Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Nhat Tan

The accommodation was really great. I spent a month here and it is equipped with everything you need for a long-term stay. The internet is fast and you can work from home. Hot water and good water pressure. AC is brand new and super quiet. Bed is super comfy. There is also a gym and co-working space in the apartment complex. The host was always available and responded immediately to minor complications and questions. Super well located in a small mini town in Hanoi and there was everything you need in the vicinity. Supermarkets, restaurants and spa and you can walk a lot and enjoy the nature and surroundings. I liked it very much, also because it is quieter here than in the city center of Hanoi. Thank you very much for your hospitality and I would definitely come back!

Nice, spacious, comfortable view place.

Runa’s place is exactly as described. It’s the only unit on top of a coffee shop, so no neighbors. But you might hear some noise from the downstairs shop until around 10pm. You will hear some street noise, so bring some ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper. High ceilings and plenty of natural light. The bed is hard. The kitchen has basic supplies, and they provide bottled water and some snacks for you to enjoy. It is thoughtfully decorated and feels cozy.

So grateful for our stay at Tonkin House! The home is very central, close to everything we need, restaurants, and nightlife just a walk away. Very clean & comfortable beds.

I needed a place to stay to be close by to the children hospital where my son had a flu and had to spend a few night. This place was a perfect nice cozy little spot with all the amenities needed. Nice restaurants is next door where the mall was and the amazing Vietnamese street food was only walking distance away. I like how it’s close to the strip also with alot varieties of cuisine.

OK, I'm from London and I am currently still staying in this airbnb and have been for the last two months. The area is ocean park and I love it because there are really nice places to go walking and its a little more chilled then busy areas. I personally love staying in this airbnb because the host is very very helpful, you can message her anytime and she will literally always try to help. I’ve asked many things and she's always came through for me which I love.  The apartment is lovely and very clean, its very modern and I would actually say its even nicer in person. The building has a pool at the top which is usually very quiet and theres a gym literally in the building behind which you have access to. There some other facilities as well but I mostly use those.  There's an oven, washing machine and pots etc to cook with. I also found a very nice reformer pilates studio and gym around the corner (hyperfit).  There is a receptionist so its also safe and lifts are super quick.

The space is clean and modern with nice gym and laundry facilities, which we really appreciated for our long trip😂. The only thing I would suggest double checking is the location shown on Google map is off, we were directed to a location where is 5-min walk away from the entrance and it was in the middle of night so kind of scary. Also there is only one trash can in the bathroom which was slightly inconvenient, but we ended up using plastic bags for our temp “trash can” in the kitchen. Overall, the experience staying here was nice! The host was very responsive and helpful all the time. Their service can even beat some hotels I’ve stayed!

It’s an amazing stay! The host is super nice and friendly. It’s worth the price to stay and nearby there’s plenty of marts and cafe to go to.
