A good host can tell by what they do when something goes wrong. There was no heating or hot water in the apartment because of a technical defect - James responded to it very correctly and enormously kindly. Six thumbs up from my kids and me!

We found a spacious apartment for 2 people with a great balcony. The apartment was clean and it is conveniently furnished. Kitchen, hand and bath towels were there in a generous number. The key handover was easy, we were received very nicely. We will be happy to come back!

Excellent! The apartment was spotlessly clean and well maintained. Communication was quick and seamless, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The kitchen appliances and bathroom were impeccably clean, and the quiet location helped us feel completely comfortable. Checking in and out was straightforward. Highly recommended!

We had beautiful days in the stylishly furnished apartment, the available art books invited us to browse. We were happy about the welcome attentions. Unfortunately, we did not use the balcony so intensively because of the cooler days. We got great tips on excursion destinations and exhibitions in Lüneburg from Kerstin and Carsten. Both were very accommodating and helpful.

Cute place in a great location! Lots of restaurants, supermarket and drugstore on your doorstep. Still quiet through the backyard.

The cozily furnished apartment is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay in the Old Country. The lovely hosts are very helpful and welcomed me with a bowl of fresh, delicious fruit. I took beautiful bike rides in the area from there in bright sunshine, had great vacation days and would love to come back.

We felt right at home in Axel's apartment. The apartment is super clean and also the kitchen has everything you need. In addition to the one parking space on the property, there were numerous other free parking spaces nearby. Due to the variety of pictures that Axel has selected and hung, the rooms do not feel impersonal or arbitrary (as is often the case in holiday apartments), but - I think - give them a particularly cozy ambience.

The apartment was very nice and made us feel very comfortable right away. The cats got used to us very quickly and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. We will be happy to come back!

A spacious house with a lofty equipment and parking in front of the door or even garage. If you have small children, look forward to the children 's-friendly furnishings. A garden, gym, games, cargo bike, normal bike etc. are all available. Hosts offer guests their entire home to use. Location: 7 minutes by car from the S-Bahn station Elbgaustraße, where a day park & ride ticket costs two euros. From there you can get directly to the city center in 20 minutes. But it would also be possible without a car by bus, as the stop is not far away. The connection is good and you can also enjoy the tranquility around it with park, adventure playground and park/forest.

We felt very comfortable at the place...a very stylish, very well equipped house. There was a small misunderstanding regarding the bedding that was resolved within half an hour...perfect communication👍🏼. Thanks for the beautiful and uncomplicated stay.

Perfect place to spend a week with my big family in Hamburg. The home feeling of the house is superlative. All details in place, well equipped and space management is well organised. Garden, view and the residencial area are very enjoyable. Host very kind, flexible in time and proactive in communication. Prepared also some Toys for my kids. Very much appreciated!

This is a wonderful place to stay at in Hamburg Ottensen. The apartment is very cosy, very clean and in a beautiful neighborhood. Joy is a great host who made the stay very worthwhile!

This was a perfect stay! Conveniently located near public transit and a handful of great restaurants, the interior was cozy, quiet, clean and private. Jona met us and provided clear instruction and a warm welcome, and assisted greatly with a flexible check-in time. I would highly recommend this stay to others.
