Though we never met Andrea, she was always responsive to questions. The apartment (Villa Stark) was just as described. It was up about 4 flights of stairs. The apartment was cosy, comfortable and clean. Mattresses were comfy and allowed us to sleep well. Location is just a few minutes walk to the main Marktplatz. The shower was powerful and nice to use. Overall it was a very pleasant stay.

Everything was great! 😊 The place is really good and you can reach everything you need on foot. The nearest tram stop was also not far away. Attractions within walking distance, restaurants and shopping as well. The place is actually even prettier than it looks in the photos and the value for money is more than right. The apartment is very atmospheric with lots of candles, everything as described - but the floor plan takes some getting used to, because you have to go through the kitchen into the bathroom and through the large bedroom into the small one. If it is not used for a long time in winter, it will take many hours for it to be really warm. The fireplace helps in the living room, but it is relatively difficult to light because there is only hardwood (small chips and very large). Overall a very nice apartment!

Utes apartment is located in a small, quiet village. The next larger villages can be reached in a few minutes by car or by bike. The apartment is very clean and cozy and we felt right at home. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. The kitchen is very large. A third person has a sleeping place in a separate room of the apartment. We can definitely recommend Ute as a very nice and accommodating host and her apartment.

We were 8 people in Ana's apartment and felt very comfortable. The apartment offered enough space for 6 to 8 people as described. The location is convenient if you are traveling by car. Then some beautiful castles and palaces can be reached in about 30 minutes each or the city center of Chemnitz.
