Nice place and keep good job

Once again I chose this place. It's amazing, the host prepared us a house with lots of greenery. I'm a very demanding client but it's great, they do everything very perfectly, the structure of the house has four very separate floors, always airy and full of freshness. The landlord is friendly and they also send very details on how to check in. Once again I love the host and see the host as a friend. Thank you very much.

The day we arrived it was terrible. Raining like hell... Pouring everywhere but the instructions were clear, precise... Accurate. However I did not have a SIM card.. Nor WiFi. How did I manage then? The neighbours.. We came across 3 neighbours who were there to help. Phoning to THAO. Just to mention that the surroundings is safe and you feel at home. The other days, things went much better. Now we had SIM and WiFi. Everything went like a breeze. Easy. THAO even booked a tour for us... Wonderful half day. THAO is very supportive, proactive and.... Discrète which my whole family did appreciate. The room is as described. Neat and functional. It is not a 5 star hotel but for the price you pay I must consider myself lucky and the place is worth every penny you pay. There is food stalls and restaurants everywhere. You can walk at night. Mind you I came with my wife and daughter and I never felt unsecure. Do not think twice... Grasp the homestay before it's gone.

My friends and I had such a great time staying at Nguyen & Thu's place! Rooms were spacious and the location was great. They were both very responsive and helpful.

Cute little home close to everything. They were such great help. And was very fast with answering any questions we had. Would recommend this house to everyone.

if you want to live with the locals, living everyday life & get amongst it, this is the place to stay. Street food, coffee & ice- cream are 1 minute walk away. Close to the markets, restaurants & night life. don't flush toilet paper - took a couple of try's to get used to the small, high powered hose but got the hang of it. bedrooms are upstairs - not suitable if you can't walk up stairs. Overall - was the perfect place for first trip to Vietnam

Clean place in the center of the city. It is located in an alley, so it is quiet. We arrived before check-in and the host was happy to store our luggage as a group traveler. Very close to all tourist attractions in the center of District 1. There is a very famous Banseo house nearby. I recommend this place.

Place is squeaky clean. All amenities are in the right order. Unit is pretty new and appliances are in top condition. Small touches of christmassy spirit and little detail gave the place a 5 star !

Our Vietnam trip was even great because of the place. Ms. Sally was the best. One of the best air bnbs!!!

Minh Huy was an amazing host. My family and I really enjoyed our stay. Minh Huy was great at communicating with me and answering all my questions, and even offered me great local recommendations. Nearby are a lot of great restaurants and lots to do. The place is nice, big, and clean with all the appliances I needed. I highly recommend Minh Huy’s place.

It was a very enjoyable stay. Communication was very helpful and smooth and there are numerous opportunities for activities available in the property, including a very well and modernly equipped gym, sauna and pool on the 16th floor. We fully recommend the place.

Wendy has been a wonderful host! She’s very accommodating and quick to respond. The apartment complex is brand new and very peaceful. It’s great not having to deal with loud partying noises at night! The gym is a bit disappointing but the comfiness of the apartment itself makes up for it. The place is also very spacious! Wendy and her team also made it extending my stay very easy! I would definitely love to stay here again on my next visit!

Giang is the best host, he is not only pending, he also helped me a lot with my stay by fixing the mattress that was very hard. His apartment is spacious, with all the necessary amenities in an area with a large park, close to many places to eat and drink but very quiet.

It was a great location, and the manager and communication were accurate and comfortable.

One of the best apartments I’ve ever rented through the Airbnb without any doubt. Apartment looks even better than on the photos, host is very sweet and responsive. Complimentary cleaning for longer stays was a cherry on top, will definitely come back whenever I’m in Vietnam again
