Welcome to paradise. Everything was perfect. We felt very comfortable and safe. With the best part about the place was Jagath , who was always there when you needed him. He is a very friendly and helpful person. A highlight was the tour of the garden where everything grows, from cinnamon,mangoes , star fruit and other exotic fruits. The pool and all the decor was very modern and luxurious. The place was the best on the whole vacation.

We started our trip in Sri Lanka with two nights in this house 4 weeks ago. We all liked it so much as we changed our plans to stay here two more nights before leaving Sri Lanka! We been staying at 10 different places at different locations and price levels. We all (2 adults and 3 children age 8, 10, 12) had this as our favourite place! Why is that? - the house is big, spacious and clean - the garden is big and you can see water monitors and birds -the sea is close but you can have a rest from the sounds of the waves! - the lagoon is close with the possibility to go for a arranged boat ride - close to good Ayurvedic treatment - short ride with the best tuk tuk driver to Negombo - And SAJA, the beautiful maid that serves great food out of our preference. Our kids are shy but choose to stay close to her! She is doing everything and a bit more to make us feel safe and home! She is just amazing! I really recommend this place to everyone! Totally worth it! ❤️

This is the 3rd time we are staying at Namal’s beautiful home. As always Namal is a great host and excellent service and support. Sumudu is a great caretaker. This will be our go to place whenever we visit Sri Lanka. Thank you Namal

We loved our stay at Samudra house and can absolutely recommend it, especially with kids. In our six weeks in Sri Lanka, it was one of our favourite stays. It was everything we wanted it to be: - Beautiful house, just as described and shown in the pictures, generous rooms, big garden, great pool. - Between about 11 and 1, the pool was in the shade of a hotel, which we loved, since it allowed the kids to be in the pool during the hottest hours of the day without having to put on sun lotion. A big plus, in the kids and our opinions. - Beautiful beach with a very friendly and relaxed vibe within 2 minutes walking distance. - Various beach restaurants within 2 minutes walking distance - Three big grocery stores within 10 minutes walking distance. - It was the only airbnb house in Sri Lanka without a caretaker, which we appreciated, since we felt like having the house to ourselves. - It is really close to Colombo, we did two day trips to get to know Colombo.

This place is absolutely worth the price. I stayed with my family and my kids loved it. Great host and very helpful caretaker. However for any muslims wants to stay here please check with the host first to avoid any surprises. There are lots of statues in the house. Gayan is very nice and always willing to help. Thank you

Janith was extremely responsive and a good communicator. We initially stayed for 1 week and Janith offered us a great value for us to extend and ended up staying for 2 weeks. Janith ensures everything runs in order even though he's not physically available. Good routines on house and pool cleaning. Pool was a big hit for my kids. Accommodation exactly as shown in the listing. Walking distance to local fruit and vegetable stalls and Keells supermarket store. Not too far from Kaduwela highway exit makes it easier to get around. Overall very satisfied with the accommodation and especially Janith's effort to make your stay better. Will definitely be looking up if we're around this way.

The property with the pool was a great deal! The pool & all the rooms and living spaces were clean and well maintained. The 4 rooms and 2 bathrooms had all the amenities listed including bed linen, towels etc. It was spacious for us to have our friends over to celebrate our birthdays together. Waruna was very accommodating, helpful and friendly. His mom opened the house to us and showed everything around. Note to remember to get down her phone number to call when checking out. There is a friendly cat, three was fish to feed him. Adorable! Definitely reccomend staying over!

Peaceful location close to many food outlets and supermarkets. Very spacious and modern house with a lovely rooftop. Bungalow keeper Karu was very obliging and contactible. Initial shortcoming of "no microwave" was immediately remedied. One notable shortcoming was that showers were open leading to wet toilets. Hope Prabha will sort this out soon. Quite surprised this was overlooked in an otherwise lovely building. My overseas guests spend 2 weeks there and were very happy. Thank you

We loved our stay here, it was beautiful and calm. The place was amazing and Sumal was a brilliant host, always checking in and making sure we were okay. Sumal was friendly and even brought us a small gift when leaving :) I would recommend this stay to anyone that wants a clean, safe, beautiful stay with a wonderful and helpful host!

Enjoyed the stay..very quiet once inside the house. Flet like home with ample space to walk around.

Everything was really fine. The apartment is bigger than on the images and we could use two balconys. The family was very friendly and helped us with everything we needed. All in all we can recommend the place and would come back at any time.

We really enjoyed staying at Dhamith's place in SL. Caretaker Jayantha was superb and helped us in every possible way to make our stay comfortable. Place is very conveniently located providing access to groceries and shopping as well. There was a minor issue. They resolved it very quickly in a timely manner. Highly recommend this place. This will be one of my go to places, when I return to Sri Lanka again.

Great place for a family. Spacious, clean and matches the descriptions. Helpful host too. Some advice for foreigners… take mosquito repellent and something for red ants. The kids got bitten!

Such a fantastic and homey place to stay at in Sri Lanka. The host was very responsive and helpful. We had a very late (2am) check in as we were travelling from overseas, but Irushi stayed up to greet us and give us the keys and show us around. She even brewed a pot of coffee for us knowing we'd be quite weary from our travels. The airbnb was amazing.. very clean, very tastefully decorated and very thoughtful with all the amenities. The bed was huge and pillows were soft.. all the linen and towels that were supplied were very clean. It was like staying at a 5 star hotel. The location is great.. lots of restaurants, cafes and fast food close by. There is even a Bread Talk cafe close by that we would go to to get breakfast on the go. Highly recommend Irushi's place if you are visiting Sri Lanka.

The house was very nice and we highly recommend it. It was very close to the swimming pool and several shops. It was also very easy to communicate with Ransika and her father. We overall had a wonderful time at this house.

A very peaceful, lovely environment to spend our leisure. The house interior was spotless, and the furniture was very beautiful, kitchen utensils were all available and clean. It was very easy to use all the housewares for our use. Bathrooms were gorgeous, sophisticated and very clean. I definitely recommend this home to anyone wanting to spend their time here.

So close to the main road, banks, supermarkets, etc. Nice Garden, Spacious rooms, and kitchen equipment. Clean Rooms and Bathrooms. Sumanasiri is so friendly and supportive. Flexible with Check-in and Check-out timings. Highly Recommended.

This is my third time staying at Yas's place. First 02 times I was traveling Solo but this time came with my wife. Self and wife had a great stay here! The host was extremely helpful right from booking all the way to check out, always checking up on us through messages to see if we had any problems, and always replying promptly. she had been really prompt in communication Short walk to local supermarket and Tuk Tuk stand. Local amenities include pharmacy, Restaurants and take away shops all within walking distance. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Sri Lanka. would recommend the place for everyone who comes to this part of Colombo.

Kumar’s place was fabulous. Jaya (house keeper) was such an amazing help, simply made our stay luxurious. Tuan (manager) was very responsive and helped with arranging everything.

Frank was a gracious host and I greatly appreciated his quick responses as well as his flexibility to accomodate our needs. His place was great and it was ideal for my family’s stay in Sri Lanka. Frank’s place is highly recommended if staying in Negombo area.
