We stayed in the cozy apartment for a week and felt right at home. The house is very quiet and secluded. It's important to be mobile by car. You can't do anything directly from the house. Recommended are excursions to Greetsiel (a very pretty place with good restaurants) and a guided tour of the Meyer Werft in Papenburg. The seal station in Norddeich is also worthwhile.

Cheers, ...again a big thank you to Heidi and Uwe for the nice and friendly welcome. The house and surroundings exactly met our expectations. The in-house dock and the use of the small boat "OTTO", for excursions and trips on the Rorichumer Tief, were another I - icing on the cake. We will be happy to come back. Our stay was very nice! The house is in a great location (5 min to the beach) and is furnished with attention to detail. Gunda was also super nice and helped us with all questions. All in all, we can recommend this place and would be happy to come back a second time!

The apartment was very cozy and clean, we felt right at home. You can walk to the center within a few minutes and explore Emden. Only the front door is a bit difficult to open, since the key does not quite fit, once you have it out, it works. We would come back :)

We had a very nice vacation in Michael's house. Everything was as described and was clean, the kitchen well equipped. The rooms are practical and tastefully decorated; we also found it very positive that there was no unnecessary decoration lying around. There was also a high chair and a baby crib as well as a bed rail for the (parent) bed, great! Outside there is a playground, which was great for the kids. We can fully recommend Michael as a host and his house.

We were there over Easter and felt very much at home. This place is really special! The garden also invited us to linger. There was a lot of nature around - just very nice! We had a lovely time there. We also used the bikes provided to explore the area!

Very nice quiet apartment, enough space for 4 people, sparkling clean and really well equipped. No unnecessary clutter, but everything you need is available, even in the kitchen. Also enough space for everything we had brought with us. We were lucky with the weather and could even use the barbecue outside. Everything can be easily reached on foot. The place is also pretty, also here everything you need is available. We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back!

Great apartment for a relaxing getaway. We stayed at Martin's place as a family with three teenagers and dog and had everything you need there! The kitchen is small but very well equipped including a fully automatic coffee machine. The location was great for us, as you can reach everything within walking distance, also perfect for dog owners, as there is a freewheel on the beach. Martin personally welcomed us and explained everything in detail, always responded quickly and reliably to our questions beforehand. We highly recommend the apartment!

Valeska is a wonderful host. We felt very comfortable from minute 1 and were able to relax very much. The city center is a quick walk away, yet the apartment is in a very quiet and peaceful environment. My little grandson felt completely comfortable and the chickens were the absolute highlight for him. I highly recommend Valeska and her apartment - thank you for letting us spend the days with you!

The apartment is very modern and it has everything you need. On the terrace you can relax wonderfully and look into the green. The apartment is at ground level and in a very quiet location. We would book this again. The contact with Rolf was also very pleasant. He was open and always had an open ear. He also had good tips for excursions. Gladly again.

Beautiful house with a great garden! Very tasteful and cozy. We felt comfortable right away and were able to enjoy the time from the first moment. The entire place was very clean and well maintained. We had a fantastic stay in the holiday paradise on the dyke. It is in fact a little paradise that awaits visitors. Full of loving details, very well maintained, everything was thought of. Our apartment Uhlenhorst left nothing to be desired for us. The kitchen was small and equipped accordingly. It was enough for us and certainly every open wish would have been fulfilled anyway. From bike pump to washing machine, we were helped with everything. The sauna is a dream and the garden anyway. Those who are not good at walking would be overwhelmed by the stairs in the apartment. You always had to be careful. But that was ok Overall, we felt absolutely at home. With the bikes you could immediately start and the proximity to the islands allowed us other wonderful excursions. It was completely successful with you!

This place is a stroke of luck. If you are looking for a large and cozy accommodation in a quiet location for a large family with four-legged family, this is the place to be. There's not just a lot of space for the dogs. The agreement with Pascal was straightforward. He was very nice. We felt immediately comfortable here and will definitely be back soon!

A wonderful apartment. Great amenities, great quality. Everything you want and more. Generous number of all items available. Totally nice and polite contact. Reliable and fast. We had been locked out once and shown a solution within 2 minutes. The house was exactly as described and we had a great time as a small family. The host gets a grade of 1. We would book the house again any time.

Johanna is a great hostess, we had a lot of traffic jams on arrival and were much later than planned, for Johanna this was not a problem, we reached her well and the check-in was made possible very flexibly for us. Johanna's cottage is furnished with a lot of love for detail and is immaculately clean. She took a lot of time to show and explain everything to us, we immediately felt at home. Johanna is always available, even if we didn't have to use this. The cottage has everything you need, if necessary you can also do laundry there. The beds are very comfortable, due to a local neighborhood (not a cottage settlement) we had it very quiet, the location is perfect for excursions in the region. The house has a large garden where our dog could move and let off steam freely. The checkout was great too! We enjoyed our time at Johanna's place very much and will definitely return!

We were allowed to spend an unforgettable week in the "Old Painters House." Upon arrival it becomes clear: The location is an absolute dream. Quietly located, right on the water and away from the small country road, great for switching off. The decor is not only tasteful and cozy, but also designed with a lot of love for detail. We especially liked the large bedroom with its wide view over the surrounding meadows. A real highlight was the observation of thousands of nuns - right from bed! Nature up close without leaving the house. A short walk leads over a small jetty to the Sieltor, from where you can enjoy a great view of Ems and Dollart. Although the nearest rolls are a bit far away, they are of the highest quality. Conclusion: A wonderful vacation home with a very special atmosphere, surrounded by a quiet, inspiring environment. A week full of peace, nature and well-being – we will be happy to come back!
