The stay at the house was great! The host, from the first contact, was always very kind, nice and attentive. The house is a show, with an excellent infrastructure, and faithfully corresponds to the photos and information posted. The place is very quiet and easy to access, and it is also close to everything (pharmacies, markets, shops, etc.). The cleanliness and organization of the house are highlights with very clean and organized bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen. We hope to return soon as we love the house and the location !

The house is great for spending the weekend with the family. Espaçosa, good rooms and the pool is also huge. The host, Pedro, and the homemade, S. Nelson, they were very kind and helpful. I would definitely stay at the place again.

The accommodation is a grace, large, well airy and comfortable rooms. Child protection on the stairs was paramount in our stay. Not to mention that the location is excellent, only 5 minutes walking to the beach. I intend to return again.

We spent excellent days at Ronaldo's house and we will certainly return. The house is really complete, it has everything and we don't need to take anything, just what we would consume. In addition, the house is large with large rooms as well as the bathrooms. All very clean and organized. The pool is wonderful and every day she received care from Ronaldo himself. Ronaldo is super nice and communicative, gave us the necessary tips to find markets, bakeries and restaurants near the region. The location of the house is perfect for beach walks.

The house is well located. Township of the beach and local commerce, you don't need to take the car out for nothing. Very comfortable house. We don't miss anything. Impeccable bed and bath linens. Full kitchen. Great rooms! I highly recommend it. It was one of the best houses in terms of comfort and availability of amenities that I have already stayed in. We intend to come back.

From check in to checkout the experience is amazing. I have never been so well received in my life, Jeferson and his wife are wonderful people. All I have to say is thank you for everything. I spent the new year with my family in Casazen and it was amazing. We left the house to enjoy in no time, we did everything inside her haha. The Amazing Pool. The air conditioners all work super well. Hot showers. Wonderful Juliana from the first contact until after checkout. We stay a few days but we definitely intend to come back again.

Removing the cleanliness, which was promptly attended by the host, the rest was great. For the next rental, I recommend setting the coffee maker, as the glass where the coffee goes is cracked and leaking.

Rodrigo and Andra are great hosts, always available and responding quickly. Rodrigo spent almost every day to clean the pool. The space is wonderful and has all the necessary kitchen utensils for a longer stay, as was mine. I rented more through the outdoor area as I wanted peace and quiet and I am extremely pleased with the place. Me and my family and friends like it very much, we'll definitely be back!

The house is in a condominium that is extremely quiet. The location is fantastic facing the beach. We were with family and children and the condominium was perfect for it. We enjoyed the swimming pool a lot and were even invited to participate in a little party that they made for the children of the condominium. All very quiet! The house was spotless when we arrived. Everything very clean and neat. The coffee maker and sandwich maker were top! We love the details of the decoration with art, books in various languages, the wooden dolls... The only thing to improve would be the air conditioning of the double room without a balcony that is very noisy. The others were very quiet. On the next visit to Niterói, we will certainly return there. Thank you very much Nicaea and Livia!! We highly recommend the house!

The house is great, but the attention and affection of Mr. Bento and Mrs. Cida are extraordinary! Always requested, we bought wonderful juices and how we forgot the charcoal, saved our barbecue! Every day asking if we needed anything, taking even a friend on the waterfront to meet! Best Host I've known until hj!
