We liked it very much. The apartment is located high up and with the windows closed you almost can't hear the noises from the street. There is a kitchen, a refrigerator equipped with beer and drinks and water. Air conditioning is in every room, so there are no problems with the right temperature even on hot days. The rooms are large, very clean and equipped with closets. Only the beds were a bit too hard for us. I wish we had stayed longer in Saigon.

Great place. The most outstanding feature is that it is extremely easy for taxis etc to pick you up. There are pretty great food spots nearby and convenience stores. Just ask the host to recommend

Impeccable accommodation. Clean and very comfortable beds. cooking utensils needed to cook. Spacious rooms. the detail of the rooftop pool is a wonder. to relax after visiting the city and doing different tours. Very friendly owner, responds quickly to any guests and questions you have about the area or the accommodation. We would definitely stay again in the same place if we return to Ho Chi Minh.

Steve was an excellent host. He moved heaven and earth to get us into the apartment when we were earlier than expected. Simple, stylish and spotlessly clean. I really liked the apartment. It was very comfortable, making it a perfect place to relax. There are many restaurants around, so finding good food was never a problem. There's also a café with cats nearby, which I absolutely loved. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay.

The apartment is clean (the sunrise city apartment is old, so I thought there would be cockroaches and ants of course, but there was no priority) It was nice that you cleaned it every day

I was glad to find that there were shops next to the apartment and even when we came back home late the area was lit and busy with people which makes you feel safe. The apartment is facing the main road and it is very easy to get grab car whenever you wish to go sight-seeing. Nguyen Thi was very cheerful and helpful in helping us to check in and also helped us by providing a travel adaptor and giving us suggestions. Overall I had an amazing stay and would definitely recommend everyone to stay here! :)

We had a wonderful stay at Anh’s Airbnb . They were incredibly accommodating and provided extra mattresses for our kids making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The hospitality and attention to our needs were much appreciated. We’d definitely recommend this host to others.

This accommodation is located in the Dakao area of District 1 in Ho Chi Minh City, just a 10-minute taxi ride to the city center. It also features a work desk, making it suitable for remote work. The room is simple yet equipped with all the essentials, making it very convenient. The host was incredibly kind, attentive, and responded promptly to any questions I had. I would recommend this place to solo travelers.

Great host! Responded very quickly, and was very accommodating to our needs/requests. Check in and out was flexible. Love that there was easy and free parking for our 2 scooters. Wish internet was more reliable as I work remotely.

Anh's place is excellent. The best value for money I have experienced in his neighborhood. I have stayed a few airbnb places in Dakao and this is by far my favorite. The building has elevator, only one unit per floor, which provide great privacy. Three times cleaning a week and the maid does a great job. The apartment has separate bthroom, bedroom and living room with small kitchen that has all the basic you need to prepare a simple meal. The unit of course shows some sight of aging here and there but if you let the host know, she would try to fix it for you. Anhbis very responsive to messages. The only annoying thing is the water pump noise that is audible from the bedroom, but overall, I'm satisfied with my 1 month stay and would come back again.

Chau was absolutely lovely and helpful. We booked another place beforehand which was an absolute disaster. I reached out to her at midnight and she answered right away giving me the best support someone could ever give! She arranged that the apartment would cleaned earlier so we could check in. An absolute charm, can only recommend!

The host is always responsive and detailed. The room is as shown in the pictures and not too far from the center, so you can get around by taxi enough. You can sleep quietly. There is a convenience store in the building, so it is convenient.

Chau is extremely considered host quickly responsive and extremely helpful. The place is a small studio apt with an amazing view on the 20th floor very clean and with a laundry machine Also the swimming pool on the 7th floor is a nice place to swim and sunbathing Across the road there is a local market where I was buying fresh fruit and in a walking distance there are restaurants and cafe massage place A very good location Thank you Chau 🙏🙏

Linda was a great host and exceptionally responsive to your needs. Layout of house was clean, instructions and labels for ever corner. Location walking distance to D1. Left and right of airbnb full of close by eatery, coffee shops, and entertainment. Pool, gym and concierge was a plus.

Hai's place is in a great location. Close to District 1 via grab which is where a lot of sights are. The place itself has all that you need and a good view of the city. There are convenience stores and a decent cafe at the bottom of the building. Definitely would recommend

Minh's apartment was in a great location with many shops and restaurants nearby. A short walk to Ben Thanh Market as well. The city views are spectacular at this location, especially at night. The apartment was clean and provided plenty of space for our family of 7 during our stay. Thank you!

Quiet non touristy area. Great seafood among the locals behind the lanes. Smallish but useful space for 4 and well designed storage spaces and full sized fridge! Good enough for longer term stay. Host command of English was not the best but he was very responsive and helpful.
