In the middle of the East Frisian countryside, there is a 1-room apartment at your disposal, which includes a double bed for two, but can be increased to 4-5 people by an existing sofa bed and another lounger. The apartment has a separate entrance. You are welcome to provide the entire property for your recreation. Your big and small four-legged favorites are also welcome! There is still a horse box available in the stable. Otherwise, there is plenty of space in summer on the lush pastures. A riding area is also available. In the apartment there is a small kitchenette with cooking facilities and microwave. Wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit großem Garten in direkter Wasserlage am Kanal mit traumhaften Blick in die ostfriesische Landschaft. Das Haus wurde umfassend saniert und renoviert. Wichtig war uns dabei, den ursprünglichen Charakter beizubehalten und diesen mit heutigem Wohnkomfort zu verbinden. Regionalität, Nachhaltigkeit und Individualität waren unser Kompass. Am Rande des historischen Dorfkerns in ruhiger Lage, nur einen Katzensprung zum Deich, zum Hafen und zur Fähre nach Ditzum.

You'll love the place because of the surrounding area that's balm for every soul. The garden invites you to play + linger, is secluded, fenced + "breakout-proof" for 2/4-legged adventurers. The house itself is fundamentally renovated, has new bathrooms, one of which is handicap accessible and plenty of room. The kitchen-living room + living room offers all space for cozy exchange. My place is good for couples, families + children, groups, several generations and furry friends (pets).

Great connections to the city, the village or the sea. From our apartment, you are on the water within minutes. 10 minutes drive to the Timmeler Meer or about 40 minutes to the North Sea. For shopping excursions and sightseeing in 15 minutes in the historic old town of Leer (East Frisia). Available are two bedrooms for 2 persons each and a sofa bed for also 2 people in the living room. Also in the spacious garden,you can enjoy the holiday.

Ein kleines eigenes Bauernhaus mit 17.500qm Land dabei. Mehr Freiheit geht fast nicht. Das Haus bietet gemütliche Räumlichkeiten und hat eine wunderbare Terrasse, die Richtung Süden ausgerichtet ist. Ein eigenes elektrisches Tor führt auf das Grundstück. Auf dem Gelände sind viele Winkel und kleine Hütten zu entdecken. Sollte es einmal kühler werden, dann könnt ihr gemütlich im Garten ein Korbfeuer anzünden oder den Ofen im Wohnzimmer.

Please note all the Corona Ordinance of the State of Lower Saxony. At the moment, the 2G+ rule applies to accommodation establishments of any kind until February 22. Although this is explained differently on airbnb (unfortunately incorrectly). Exclusive cottage with terrace for your own use . The highlights of the apartment are the exclusive bathroom with private sauna and the south-facing terrace with great views and beach chair.

The flat sleeps 4 people + baby and also the four-legged friend is very welcome (dog flat rate 30€). In the living/dining area there is a well-equipped kitchenette. The living area is equipped with a leather couch and flat screen TV. Attached is the shower room as well as a storage room and the parents bedroom with double bed. Via the staircase you reach the upper floor of the apartment. There are two single beds at your disposal.
