I enjoyed my stay at Michael and Nan’s place. They were such gracious hosts, always checking in by text to be sure I had everything I needed. The suite is comfortable and quiet, which is what I needed to work on my writing. It’s also within walking distance from beautiful Tower Point.

We had a wonderful short stay at Sandy's Lodge. It was larger than we expected and full of all the amenities we could have asked for! Such a peaceful location with clear starry skies at night, a view of the sea and surrounded by lush forest. The local beach and conservancy are also short enough to walk to if you don't want to drive everywhere. Sandy gave clear instructions to find the lodge and great local recommendations. A wonderful slice of tranquility...

Rosie's Studio exceeded our already high expectations from reading the online reviews. You get unlimited access to feeding the friendly goats; Bella, a super gentle and playful golden retriever who comes and goes as she pleases (and will tease you into playing fetch!); and a stunningly peaceful farm stay with incredible views all the way to Mt Baker. The studio itself was great - clean and with lots of character, including the large circular windows that provide an ideal foreground for photos of the view. We really appreciated the breakfast staples and treats that Trish left, as well as the art supplies. When you're not out exploring Salt Spring, this is a great place to just relax, and my wife used the art supplies to paint the landscape, adding it to the wall of art from prior guests. Location wise, it's about 20 minutes to Ganges by car. We enjoyed it, as it felt far enough away from everything to feel secluded, but everything was still convenient. Perfect stay!

I'm hesitant to write this review lest more people discover what a great place it truly is to the end that it is always booked. We plan on returning in the summer. Orcas Island is a jewel with exceptional beauty at every turn. Kate's cabin is private, clean, and fully equipped, a quiet time away from life's busy demands. The gas stove and cast iron cooking made for a great kitchen experience. There is a nice walking trail behind the farm, and there are several recreation areas within a short drive. Be sure to drive out to Mt. Constitution for spectacular views from the old fire lookout tower (which is made of stone and worth the drive just to experience it). Several restaurants are within a few miles of the cabin, but not all are open all day or every day, so be sure to check first. Overall we give five stars, two thumbs up, and an A+++ to a stay at Kate's cabin.

Quiet country place very near to Elk Lake. Clean cozy room with private entrance and private bath. Very comfortable.

Peaceful and serene cottage set away in the trees. We absolutely loved our time on South Pender and our stay in Tracy’s place. Beautiful beaches nearby all to ourselves. Can catch the sunrise just down the road. Looking forward to returning to Pender someday soon :)

A lovely charming farm getaway in the Cowichan Valley! We used this suite for our wedding and received positive feedback from the guests on this cozy, well equipped suite.

It was such a treat to stay at Bins! We had so much fun exploring the property, petting the goats and watching the ducks. The inside of the airbnb was cozy and clean, we felt right at home!

My boyfriend and I were visiting from Vancouver! Thank you so much for creating such a peaceful home! We were looking for a place to unwind and recharge for the weekend and this tiny home provided exactly that😊you guys were super quick on responding back to us if we had any questions and were extremely kind. We loved staying at Adam’s place! It was very roomy for 9 people and the kitchen was awesome. Fully stocked with everything you need to cook. All the beds were comfy and it was plenty warm at night. There was a wood burning stove with firewood already cut so you didn’t need to worry about it! There’s also good wifi service for those needing to work. Highly recommend!

Ketong’s place was just what I needed for a couple days in the Victoria area. The place was cozy, clean, and had great parking. I would definitely recommend to others and I would certainly stay there again.

It was a great stay. Kids enjoyed feeding the ducks and sitting in the hot tub. Place was clean and very cozy. They also had a great cow picture. Would definitely recommend.

Tess’s place is absolutely beautiful, clean, peaceful and so spacious!! It is perfect for a family (as long as you are okay with a few stairs) or even a couple. The pull out couch is located in a sitting/TV area that feels private from the rest of the living space so could almost be considered a 3rd bedroom. We loved waking up with the rooster crowing, seeing the cows, ducks, chickens, and geese. We loved everything about this place and hope to return again soon. Plus, Tess was so responsive and thoughtful. The kitchen is very well stocked but she offered additional supplies in case we were cooking our Thanksgiving dinner there. Best AirBNB experience ever!!! Staying at Tiny Farmhouse is so fun and exiting especially for little ones. Our son was so happy to see farm animals and play with Kitty, the farm cat. He was so excited to see the chickens and collect eggs from the chicken coup! The house was tiny but well designed and clean. Sonja, Dan and Mari were great hosts. We enjoyed our stay.

We stayed at the place for a night, very relaxing and escape from the city. Anthony was very friendly and will definitely visit again!

We loved our stay at Caitlin's house on the water. I have often seen and admired this Airbnb listing, and wanted to stay there for an important moment for myself and my family. We were not at all disappointed. It is very beautiful and private and has all the things we love best for ourselves and our kids: beautiful sea, land and a place for a cozy fire. We love the architecture and art and general vibe of the place. Thanks for making this available!!

We arrived over an hour late, and Wendy was there to meet us with a huge smile as if we had showed up on time. We were an hour and a half late due to road conditions and some pitstops for our small children. Not only did she welcome us joyfully she took the time to show us around the space and was quickly responsive to any questions that we may have had over the weekend. I cannot wait for me and my family to stay there again! What a wonderful host she was!

We stayed a couple of November nights, Caryl was very accommodating, full of recommendations which were appreciated. We also decided to purchase some of her pottery on our way out which we shall cherish. Instructions were clear. The accomodation was exactly as expected from the listing.

Had a wonderful stay. I wish I could’ve stayed longer to enjoy the tranquil home Susan and Joe have established, however it was time very well spent. My partner and I absolutely loved their animals, specifically Millie, the dog that will happily play catch with you until the day the world ends. It’s a great location, close to everything. And the breakfast was a nice touch and was delicious. Great stay.

We love farm stays, and this was fantastic. the people and animals were friendly an the place had everything we needed for us and our 7month old. there was a list of local recommendations and plenty of hikes. We would love to stay again.

Stephanie is responsive and helpful. Bluebells is a quaint lovely place to stay — good location near town, and quiet. We loved our stay!

We had a beautiful peaceful stay in Mike and Robin's gorgeous guesthouse. The views were incredible and despite the rain we enjoyed the spa and the spacious accommodation. Beautifully furnished and immaculately clean, lots to do in the local area. Mike and Robin were such fabulous hosts with lots of suggestions from restaurants to wineries and things to do in the area. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Emandare Vineyard Guesthouse and would highly recommend if staying around Duncan. We loved it !
