Apartment in the house Wadden Sea in Emden in the listed townhouse at Petkumer Strasse 17 The modern non-smoking apartment,with its own entrance and a living area of about 200 sqm has a total of 4 large bedrooms with each a double bed, wardrobe , chest of drawers, nightstand The rooms are as follows : 1 floor - a room with a double bed, wardrobe ,desk and chest of drawers - a sofa in the living area and a chest of drawers - In the living area there is a TV, free Wi-Fi access to the usual conditions. - The kitchenette with the cozy dining area includes a fridge/freezer, kettle, oven with ceramic hob, coffee machine, microwave and toaster. - a bathroom with shower Floor 2 - 3 bedrooms each with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and 1 bedroom with desk - the beautiful bright reading room - bathroom with bathtub Of course, we provide you with the first set of bed linen,as well as hand towels and a hair dryer free of charge. Final cleaning €195 interim cleaning (if desired) by arrangement. New bed linen €20 New towels 15€ In the upper apartment no animals are allowed due to the parquet and the historic staircase. There is no smoking in the entire building. On request we can provide you with a high chair and/or a baby cot. The city center of Aurich and the bus station are within walking distance within a few minutes. In the immediate vicinity of the apartment there are several restaurants, the Aurich swimming pool "debaalje" with outdoor pool, sauna landscape & children's play pool and numerous (cycling) hiking trails on the Ems Jade Canal . Neu gebautes Ferienhaus auf einem direkten Wasser- bzw. Strandgrundstück "Am Wangermeer" in Hohenkirchen für idealerweise 2-4 Personen. Der direkte Blick aufs Wasser ist vom Bett und vom Wohnzimmer aus möglich. Über den Privatstrand ist der Zugang zum See (Wangermeer) jederzeit gewährt. Der See ist ein Badesee, eignet sich aber auch zum SUP fahren. Gegenüber ist auch die Indoorspielewelt am Feriendorf Wangerland. Zur Nordsee (z.B. Caroliensiel, Hooksiel, Wilhelmshaven) oder Jever ca. 15 Minuten.

The Old Painter‘s House, Ferienhaus am Wasser

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit großem Garten in direkter Wasserlage am Kanal mit traumhaften Blick in die ostfriesische Landschaft. Das Haus wurde umfassend saniert und renoviert. Wichtig war uns dabei, den ursprünglichen Charakter beizubehalten und diesen mit heutigem Wohnkomfort zu verbinden. Regionalität, Nachhaltigkeit und Individualität waren unser Kompass. Am Rande des historischen Dorfkerns in ruhiger Lage, nur einen Katzensprung zum Deich, zum Hafen und zur Fähre nach Ditzum.
