The key code for front door and garage door will be provide on the day of check in. There are two surfboards, two boogie-boards, rolling ice chest, and a beach cart to enhance your Central Coast beach experience. Please know that all organic, cruelty free shampoo, conditioner and bath soap have been provided for your use in every bathroom. The key code is given thirty minutes before check in time and you get to arrive to The Spot knowing the property is yours for your vacation. The house is on Dolliver Street which is also known as the Pacific Coast Highway. It’s only a block from the sand and downtown Pismo and just a 10-minute drive to the Wineries. In addition to the two parking spaces within the garage there is also ample parking on the street directly in front of the property. The front door and garage door entrances are all automated so your check in and out are all done keyless so you feel most at home. Your vacation truly begins when you pull up.

Highly recommend staying here when traveling to SLO! We loved how cozy yet spacious the place was and especially enjoyed the outdoor area. Cindy is a very thoughtful host who made extra effort to have the place set up to welcome our toddler with toys, a high chair, and everything else we could have needed. The neighborhood is lovely- quiet and scenic but centrally located.

Marlene's place is beautiful and peaceful. So many things you can do just in her backyard if you want to relax and stay in. We were only here for a weekend and explored a bit, coming and going was easy. Appliances were easy to use or figure out (hot tub jets). The bathroom and kitchen were fully stocked and had supplies for every type of coffee drinker you are. Very wonderful stay. I will definitely look for Marlene's place again when we come back.

Matt and Linda were excellent hosts, and the space we rented was exactly as advertised. The house had plenty of room and all of the amenities listed, not to mention how much the yard felt like a private oasis perfectly adorned to take advantage of southern California weather. The hosts were welcoming and kind, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay.

Location walking distance to the beach, right across Hwy 1, was great, and short drive into Morro. Sylvia was quick with communication. Her house had everything we needed. Had some run ins with ants in the kitchen but nothing major. Just couldn’t leave food out on the counters overnight.

This cottage is fantastic. It embodies Morro Bay perfectly: quirky, a little funky, charming, beachy, artsy. It’s super cute and has everything you could possibly need. The location is fantastic amidst restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. Yet it’s quiet and tranquil. Walking distance to everything in Morro Bay. Jennifer was a great host, very responsive and nice. Absolutely recommend this place!

This was by far the best Airbnb we’ve stayed in. Every single detail was so well planned out. From the moment we pulled up out front, we felt right at home. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the toys and ping pong table, while the adults loved sitting by the fire pit and enjoying the hot spa. Nugget ice maker and espresso machine were a bonus that we were so grateful for. Our family had the best time & cannot wait to come back & visit. Our only regret was not staying in this beautiful home longer! Thank you for having us!

Great stay at this beautiful home! The place was spacious and accommodating for our large group. King beds were perfect and comfortable to sleep in. The surrounding area is beautiful with rolling green hills and blooming flowers. The team was very responsive and got us what we needed within minutes. Kitchen is well stocked and we also loved the backyard (fire pit, games, and outdoor eating/grilling area). Would definitely return to stay in this beautiful home. Thanks again for hosting us!
