My family had the pleasure of staying at Joshua's cabin For Thanksgiving. we enjoyed the fire pit the children roasted marshmallows we prepared dinner and the hot tub was a plus Thank again for allowing us to make memories in your cabin

Everything was great, loved cooking on the grill, and watching the pups play.

I previously stayed in Henderson and when I landed on Buzzard Roosted it was a much needed oasis. Waking up every morning to the views here did something for my soul! Everything was perfect, from the communication with the host to the peaceful atmosphere in the space. Thank you so much!

By far this has been the best air bnb experience I have received. The hosts went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and special from the moment of booking! We came to celebrate a birthday, and were gladly surprised with a happy birthday ballon, fresh pastries, and even a notebook as a gift! The property is gorgeous, with plenty of activities/games provided during your stay. The dome was stocked with coffee supplies, single- serve condiments, and even a basket of varying snacks! They didn’t stop there— the hot tub was hot and ready upon arrival, as well as all of the beautiful outdoor lighting. We look forward to visiting again and eventually getting to book/ try out each dome! I cannot recommend this property enough! Whether you’re looking for a relaxing stay or a homemade for adventuring on/near the river this is the place to be!

The cabin was perfect for our family of 3 + our pup’s Spring Break trip! The beds were comfortable, the lake was beautiful, the cove was perfect for Kayaking, and Shere was very friendly & super helpful! Our cell phone service was spotty in the area, but it didn’t matter, we were relaxed & offline for a week. My 13 year old has already asked if we could come back every year!

Camille was a great host, very responsive & helpful! The Cozy Cabin was absolutely beautiful & lives up to it’s name of cozy!! Very peaceful & serene outdoor space! I booked this for my birthday & had such a relaxing weekend soaking in the view! This was our first trip to the Cozy Cabin but will not be our last! I loved every second of this trip thanks to this amazing find!!

Really enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful and so is the lake. Boat rentals were not available at any of the marinas unfortunately due to the season, but we fished and swam.

loved the sharing pantry and decor. the fact that there was dog food/kennel/dog doshes available was also quite thoughtful, although I left my pup with a sitter. he had menus available from surrounding areas and things to do. our host was quick to respond to any questions and we all really loved the atmosphere. gas heat, fans available, big bathtub, TV, Xbox and I believe a ps4 (don't quote me on that). games, laundry and the cleaning supplies were there so I could keep up with the house during our stay.. there was a grill and fireplace in the back yard and perfect view for the sunrise from the front porch in the rocking chairs. it reminded me of going to stay the night at gramma and papa's as a kid. also I noticed that while there was 4 beds, there was also a couple of mattress options under the beds if there was more than 4 people. thanks again!

This home overlooks the beauty of the Ozarks perfectly! Just so beautiful and peaceful!! The house is plenty in size and the dogs had the perfect fenced in spot! I loved the morning coffees on back porch with the endless Mountain scenery!

This home is well kept and roomy. The beds were comfortable and each room has a ceiling fan, which I loved. The kitchen has a variety of cooking equipment and the gas grill works great. The view of the White River is beautiful and peaceful! I will stay here again.

The house in Cotter was the perfect place for my son and I to fish the White River. This is the second year in a row that we stayed there. Two separate bedrooms, living room with big screen TV and a great kitchen that we cooked early morning breakfast before the day of fishing. I hope to be able to stay here again next year!

This place is PERFECT for a relaxing get away weekend. The house is on a row of other homes, but it felt like we were the only ones there! We watched the sunrise everyone morning and sat on the deck for hours each day to enjoy the moving water. The house was spacious and had multiple areas for relaxing indoors and out. The house was very well equipped and we enjoyed sitting at the dining table at night playing games. This place is PERFECT for couples that are on different schedules because of the completely independent mini apartment downstairs. We wake earlier than our traveling companions and we didn't disturb them because we had everything we needed downstairs, including a separate patio! We will definitely be back. We had a fantastic weekend.

Very comfortable and was as described. Had everything and anything you could need for check in. The host was very responsive when we had a question. We would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in the area.

We made the most of our quick vacation! The first afternoon, we spent hours in the lake in front of the home. Our girls were so excited to be able to swim after the car ride. The home was spacious for our family. The beds were comfortable and clean. The kitchen had plenty of necessities and extras to feel like home. Hope to visit again in the future!

Great location for fishing on the White River. Easy wading fishing access right in front of the house. Very close to a public boat ramp for launching. Big windows offered great views of the river and wildlife. Big kitchen and large outdoor cooking area. Plenty of room inside for everyone to spread out.

Doug’s place was a welcome retreat for our extended family for Thanksgiving 2024. We had seven adults and 6 kids - all had an amazing time. Here are some things we really liked about Doug’s place: 1. The kitchen was spacious and squeaky clean. There were loads of appliances and helpful kitchen tools to use. Our family was able to prepare our entire Thanksgiving meal in the bright, spacious, and well-equipped space. 2. The huge dining room table easily fit our large party. We loved the dark wood and the contemporary benches to complement our holiday feast. There was also additional seating at the kitchen bar. Lots of room to entertain. 3. The kids, aged 8-16, loved playing in the basement game room. Pool, foosball, basketball, and a large device-compatible screen. The television also has many streaming services. Lots of seating and sports for lounging. The six kids loved it. 4. The hot tub was a nice touch on the cool days and nights. The tub could hold 8 adults easily. Fun times!

This home was obviously built with intention and class. We visited in the fall, and it was a perfect fall, cozy feel. Beautiful views, sweaters & smores vibes, sipping a hot drink and enjoying the peaceful area. We felt immediately relaxed in the space. The design and special little details of the home made it so sweet to be there. The beds and bedding provided are high quality and very comfortable. Shower necessities and soaps all were high quality products as well. This family obviously loves the area, and it was wonderful to share in their passion. Whether you are enjoying the view, playing at the lake, fishing the river with friends, or visiting the local restaurants and local small business shopping; we highly recommend it. The location is perfect, and the neighborhood is quiet and relaxing. The Blackstone was perfect and in great shape. There is even a spot for an evening fire, wood was already provided! We will definitely be back for another visit.

The home was gorgeous 😍 so clean and organized, I loved the labels for all the neat remotes! Our large family of 6 enjoyed the open setting and the perfect layout of the house. The jacuzzi tub was a huge bonus for the little kiddo that was too young for the hot tub. The hot tub was amazing at night you can see all the stars and just hear nature surrounding. Definitely well worth the stay. Very responsive especially with all the weather being crazy before we arrived. Flexible and knowledgeable of the kid friendly surroundings.

This place was fantastic! 4 queen beds, plenty of room. we will definitely stay again if we are in the area.
