In 2020, this stunning villa is hand-carved from a couple hundred year old Karelian sleds. A huge view window gives a spectacular view over the water. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room, two bedrooms, a toilet and sauna facilities Underfloor heating, an air source heat pump, and a fireplace ensure a comfortable temperature all year round. The holiday is crowned by our 6-person outdoor hot tub, big, and avanto. No pets, no smoking. Bed linens 15€/person, final cleaning 120€.

A small cottage on the shore of Höytiäinen. Electricity is, no mains. We will supply you with drinking water in a canister. Spreadable sofa bed and lavender, beds for 4. You'll find a small kitchen equipment. Sup boards and kayaks are free to use. Possible to rent a rowing boat, jetski, etc. Plenty of 30 e with lake water. Outdoor. On the beach, a barbecue area and open shared use freely. Bed linens and towel are included. Also ask for a guided island/fishing tour and equipment.

Four bicycles. Two saunas: electric in the main house and a wooden sauna by the lake. Nearest shop within 10 min drive. Nearest city within 15 min drive. Nearest skiing resort within 15 min drive. Cross skiing center nearby. Golf course 30 min drive.
