North Litchfield Beach beach vacation rentals

This villa was absolutely wonderful. It was easy to follow instructions for check-in. The decor was beautiful and the back patio was so nice and was the perfect private spot to relax, watch tv and sit in the hot tub. It was nice to have a washer and dryer available. It was easy and quick to get to the beach. The owner even had beach chairs picked up right after we checked in and delivered quickly. If I was forced to pick out anything at all that I would’ve liked, it would be to have a dishwasher, but overall it was everything we wanted. 5 stars all the way.

This is one of the few times I cany say the pictures do not do it justice. The view is simply breathtaking. I don't think the pictures fully capture how lovely it is. The home is a perfect mix of completely gorgeous and feel at home. Kimberly has done an amazing job decorating the place. The location is amazing. Near grocery stores, ice-cream shops, restaurants, but not not in the hustle and bustle part of Myrtle. Kimberly was super responsive and helpful. It was really a treat to stay here.

A great long-term option! A quick walk to the beach. Large driveway. Plenty of kitchen accessories. No clutter in the house. It is very spacious and located on a safe street! There are exterior cameras in the front and rear.

Randy is outstanding! His willingness to work with our large crew and be proactive to solve any questions was outstanding! The space is an extremely large open concept friendly for large groups.

I cannot say enough positive things about our stay! The host, DeAnn was second to none, and one of the best hosts we have ever had. We were scheduled to arrive during Hurricane Debby, and DeAnn was incredibly helpful and accommodating - she was even providing me with daily local forecasts from trusted sources, so we had the most accurate information. We ended up adjusting our arrival with no problem and proceeded to have a wonderful time. There is a full stocked kitchen (with everything from the normal items one would expect, to an air fryer and spices 😁), and a spacious living layout. We were steps from the beach, pools (including one with a lazy river) and much to our delight, even tennis courts! We used them all! There were also playgrounds for younger kids, and a basketball court. We did see an indoor/outdoor pool too, but didn't use that. Entry was simple, both to the resort and apartment - having a code was so much easier than carrying a key. We will definitely return!

Although we stayed at a home that we did not select (due to homeowner emergency) we were provided a home with identical amenities. Nicole was very responsive and her property was well taken care of. The location was awesome! Just a few minutes walk to the beach. She provided lots of recommendations and the house was more than adequately stocked. Each bedroom offered extra linens, extra bath towels and more than enough kitchenware. Will definitely stay at one of Nicole’s properties again!

The house is in a great location by the water on one side with the dock and a block away from the beach (3-5 minute walk). You could see the sunrise and sunset if you wanted which was beautiful. The house is just as advertised and the downstairs screened in area is huge and great for a cookout. The inside of the house was very clean and beachy. We cooked quite a bit and the house had everything we needed in terms of plates, pots, utensils etc and we could squeeze all ten of us around the table. The house is very close to Publix and fresh market for supplies. Jane was super friendly and responded right away if I had any questions. I would recommend this house 100%.

Where do I begin? The place was just as described, so perfectly clean and had all the amenities mentioned and more! Very spacious and the host was super quick to reply to our needs, the communication was spot on. There's a lot to do around the area and it's very peaceful as well, great for vacation or a weekend getaway. My friends and I stayed there for 5 months (due to a work project) and we never had any problems at all and when we did run into small issues the host will addressed them immediately. Would definitely love to book again with Barret and 100% recommend.

It was a very nice and clean place to stay. We could tell it was well taken care of and it was in a great location. I highly recommend this place to stay.

This is one of the best Airbnbs I ever stayed in. Clean and comfortable with beautiful Ocean views and access to the water.

Great beach house in a fantastic location! Debbie made all the arrangements for a very easy check-in, and the house had everything we needed for our stay (with use of the golf cart a huge plus!). The location was perfect, right in the middle of the community near the pools and other amenities, with that fantastic view over the lake from the back porch where we spent plenty of time relaxing. The whole family (kids, parent, grandparents) enjoyed the space and we hope to be back.

Possibly our favorite Airbnb yet. Everything we could have wanted. Great Location for our needs. Our hosts Albert and Cristina were fantastic and genuinely interested in their guests enjoying their stay. The home was very clean and comfortable. We felt right at home immediately. The kitchen had quality kitchenware and enhanced the feeling of comfort in the home. Great yard for our 7 lb. dog. Can't say enough good things. Will definitely check availability when coming to the area again.

A family friendly place to stay and we all enjoyed our trip. We were down to celebrate our sisters 75th birthday and felt at home! Sandra was awesome and the price was perfect! All the comforts of home!! Sandra was the best host!! Thanks Kelly Surface

My stay here was awesome! Not one thing disappointed me. Very clean and organized. Place actually looks just like pictures and feels like home. I loved it!

House was just as described and in a great campground area. Lots of activities for all ages. Nice view of the ocean and the golf cart rentals made getting around easy. We had room for multiple generations to be together or separate. A very few minor things that kept me from giving five stars across the board. But truly a great experience and would recommend/stay again. Great location, home, and value.
