Three bedroom house right on Johnson’s Pond with private water access right in the back yard. House features queen master with deck overlooking the pond. 2nd bedroom features a full bed with twin bunk bed above along with a stand alone twin bed. 3rd bedroom has a queen bed. Perfect for one or two couples to share. Full kitchen and laundry along with WiFi and streaming services. Use of 2 kayaks and pedal boat. Bright and sunny newly renovated second and third floor of house built in late 1800s. Three blocks from Mystic Seaport, a short walk to downtown Mystic. Off street parking on the side of the house. House has plenty of space with two bedrooms plus a bonus room with a queen size futon. I Homey and comfortable to make you feel you can put your feet up and relax. User friendly. First floor is used as an office only on weekdays. Only 1/2 mile from Mystic Amtrak station, an easy walk.

The home was exactly as described! It was lovely. A serene and peaceful vibe throughout and in the yard. both roomy and spacious. We were even surprised to get a water view from the top deck! All and all the house was very well appointed with everything we needed from chef quality pots and pans and dishes as well as a new out side gas grille! Beautiful artwork through out! Julie was great to work with and gave us excellent ideas for what to do and where to go in the area. We will surely go back! A great place for couples or a family with children.

Cassie’s place was adorable! Cozy and clean and just as described. We were a group of 4 women on LI for a girls weekend and the house was perfect for us. Plenty of space and bedrooms/baths. We walked into the town of Greenport a few times and loved the shops and restaurants. Cassie was always quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Would definitely stay here again!

This house served our family very well for a multi-month stay. The house and property are just like the photos and all the amenities were great to have. Would recommend staying here if you are looking for a quiet place near the water in East Hampton. Petra was always very responsive with anything we needed and was an excellent host.

We stay at Patti's place twice a year for a time of reflection. The location is peaceful and restful, right on the water. Patti always has a plate of cookies waiting for us and lets us know about any changes. We had a cold, wet first day, so were particularly delighted to be able to use the new gas fireplace, which kept everything warm and cozy. We're booked in for late fall already!

Large Island Lake House, near casinos

We loved the lakehouse! The setting and house were more beautiful than the photos. Panoramic lake views abound from inside and outside the house. The kitchen has new appliances and the house was toasty on a few very cold days. Also, there is a nice fire pit, outdoor lounge area, and a new dock that is amazing at night to walk out onto and gaze up at the stars. The sunrises and sunsets are visible from the property and provide a bonus. It’s very peaceful and everyone in my group slept well. I hope to be back in the warmer weather to swim, kayak, and unwind.

Absolutely pristine, it offered a perfect blend of comfort and beauty. It is clear that the property is meticulously maintained, spotless, elegant, and comfortable. The beds were comfortable, and every amenity was provided. The best part is the area! WOW. We walked into Mystic at least twice a day and had lovely morning strolls along the water. The back deck is perfect for coffee and pm cocktails. I highly recommend it. We'll be back.
