Beach bungalow four blocks to a beautiful beach, one block to the bay. Four bedrooms: twins in first, Queen in second, Queen and crib in third, Queen and en suite full bath in fourth. Another full bathroom in the common hallway and a half bath in the back entry, 2.5 total. Bikes, basic food, coffee, tea, surfboard,toys, games, kitchen and paper supplies. Near beach, bay, free fishing dock and kayak/SUP launch, light houses and birding. Bring your own linens please. No pet or cleaning fee.

This fabulous location is situated at the widest part of Wildwood's beaches. It is 2.5 blocks to the Boardwalk between the 2 largest piers. Walking distance to everything you need- restaurants, ice cream, bike rentals, supermarket, parks, and of course the beach! Beach path on our block. Watch the Friday night fireworks from the balcony or driveway! Dog beach on our block for your furry family member. Please inquire about pets during peak season before booking. Summer 2025 now open-Newly Renovated! NO full summer rentals. NO Senior Week/Prom/ groups under 21. No parties. Minimum stay: 3 nights. Location couldn't be better in North Wildwood - just 3.5 blocks from the beach and boardwalk! Beautifully appointed 2-bedroom apartment above the smaller apartment (also listed) in the same rear building. Fully-stocked kitchen, ROKU tv, air-conditioning. Courtyard on the property is great for cookouts and sunbathing. Free parking on street.

Beach Block Home, best location on the island!

Erica's place was fantastic. We had a great stay for our short, off season weekend. The house was very clean and comfortable. Honestly, the pictures on the listing don't do it justice. The updated kitchen and bathrooms were very nice. This location is close to everything and an easy walk to whatever you need. We had unfortunate luck with a telephone pole fire a block over that caused us to lose power for a day. Obviously no fault of the owner, but the reason I mention it is because the amenities in the home made our stay comfortable even without the luxury of electricity. The hot water heater met the task of giving us hot water which was awesome. We would love to stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay at Victoria's condo in Wildwood, New Jersey! Our group of six was delighted with the accommodation. The condo was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and conveniently close to the beach and essential amenities like the grocery store. The kitchen was well-stocked with plenty of supplies in excellent condition. The three bedrooms were comfortable, and having multiple full bathrooms was a huge plus for our group. Victoria, our host, was incredibly helpful and responsive to all our questions. The personalized welcome message for our family on arrival was a lovely touch that made us feel right at home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose this condo and Victoria as our host again if we return to Wildwood. Thank you, Victoria, for a wonderful experience!

Had a wonderful stay w my toddler and husband at this little gem of a condo. The building is full service, secure, and well appointed. Easy to access and wonderful amenities close by. The gym is small but well appointed, heated pool was a major plus! The splash pad / park was a huge hit with my little one after a day on the sand. Beaches in the crest are always so clean and nice. Maria’s condo was very comfortable for us and came equipped with a high chair, sound machine and portable crib. Loved this high rise condo. Views were amazing as well!

The house was the perfect getaway for my family. The kids had a great time in the bunk room and my mother in law truly enjoyed sitting on one of the many decks and enjoying the view. It was so easy to get to and from the beach, and was also walkable to anything else we wanted to do.

This condo is located in the perfect spot! A very short walk to the beach and the boardwalk. Once we arrived we never had to use our car until we checked out. The pool is a huge plus and we were able to sit on the balcony to see the fireworks. If you're looking for the perfect spot for your family to create some awesome memories this it!!! I highly recommend!
