If I could leave more than 5 stars I would. Julie and Reggie are phenomenal people and the perfect hosts. Nowhere else have I stayed that I've had breakfast cooked for me, to order, accompanied with impeccable company. They made us feel right at home. The room was fantastic with plenty of room for the 3 of us. The garden in the back yard is absolutely breathtaking. I would gladly go back and stay with them anytime I make a trip back to Texas.

Those was a wonderful place to stay. Also they were very accommodating to letting us check in early.

By far one of the best Airbnb’s I’ve ever stayed in. Amber has clearly thought of everything. Checking in and out was seamless, and the place was extremely clean and comfortable. The photos were a bit outdated as the decor has been updated - it felt very mature and peaceful inside. I can’t recommend it enough. I was worried it would feel cramped and small, but the layout was so thoughtful everything felt spacious. Highly recommend!!

We've stayed at a handful of Airbnb in different states and cities and our stay with Lisa was the best hands down! We left our last Airbnb earlier and she was very accommodating to make changes at the last minute. Always communicating and asking if we needed anything. Her guest house was beautiful, clean, and when you walked in, it smelled like you were in a spa. The linens and towels made you never want to unwrap yourself; they were luxurious. She had dog bowls waiting for our Boston Terrier. The neighborhood was safe and walkable. We keep telling our friends about our experience and how we'll be back!! 10/10 recommend!

Mal is a great host and was very responsive. Her place is just as described and the beds were comfortable. The coffee and goodies on arrival were much appreciated. She had a long-term renter prior to our 2 week stay, so you may find a long gap in reviews before us. Thanks for everything Mal!

Stayed for the weekend so my husband could attend a clinic at the University of Houston. It was a quick easy drive to and from. Perfect little apartment above the garage. Will stay again if we are in need of this area! Bradley was super quick to respond and was very helpful.

This is our 3rd or 4th time to stay at Maria's Place. We will use them again and again as they are reasonably priced, very helpful, clean, neat, and centrally located to restaurants, interstate I10 and 99 Grand Parkway, grocery stores, family, etc, etc.

100000/10 recommend! Very walkable area in Mid City! Downtown and Montrose area is literally 5-10 mins away so I never had to use my car! Lyft was very cheap I never spent over 10$ a ride! Very clean and comfortable room! I LOVED the city view deck! My hosts were nice and helpful with giving recommendations! Definitely recommend them if you’re doing a solo or couples trip!!

Lino was a very attentive host. We were running late for check in and he made sure to check up on us to see if everything was okay ! He offered to give us good and fun options to do in Houston ! The place in general is cozy and clean with access to free wifi. If i go back to Houston i'd probably stay in the same place.

Great place to stay if you’re visiting Houston Montrose (one of our favorite neighborhoods in the city). Nicola was very responsive and friendly. Highly recommend!

Our stay was great, the retreat looks just like the pictures and it had a welcoming home vibe. It felt like I was staying at someone’s home, sometimes Airbnbs have no feeling/vibes but this retreat had heart. Really clean and get products in for the restroom and coffee bar. Linda would reply quickly and save the day with a streamer and iron! Would stay again when in the area.

Came for a work trip - trying to minimize hotels, and Leo and Jenny’s place was exactly what I wanted! It was cute, homey, and quiet. It liked how cozy it was. Everything was super clean, and the bed was comfortable. I slept great! Would recommend

Jorge’s place was beautiful, very clean exactly like the pictures. Me and my family had a blast… Very comfortable for my family of three. We got to meet Jorge and he was very friendly and welcoming to his place, he was very responsive and very attentive to our needs. 10/10 recommend. Would definitely stay here again.

Michael's room was as advertised. Starting off with very simple instructions , easy to use keyless entry , he left a nice book with rules and recommendations that came in very handy. The cleanliness was great too. The location was the best as it was close to anything you choose to do. Thank you , Michael.

This place was our saving grace. I needed to stay somewhere until I was able to get my apartment. I stayed a little over 2 weeks and it was a blessing. Joyce is amazing! She responds very quickly and will help in any way she can. The room has everything you need. The baby spoon in the stocked kitchen came in clutch when I couldn't find mine. The washer and dryer work well. My 2 kids and I are forever grateful for this place in our moment of transition.

The stay was nice and quiet for some days. The main house is also AirBNB rented so 1 of the guests were too loud and noisy for 3-4 nights. The only thing was that internet was not working properly and couldn’t connect to my laptop.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at Diana’s place! The apartment was exactly as described — clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect, with easy access to my daughter’s home, and I felt right at home from the moment I arrived. Diana was incredibly friendly, accommodating,and helpful. I can’t wait to stay here again on my next visit!

Beautiful and clean space to stay in. The apartment is as described, the hosts are responsive and friendly, and the area is calm, safe and quiet. It is both long-stay and short-stay friendly as the apartment is equipped with everything you may need for cooking and living. It is located in the suburbs, in a nice and friendly neighbourhood. Hosts were always attentive to my needs and very respectful. As with any other Airbnb, guests are expected to be respectful of the space and mindful of noise levels to not disturb neighbours. I really enjoyed my stay here and would 100% recommend this place!
