Lakefront Home for Rent. This home has been 100% remodelled! With a beautiful spot directly on Pontoosuc, the new kitchen, bathrooms, fireplace, and glass enclosed family room all benefit from the idyllic scenery. The home has 5 bedrooms and a convertible playroom with a futon for even more space. 2 bedrooms have bunk beds plus a full size bed in them. 2 bedrooms have king size beds and 1 has a queen. The master suite has an en-suite bathroom and a balcony overlooking the lake. Many upgrades!

The Batwing Ski house was purchased and modernized with nice renovations The house was named the BatWing House over 20 years ago and still to this day everyone refers to it by name. It's a 6 bedroom 4 bath each with shower also a huge dining/ living area with corner fireplace. A ski/gear room on the first floor. New hot tub outside on the wrap around deck with covered roof. We are happy to share our piece of heaven in the Berkshires! Newly renovated 4-bedroom 2-1/2-bathroom vacation rental nested in 2.7 acres of woods, yet conveniently located in the city of North Adams. A 5 minute walk from Windsor Lake, a 15 minute walk to MASS MoCA, and a close drive to many restaurants. The house is kid friendly, basketball hoop, soccer goal, and games. We are close to ski resorts, as well hiking and biking trails, including Mount Greylock. PET FEE. PERMISSION NEEDED.

Our lake house is on Glass Lake in Averill Park, NY. In case you want to venture off, it is close to Saratoga (race season!), the Berkshires MA, Albany NY, and Vermont. Incredibly private with spacious property. Our lake house is great for families with kids and couples, and handicap accessible. It is great for any season (leaves, skiing, fishing, swimming). Kayaks, row boat.....and the lake!! Age requirement of at least 30 years old for guests (except kids).

This is a completely renovated house that is situated on a private street, 5 min drive to either Lee center or Lenox center. The main floor has an open layout that is full of light. The gourmet kitchen is fitted with top appliances and a Blue Star gas range. The main floor also has 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The lower level has a a family room with a pool table, another bedroom, a full bathroom and the laundry/mudroom.
