Smoking friendly vacation rentals in North Miami

Great host! Like I said pictures were a little vague, they did offer to repaint, but my wife didn’t wanna go through smelling repainting. They did give us rebates for that. All in all I would rent from him again.

The place was beautiful and in a great location! Everything was walkable and so much to do! And the unit and pool looked just like the pictures. We had a wonderful time!

Honestly one of the best places Ive stayed at. The pool is amazing. The guest house is enough space for 2 people. The parking is a great add on. South Beach is about 30 Mins away but its completely worth staying here. Absolutely loved this location.

Cinthia location was amazing, we loved the breath taking view of the water during the day and night. Locations were not far and easy to navigate too, and everyone was so friendly. Will definitely book again if I am this way.

This was a great experience. We came with a group of 6 and were able to comfortably move around in the home. The family room and outside area are actually very spacious. It's a 4 bedroom/2 bathroom essentially; with the traditional 2nd bathroom being in the masters room. It was clean and dope!

Yannick’s home is wonderful for large groups. A lot of listings have many beds packed into a couple bedrooms, but this one has 4 actual bedrooms! Yannick was a superb host and we had quite literally everything we needed for an amazing stay!

Our stay was perfect! As soon as I walked in I saw how clean everything was. That says it all to me!! Had a great time, enjoyed the beautiful yard and pool too!!

I highly recommend to book with Erika, I never experienced such a well host that goes beyond for her guest that stay in her house. I felt very supported during my stay. And Erika was amazing with serving us in the best way as possible. I would definitely book again and refer people to this location.

Thank you for a great stay. A cozy space for our family and great outdoor space for relaxing. Short drive to the beach and great restaurants. Walked each morning to get coffee.

Eddie’s place was perfect and exactly what we were looking for. It was my daughter’s bachelorette weekend and we wanted warm outdoor space. The pool was perfect and there were plenty of places to sit and relax in the warmth. We spent the majority of our time there, only going out for groceries and brunch. Had a hibachi chef come for an outside dinner and there was plenty of room. Moved tables together and we all sat together. Plenty of beds and blankets and the beds were comfy according to most. We will def come back again. Plenty of what was needed in the kitchen for a large group (plates/utensils). But most of our time was enjoying the outside weather with each others company. We had one issue with a coffee maker and Eddy was right there. Looked like previous people melted something, but we wanted them to know. There were two coffee makers there to begin with. Also the outside fridge was perfect for beverages! We will be back!!!! Thank you the perfect house for us 🥰

We had an amazing stay at Serenity Place over Labor Day Weekend! The house was absolutely beautiful and spotlessly clean. The outdoor pool area was incredibly peaceful—perfect for unwinding. One of our favorite things about the home was the outdoor lighting; it gave the place a resort-like feel at night. The primary bed was exceptionally comfortable—I got some of the best sleep I’ve had in a long time. We also loved the outdoor shower—such a nice touch! The house had a great style and was conveniently located close to all the action. This is our third time staying with Ft Lauderdale Stays, and we’re officially hooked. From now on, we’ll only book with them when staying in South Florida.

Came for Spring Break with my family. Location was great. Near many restaurants and walkable points of interest. Beach was 10-15 mins away. Would stay here again. Simon was responsive and gave good recommendations to local places.

Anthony has a great property in a prime location. The view is amazing. Friendly and responsive host. We would stay here again!

I wish I could gatekeep this place lol. 5 star experience for a fair price! They don’t treat you any differently than a Four Seasons guest. Staff was super friendly. Amenities were amazing. Can’t complain!

We spent 2 weeks and we felt like at home. The flat was as per pictures, clean, quiet and with parking space included. Cory extremely helpful and responsive. The Design District is a very nice and safe area with a lot of bars and restaurants. Supermarkets are closed by.

We were only here a few nights, but had a fantastic experience. The host was very accommodating and communicative. The grounds were beautifully kept and the place itself was well maintained and just as advertised. If you plan on visiting Ft Lauderdale, this is an excellent place to stay.

The best host I’ve ever had on Airbnb. Dmitri was always very quick to respond when I was booking. And once I made the reservation, he helped me with everything and was always very attentive. He personally welcomed me to the apartment and showed me around. The apartment is wonderful. The location is great—close to the beach, the best shops, and supermarkets. The stay was simply flawless. I’m just grateful to Dmitri. Don’t hesitate. If you see this apartment available, book it right away—it’s hard to find a better place, especially if you’re traveling with your family like I was.

I had an amazing time staying at Anita's place. It is in the heart of Brickell which was perfect and close to everything. She gave me very helpful tips eg. places for cigars and drinks, car rental. Anita made my first trip to Miami fantastic, so now I have made Miami my go to spot!!!!! Cheers Sam B
