Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Noci

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Massimo's Airbnb, and it exceeded all of our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the beauty & meticulous attention to detail in the accommodations. The space was not only inviting but also thoughtfully designed. The beds were extremely comfortable and the hot showers with fresh linens were SUPERB! The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the gorgeous patio. It provided the perfect ambiance for relaxation, where we enjoyed a lovely glass of wine (& treats) gifted by Massimo. The furnishings were stylish and comfortable, making it an ideal spot to unwind after a day of exploring, making it a truly enchanting experience. Our stay was flawless, perhaps one of the nicest Airbnbs we’ve stayed at in Italy! Walking distance to Centro with the pleasure of grabbing a fresh panini right outside the front door! We highly recommend staying here - a fabulous experience! Thank you again for your warm hospitality & kindness!!

This is a wonderful space for a quiet, private getaway. The amenities are fantastic and there is ample space for a large group. We even encountered a very minor issue with a broken cabinet and they had someone in the following morning to repair it (not at all necessary, but very appreciated). The pool area feels lush & has plenty of outdoor seating (including a covered area). There was also an abundance to explore in the area, by bike or car, it has beautiful surroundings.

Cozy, spacious accommodation with great outdoor area. The saltwater pool and outdoor shower are amazing. The kitchen is great, everything is taken care of. There are games, books, loungers and water play equipment for outside. We were very happy to use the outdoor kitchen, a highlight is the large barbecue. The house is very quiet, the huge garden with the fruit trees (from which you can eat) is also great for children. The landlord is incredibly helpful and available at any time. Car is necessary to visit the small and large cities outside. We had a great time here, even in wind and rain you will find a dry spot on the large covered terrace. I had high expectations arriving to Martino's place from reading his past reviews, and everything exceeded them. We arrived in Locorotondo late in the evening, and Martino welcomed us with open arms. He had already been preparing dinner for us in his kitchen. He gave us a detailed tour of the property as well as the farm nearby, while talking about how he enjoys working in hospitality and that was why he started this Airbnb experience. Dinner came, and the food was probably one of the best we have experienced during our time in Italy. Ingredients were super fresh and were all grown from Martino's own garden. Although there was a language barrier, we still happily communicated over a translating app. One of our family members had a little "incident" in the house on the second day, and Martino did everything in his capacity to make us feel safe and taken care as much as possible. We regret staying for such a short time, and can't wait to come back soon... 🖤

We were so sad to leave. It was such a perfect place that it made it hard to want to leave to explore the region! It is a perfect base to explore local towns. Ostuni and Alberobello were stand outs for us although Monopoli had a lot of charm too. The house itself has everything you need, the master is separate from the other two generous bedrooms, each with own bathroom. The two other bedrooms are also separated by a door to the living area so everyone could truly have their peace and quiet when they needed a rest. Outdoor kitchen is a great touch and it’s equipped with everything you would need. It’s very quiet and just tranquil. Tatiana was quick and responding to any queries or issues. We highly recommend this place.

We absolutely loved our stay at Antonella’s apartment. The place was perfectly clean and charming. The fact that there is two bathrooms is very practical for two couples. The rooftop was very much appreciated. It was easy to communicate. The apartment is very well located, everything is at a walking distance. It was quiet in the neighborhood. You can park approximately 5 minutes away for free at the train station, we didn’t have any problems with that. Thank you for everything ! Very recommended.

The trulli was an enchanting place for our week in Puglia. From the beginning, the communication was impeccable and even when we asked for a larger coffee pot, this wish was fulfilled. The place was very clean and equipped with everything you need! We felt very welcome and comfortable. From here you can easily reach everything worth seeing in the region by car in a short time. We are very satisfied and can recommend this place to any couple who want to have a nice time. We will be happy to come back. Thanks to the family and Mario.

A small apartment kept with care, beautiful, tastefully decorated, cozy, comfortable bed. Very clean. The old town is within walking distance. Easy to find car spot on the white stripes quite close. Highly recommended.

We loved our stay in Puglia. The host was accomodating to our check in time as we were delayed in our travels. Upon arrival we were amazed to see the private courtyard in our air bnb as well as the communal rooftop for guests. The views were incredible. Our host also provided us with some fantastic recommendations on restaurants and place to go to. We will definitely be back!

What a pleasant stay at Marcello's. Upon arrival, we were welcomed by his lovely aunt, who is super kind and nice. We were even given snacks, water, and milk (for breakfast the following day). His home is fully equipped with everything you would need - a kitchen with all the seasonings for home cook meals, a washing machine to clean the clothes, and hot steaming water for relaxing showers. Also, there is a huge balcony overlooking the gardens and the sea from a distance! It is absolutely beautiful. Also, communication with Marcello could not be any more convenient! He is super responsive to your messages, talking about minutes! I highly recommend his place for your stay in Ostuni!

I felt at home instantly. I loved the apartment and especially the terrace with the wonderful views. Old town, train station as well as a lot of shops and restaurants are within walking distance, a supermarket across the street. Angelo was very kind and let me check in earlier because my airline had rebooked me on an earlier flight. So I was also able to have a very nice chat with Stella (greetings!), who was then still cleaning the apartment for my stay. Also, Angelo would always respond quickly and was very welcoming. I would definitely stay at this apartment again, once I come back to Bari.

I enjoyed my stay very much. The unit is located in the old town, within walking distance of restaurants, supermarkets, historic monuments, and shopping areas.The apartment was clean, with a great bathroom. The check in instructions were clear and I has no problem getting in. Pamela was an attentive host.

We had a wonderful stay and Maria Elena and Guido were our best ever hosts!We loved the apartment and the terrace absolutely made it first thing in the morning and at the end of our days travels!

I highly recommend this apartment. It's close to all most important places and it's always nice to experience living in a building with such historic value. There was no problem with lower temperatures or to heat water so it's a great choice even on colder time of the year. Renato is a very friendly and helpful host.

Antonio as an owner was great, he welcomed us and showed the apartment, helped us with everything we needed during our stay, he gave us usefull informations and sugested places we must visit, restaurants and foods we must try. He helped us with getting around town and using public transportation to visit other cities in the Puglia aerea. Honestly the apartment was the best equiped one we ever stayed at, nice garden with tables and chairs, bicycles that we could use, deck chairs. Not one but 2 AC units and 2 TV-s. There was enough food in the apartment you could live entire week on it, juices, snacks, wine, milk, pasta, water, spices. A rumba vacuum, air dehumidifier, washing and drying machine. He really cares about details and that you have a great stay. Bathroom with different shampoos and all the toiletries you would usually have at home. Only 10 min bus ride to Bari central station. Old town just 10 min walk from apartment. Thank you for the amazing stay at your apartment!!

Perfect location for a short stay in Polignano, easy access from the station and right in the centre of the old town. Highly recommend. 👍

The apartment helped us appreciate the beauty of Polignano A Mare.excellent vistas of the ocean and easy access to town while providing a sense of privacy. Chantal was always responsive and a pleasure to deal with during the entire process. A good option for those seeking a bit of enjoyment in Puglia.

A wonderful place to stay in Monopoli. The apartment had everything one could need. The location was perfect to get to the water, shopping, restaurants and coffee/breakfast in the morning. Communication was excellent and quickly responsive to questions. Beautifully decorated and we loved the Molton Brown products!
