We are very happy to have chosen Niteroi, it is a beautiful place and much quieter than Rio, the transportation is diverse, Uber works very well and is inexpensive, our favorite is Barcasas, now as for the accommodation and the host, everything excellent we got quick answers assistance for some questions, the apartment is beautiful with nice decoration, it has air conditioning and everything you need for cooking, it has a very nice view, the pool, fabulous hydromassage sauna, and it also has a restaurant on the first floor with good service, Valdo is super concerned and thoughtful, we will surely return to Niteroi

The Alvimar apartment has an excellent location, on the beach side, a safe building with otima facilities. It is extremely available and kind. Clean apartment, all of the best quality and really well equipped

The perfect location, in the best location of Camboinhas beach. In addition to being a few meters from Sossego Beach. we'll be back for sure. Grateful for Lorena to make a great stay.

We loved the apartment. It was neatly tidy, new pillows. Everything very clean and fragrant. The place is very quiet. The first day we had to work and wi-fi worked great for meetings. The location is good, you can walk to the beach. The doormen are very kind and considerate. If we have a chance, we will definitely come back.

Very nice location, all the necessary electronics for stay. I felt cold the first night due to the air-conditioning, and if it turned off it would be very hot. But Meire soon solved the problem by getting more covered. The hotel is easy to check in.

We had a wonderful time at Edison’s place. It is cozy, modern and pretty close to beach. Edison was very responsive and accommodating few requests. We will definitely return! The house is in a condominium that is extremely quiet. The location is fantastic facing the beach. We were with family and children and the condominium was perfect for it. We enjoyed the swimming pool a lot and were even invited to participate in a little party that they made for the children of the condominium. All very quiet! The house was spotless when we arrived. Everything very clean and neat. The coffee maker and sandwich maker were top! We love the details of the decoration with art, books in various languages, the wooden dolls... The only thing to improve would be the air conditioning of the double room without a balcony that is very noisy. The others were very quiet. On the next visit to Niterói, we will certainly return there. Thank you very much Nicaea and Livia!! We highly recommend the house!

Eduardo received us very well and gave us all the instructions we needed, Tamara was wonderful leaving everything prepared for us. The place is cozy, with a very cool kitchen area as well. The quiet area and it was up to my whole family. I really recompose. I hope to come back another opportunity!

The house is the same as the images. Perfect location a few meters from the beach I must have taken 2 minutes walking slowly! Tranquil neighborhood, rua limpa . Academia 5 minutes from the house . Wonderful Warm Water Pool,as the sun hits the pool all day! Casa Bairy and with an air-conditioner that freezes well . Large kitchen great for those who love good food. Casa fully functional practical and easy to keep clean . Comfortable bed and shower 🚿 with a good stream of water . The sauna did not use due to the heat but it seemed to be quite pleasant. With a washer that made it very easy for me that I come from far away ! Large bedrooms . I am very grateful to Márcia who was very attentive from the beginning to the end a love of person. Be back soon !
