From the moment we opened the door, we loved the house and immediately felt at home. We were a family gathering from all around the world for a wedding. The house is comfortably spacious! It is exactly like it looks in the photos and has a lovely feel to it. We all felt we had enough space even though we were a large number. Rebecca is an excellent host. She was immediately responsive to all questions re local restaurant recommendations and was very kind allowing us an early check-in. Would definitely recommend this beautiful home.

This was the perfect stay for my girls trip/birthday trip. Not only is this home spacious, but it’s beautiful inside. The flamingo interior makes you feel like you’re on an episode of Love Island 😂😂 My friends and I LOVED the decor. The pool outside is a pluss. There are so many photo ops in here too. The attention to detail with the flamingo theme was top tier. I would definitely stay here again. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. I was about 20-30 min away from most of my destinations. A rental is definitely recommended. Nate answered back fast when I had a question. 5 starssss ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We loved our stay with Curtis. He was a great host and when I had a small issue he jumped on it and got it fixed. We stayed for 11 nights. The house is as described, clean, great back yard and awesome location. We loved sitting outside in the evenings letting our pups play and watching the planes land. The home is in a perfect spot for everything you want to do. 1.8 miles from the 101 and 202 is the next exit. 2 miles away from ASU. You could not ask for a better location. Neighbor hood was quiet and safe! I will recommend this property to anyone.

Ultimately, we had a great weekend staying at Mike’s place! We actually ran into some issues when we first checked in that required immediate attention, and Mike & Kathy made the experience much easier. They were both extremely responsive and rectified every single issue by that same night. Mike was even able to get a pool man out to clean the pool at 8 PM that night! Overall, we were extremely impressed with our hosts. The place is also nice! It’s in a perfect location. Easily walkable to some coffee shops in the area. The weather was absolutely perfect during our stay, so we spent a majority of our time outside by the pool.

The house is a great option for a family or group of friends. I didn’t take advantage of the backyard or game barn but looked like it would be cool to hang in the back. I used this location to only be a short 12 minute ride to the Arizona Biltmore to attend a conference. Good value when splitting across the 3 rooms. The loft looked like a nice place to work.

Staying at the property during spring break was just what our entire family needed. The property is beautiful and relaxing inside and out. Turning in for the night was very comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet for your rest. Staying at the property was so relaxing. Our family consisted of 6 adults and 4 children and there was ample space and BR's for all. Outdoors, the pool and hot tub were excellent and going out on the pontoon boat in the evening was such a bonus. Everything you could want from this home is available for your family fun. The hosts are magnificent and communicate as needed for any questions you may have. Convenience is also nearby in grocery stores, coffee shops and restaurants. You won't go wrong reserving this property for your own vacation getaway. Clearly a 5 Star!
