The apartment is modern, clean and in a good location. We felt very comfortable and had everything we needed. The only slightly negative point is that the fridge is a bit noisy at night and you are disturbed while sleeping with sensitive ears. We would book the place again.

Apartment was as described with a beautiful view of the rolling hills. Kitchen was well equipped. Large bathroom. We felt right at home and Sabine was always very helpful and responded quickly with any questions. The apartment was the perfect fit for us. A great find near Marburg.

I was able to spend a weekend with friends at this wonderful place and we were all completely thrilled! Very quiet surroundings, lots of space and super accommodating hosts. Will not have been our last visit there :)

We booked Yonas' place for a motorcycle vacation. With the garage, our bikes were super protected. The apartment looks exactly like the pictures, is well equipped and super clean. The view from the balcony is beautiful. Absolutely recommended in total.

If you are looking for a comfortable, tasteful and quietly located apartment, Thomas is the right place for you. The amenities are high quality and the apartment was very clean. The two terraces invite you to stay in good weather. The area is absolutely quiet and you can reach the lake in no time. Numerous hiking and cycling trails are within easy reach. We felt super comfortable and will book again with Thomas on our next visit. It was perfect for us and very relaxing. Communication with Thomas was very friendly and proactive. The key box makes check-in very well organized.

We had a very pleasant stay in this cozy and clean house. Despite the short time, we enjoyed it very much. The location close to the train station was very convenient. Tolga was extremely friendly and helpful. We definitely recommend it.

The reception was very nice. I thought the apartment was great. Cozy, clean and a view of the beautiful garden. The Wi-Fi worked poorly for me, but I didn't report it, so no star deduction. I'd love to come back...!

The apartment was easy to find and the associated underground parking is very convenient. The apartment was tidy and clean. I missed a small oven in the kitchen,but I knew that before. The area was nice for walking and cycling. We were only unlucky with the travel time as it was low season, the restaurants closed. But to the next place is also not far if you don't want to cook for yourself.

Beautiful and quiet location in picturesque village just outside Fritzlar. Great walks and bike tours are possible from here, and of course a visit to the beautiful city center of Fritzlar.

Sven is a great host! I highly recommend renting accommodation from him :)

Were there with 2 people. Very spacious, modern amenities, very very clean and quiet, there was everything you needed, even a gift. We loved the view because we don't know it (live on the steep coast in a tiny place without signs, highway, federal road and train traffic). The loft is located in a very quiet and friendly residential area with nice neighbors. Free parking right outside the front door was always available. It was all great. We were greeted directly by the hostess, very friendly. Very clean apartment, large kitchen with dining area, large living room and small outdoor terrace. Quiet location, beautiful surroundings. Bakery and grocery store nearby. Lots of nature! Accommodation is highly recommended - price reasonable given the size of the apartment.

Staying with Andre was just wonderful. We lacked nothing. The aesthetic furnishings of the apartment invite you to feel good. Thank you for the time. We will be happy to come back.

We already knew the apartment from previous stays: plenty of space, great view from the balcony, kitchen equipment super. Only a small dishwasher is still missing. From the apartment you are immediately in the old town with the many beautiful half-timbered buildings, nice shops and restaurants/quaint pubs. Thanks to the nearby public elevator to the upper city, you can also get to the apartment or the lower city quickly - very pleasant for the stroller, luggage, wheelchair, etc. We'll be back! Very nice and great located apartment. We felt very comfortable. The beds are great and a great extra is natural that you can use the spa area. One more note for guests: the one bedroom can only be reached via the bathroom with shower. No problem for us at all, because there is still a small bathroom with toilet. I just think you should be aware of this unusual layout:-)
