like the snack tray that was left for us, adding a couple of bottles of waters, makes you feel special. The heated pool with beach towels & lania furniture were great, so relaxing. Plenty of kitchen appliances. Downside I 75 is literally off the back yard. You can't see it, but you definitely hear the noise from all the traffic. Master bathroom only, weak water pressure. Internet connection on TV was spotty. Opportunitys didn't like the looks of frying pans or pots, didn't use. We did use the baking sheet & I had to wash them. one cutting board it was plastic & worn. We did have to clean the outdoor grill before use, Manny did communicate with us on getting the grill started. Overall we would stay with Manny again, lovely home. TY!!

The private pool in the backyard was the hit of the weekend! Our little girls had to get pried away from the pool every morning, afternoon, and evening, it's the perfect size, temperature, pool toys are on-site, just a great experience in a great location! Hosts were super responsive and very helpful, would definitely book with them again!

Great hosts, great neighborhood, great location. Townhouse had plently of space for 6 people with the 3 large bedrooms. Quick walk to all ammenities. Hosts were great at communicating and allowing for early check-in. Highly recommend to anyone looking for resort style pool and quiet and safe neighborhood.

Great location and the house was just as described on the website !! Kids loved the pool !! We all did !! The location was Near everything stores and restaurants with in 5-10 minutes in every direction as well as the Zoo and freedom memorial !! We will definitely stay at Stan’s house again if we can get lucky enough to reserve it next year !! Bedrooms were all great size and clean !! The master Bathroom is huge and you could get lost in there LOL !! Overall was a great week and we’re sad we had to leave !! Thanks Stan !! The Grzegorczyk Family!!

We appreciated that Laura checked in with us right after we arrived to make sure all was in order. The house was comfortable, well-stocked and had delightful extra touches that made us feel so welcome. Laura responded quickly when we contacted her with questions. Hope to visit again.

I really appreciated how responsive they were. As soon as I had a question they responded. That was a nice change. The house was spotless and there was lots to do in the area. Will stay here again for sure.

We had a great stay here! Home was super spacious and comfortable, peaceful neighborhood, about a 5-10 min walk from the beach and stocked with tons of towels and beach chairs. Mike was super responsive, accommodating, helpful when we had questions.

Ismail’s place was well equipped and very clean. It was centrally located in an attractive, older neighborhood of Naples. The house is very private and peaceful with a nice backyard to sit in. The house and furniture are not fancy but are very functional and comfortable. The king sized bed (the only one we used) was very comfortable. The kitchen was fully and thoughtfully equipped. We would stay there again if we visit Naples.

My family and I absolutely loved our stay. Kimberly went above and beyond to accommodate us, from early check in, to leaving supplies for us. Very responsive host, I felt like I was talking to a family member. I will come back for sure. We had the perfect stay!

Hans thank you so much for a lovely first visit to Naples! We loved your property. We enjoyed the heated pool daily and were blessed with 79 deg weather. The rooms were spacious and the king-sized bed was very comfortable. The master suite had two sinks and a separate tub and shower. The kitchen was awesome and perfectly appointed for cooks like us. Lots of glasses, wine glasses, plates, knives and pans for cooking. The Publix was close and easy to get to. We loved Lowdermilk Beach the best - go before 9 to be assured a parking spot but they have bathrooms and outdoor showers and nice sand. Hans left beach chairs we could use so that was really helpful. We also went to the Botanical Gardens andn LOVED it. Go early, open at 9 to get in on the tour you want - they fill up but so organized and you are given earpieces so everyone can hear the guide. Brunina's Italian eatery is great for fair priced Italian food. Early bird special is $40.99 for a choice of 6 entrees AND wine

Sebastien & Naomi were wonderful hosts who were easy to contact if needed. They replied promptly and with satisfaction. The decor of the home was clean & mid century modern. The home contained everything you might need! The location was peaceful & relaxing. Our family throughly enjoyed our stay & would return!
