Vacation rentals with a patio in Noci

We enjoyed our stay at Marina's apartment. Despite being in the countryside, the road to access the property was wide and in good conditions (which is rare in the Puglian countryside!). Very peaceful location, surrounded by beautiful gardens. The apartment was well heated, comfortable and very clean. Marina (the host) was always available for any help we needed during our stay.

Amazing stay! The apartment is very spacious and light (which is rare in Italy). The location is perfect - very close to the historical center but very calm and quiet and about 10-15 min drive from the sea. Marcello is an amazing host, best I have ever encounter during my ten years of using airbnb 🤩 He’s very friendly, helpful and communicative. Everything was exactly like at the pictures. Highly recommend!!!

Great little place that’s perfect for 2 people who are out and about most of the day. It’s modern, clean, secure with all the listed amenities. Really close to the old town, the beach and the local restaurants. Easy access by car to the freeway to get around in Puglia.

Super nice . Very close to shopping and pedestrian area. A nice walk to the old town. With stunning promenade and not far from crystal clear water beaches.

We stayed in this apartment for a business trip. Monica was very flexible on check-in since our appointment lasted longer than expected. I've changed the time several times, but I've always received a positive response. Considering there were four of us, the apartment was perfect because it offered large bedrooms with excellent amenities in a very nice and easy to reach area of Bari. We will definitely be back.

The apt is modern and nicely furnished. It has all amenities you would need for a comfortable stay. It is very clean. It is actually even better than it looks in photos and has a lovely sit out area which you can use on a good summer day. The apt is close to Cisternino and works as a perfect base to explore Puglian towns . Mariangela as a host is perfect ! She gave clear and concise instructions and was very prompt with her responses. Highly recommend.

Fabio's apartment is perfect. The location is outstanding. The bed was very comfortable and the decor was beautiful and inviting. Fabio was easy to communicate with and the whole experience was great. I'd definitely recommend his place and Carovigno to anyone wanting to explore the area.

Beautiful apartment, tastefully furnished and super clean. Equipped with all the comforts and equipped with every need. The only thing we regretted was not being able to use the jacuzzi in the evening because the water had not reached the temperature. Fortunately, however, Vincenzo was very kind and allowed us to postpone check-out to take advantage of the jacuzzi in the morning before leaving. Everything else is perfect. They also left us bowls and a doghouse for our dog.

We had a great stay at the apartment! Great location for exploring Ostuni and the surrounds. Easy to walk, but also easy to drive & park (particularly for us in the off season). Spacious bedrooms, nice bathrooms. WiFi worked well. Nice outside area. Hosts are super responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

Villa Batu is a beautiful place to stay in the Puglia area. Two wonderful big bedrooms, and a great kitchen with lots of useful utensils (most well equipped kitchen we have stayed in). The outside area was really the star of the show though; there were multiple areas to sit to capture the sun throughout the whole day. A wonderful outdoor dining area, sun loungers and comfy seats throughout. The pool was superb. The location is peaceful, quite and serene. Would highly recommend a car as there aren't any shops/restaurants, etc. within walking distance nor any buses. Note for future guests - use Google Maps to navigate to 'Villa Batu' (it takes you directly there). Ilaria, the host, was excellent - responsive to communication, kind and helpful. And Michele, the caretaker, was also very helpful and good communication. Thank you for such a wonderful stay. Would highly recommend this wonderful location and Villa Batu - it really is one not to miss!

What a fabulous place, the perfect setup for us with two bedrooms in the main house and separate double room in the trulli annexe, all with gorgeous en suites. Super clean and modern with stunning patios and the infinity pool. Barbara and her husband went out of their way to welcome us and ensure we had a good time, meeting us at check in to show us round. We were absolutely blown away with how idyllic it all was. And then, at night, when the lights came on around the garden and in the pool it created a wonderful chill space. Next time we’ll come back in the summer so we can swim at night, this time, as it was October, we had to stick to the daytime. The location was also a great base for our visits to Punta Proscuitto’s super long sandy beach, the Salina dei Monaci flamingo reserve, Lecce, Alberobello and of course beautiful Ostuni, where Barbara’s reco’s for a bar and a restaurant were spot on. It was very hard to leave. Thanks so much Barbara, it was the perfect mini-break!

Very nice stay, very much enjoyed with our family. Paulo is a winner who will help you with questions immediately. Cottage is super quiet and neat, just an hour from the beach on foot but we had a rental car.

if you visit Bari, this apartment is a must. Sparkling clean, amazing design, really well located, next to atractions, restaurants, train station, super market 1 min away. Both host were super kind, responsive to our needs and always solution oriented. They even prepared an itinerary with maine atractions and know how of the city. Thank you so so much. We will return

The house was charming and beautiful in the most simple/pure way. The location was excellent and walkable to many great spots in different sections of Ostuni. The house gives you the feeling of what it is like to live there. Chatter on the streets at all hours of the locals, laundry hanging on balconies and windows, beautiful tight streets with cobbled roads- absolutely charming in all the best ways. What a gift to have stayed here.

Wow-this apartment is without a doubt the most well stocked place we have ever stayed. Maria Elena has thought of everything you might possibly need and provided it. The apartment was immaculately clean and quite spacious. The washing machine is modern and very easy to use. Great location near restaurants on pedestrian streets. Easy walk to the train station. We would definitely like to stay there again.

Marco was an incredibly great host who always helped us very quickly. The garage arrangement was particularly great. The apartment was very clean and the terrace was a dream. Noise sensitive people should take earplugs to sleep, but that is a problem of Bari and not of the apartment. We had a wonderful vacation!

Everything is easily accessible from the accommodation, the old town, shopping street, train station is 5 minutes away, bakery, grocery store, restaurants, cafes on the street. Communication was smooth and the check-in time was flexible. The listing is well-equipped as described and pictured.
