James was good at communicating, and left clear instructions for everything. He also met us on arrival. The bungalow was as per the description and photos (please note that bed 3-twin room has drawer clothes storage but no hanging space). It's clean, light and airy. The bungalow was in a quiet location and yet close to amenities and a short walk to the beach. We had 3 cars between us and were easily able to fit them on the driveway. We would happily return!" Such a unique place in a picturesque rural setting, a piece of Japanese heaven in the middle of Hampshire area. Located close to Winchester, it is ideally situated for country walks and pursuits. The property is peaceful and private, the mill is stunning build over a river, such a stunning romantic oasis. Good for the soul if you want to recharge your battery in a beautiful and peaceful surroundings. The host's attention to details is impressive and everything looked and felt authentic, including the vintage Japanese screens and all furniture and decorations. I would highly recommend if you want to disconnect from everyday life and recharge! I'm planning to come back!!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay and would recommend anyone to go and stay. The accommodation is very cute and was very homely. There are plenty of restaurants and things to do that were recommended to us by the host. The beach is only a 5 minute walk and really easy to get to. The hosts are a lovely family that welcomed us and made us feel right at home. They were very helpful by answering our questions and were really easy to communicate with. Will definitely be coming back soon :)

The house was very clean and tidy and felt homely and cosy. The village is beautiful and peaceful, just right if you are looking for a quiet and relaxing time. With a big kitchen and two bathrooms, this is a perfect space for a family to stay. Gilly is a very friendly and helpful host. We would definitely stay there again.

The Bullpen was a great location for a weekend away with a friend and our children. Beautifully decorated with luxurious touches and very comfortable. The kitchen was well provisioned, we cooked a meal and enjoyed a movie night on the huge comfy sofa with big TV screen. The weather was wild but we managed a walk up to the White Horse (drove from our accomodation).

Lovely and beautiful caravan. It had all the amenities for a family break and the all the little extra touches made it even special. The kids loved the surprise easter chocolate eggs and the great selection of games. Carly was very responsive and was available for help throughout the stay. The location is very beautiful and with a walkable distance to the beach and cliffs nearby. It was our wedding anniversary and we had a great time. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful spot, exactly as expected. Perfect for a getaway and to escape for the night. Elizabeth was incredible and went above and beyond. We’ll be back!

Staying in Victoria's home was amazing. It is a beautiful home, perfect for a group setting and we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Every room matched the pictures and descriptions, and the surrounding area was lovely too. Veronica was extremely responsive and answered all of our queries in a timely manner. I would definitely visit again!
