what can be better than a host that upgrades your room for free? Great place to stay, but the place is kinda far away from downtown Danang. It's nice to relax here with less crowd though.

Great location. Close to the beach. A lot of restaurants, bars and shops in close neighborhood. The apartment was exactly as the pictures and extra plus with a nice balcony. Great host and always fast answers on my questions. When in Da Nang...this is the place.

We really enjoyed our stay. The set up was ideal for our family needs with a large swimming pool attached to the apartment block and the beach (and another pool) a 5 minute walk away. The beach at Danang is awesome and child friendly, this is always a major draw for us when selecting a destination to take a break. The location of the apartment is quiet and may not suit those who want easy access to convenience stores, restaurants, bars etc. Because of this one suggestion may be to have some basic condiments available depending on guests such as cooking oil, salt and pepper, etc. There is a restaurant on site and was good for us and the staff were attentive. Communication with the host was very good and it is easy to connect and get any information needed. In short, we had a great stay and will definitely consider staying again.

The apartment is very spacious, comfortable for everyday use, and cozy. The only downside is the noise coming from the street, which is why we moved to an apartment a few floors higher. For someone planning a shorter stay, I highly recommend it.

This apartment which is in a service hotel was great, clean comfortable. Hotel had very kind and fine service with extremely polite and helpful staff. Louis and his family were very helpful in every way. They helped us to rent a car at very good price, They also have a wonderful restaurant with delicious local food as well.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The host was really accommodating and Mr Vinh, provided amazing service and was very responsive with our requests. A very peaceful stay and so lovely being right next to the pool and walking distance to the beach. I would recommend this accomodation again for sure! Thank you guys for having us.

We loved our stay! Beautiful apartment, very comfortable beds. Amazing pool and beautiful beach. Very relaxing! Half way between Hoi An and Da Nang. Cheap to Grab to either. We appreciated the daily water and coffee. Highly recommend and hope to come back here 😊

We had a very pleasent stay at this apartment. View is spectacular. Area is perfect for solo and female travelers, very safe, even at late night. Easy access to beach, bars, restaurantes, supermarkets! It's a family business, we could easily reach the owner and other family members anytime. The doorman is welcoming, always said hi to us. The place is spacious, they offer free cleaning once a week, spotless. Has 3 balconies, perfect for chilling. Wifi is working perfectly for work. We washed our clothest the night before our flight and had no time to dry it, the family immediately showed up late night to organise help for us and we were able to fly out with washed and dried clothes.🙏Perfect customer service, very responsive. We found it hard in Vietnam to book a place as many reviews are fake on booking sites, this one is completely valid, true to description. We could turn to the owner with any question, they offered help with our SIM cards even. We would only book this place again.🫶

Ruby provides a comfortable, spacious and clean space for all her guests. She works very hard to give only the best and it shows! The location is perfect, as it is a short walk from the beach and a few different convenience stores as well as a few ATMs when you need them. Ruby also gives suggestions for great places to eat that are nearby too! Ruby’s accommodations also provide a room cleaning once a week! She is very thoughtful of the needs of her guests. If you need a place to stay long-term in Da Nang, this the best place to choose. :)

First of all, the house is very beautiful and stylish, it's well-equipped with modern faculties. I love the host too, she's very friendly and responsiveness, also her aunt who supported me a lot during the time I stayed here. Will turn back to this house next time!!

I really like the Japanese design of the room. Everything is clean. Moreover, the landlady is super friendly and nice. I’ll choose this place if I come back to Đà Nẵng.

It was a great stay! It’s an apartment inside of the hotel - so you have cleaning everyday (linen & towels change) and the stuff on the reception helped with all our needs. Location is just great - a lot of restaurants, cafes, massage parlors and the beach is walkable 5mins way. Rooms might be different from the photos but ours had the same amenities as the others and stuff was very helpful!

We stayed for a month in Nhi’s apartment and it was really comfortable and great place for our family. All what we needed was in the apartment as it was described and even better. Nhi is a perfect host and responded quickly to our requests and messages. They had a free cleaning every Sunday which was amazing for us. Great experience, we are going to come back next year while our traveling in Danang.

Great location, good price. The place is quite and safe. Check-in process was easy. Thomas gave us an access card to access the house at any time, so no need to bother anyone. There is an elavator, so there should be no problem if your room is at level 3 or 4. The rooms were tidy and clean. The beds and mattresses are soft and comfortable. There are also a lot of coffee shops, convenience stores, and seafood restaurants near by, and the beach is just 10 mins walking. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here and I would highly recommend this place. Thank you Thomas for your accommodation :)

Very attentive and friendly host with her family living on the first floor. I could always communicate the host via zalo whenever I forgot the key or have some inquiries. Room was tidy and had a lovely interior. Only a few minutes walk to the beach and there're plenty of cafes and local restaurants around the house. I will come back for sure and highly recommend to anyone :) Thanks again for the pleasant stay for two weeks.

The apartment and owner are both wonderful. There is a stove, ac, kitchenware, other basic amenities. we have stayed in a 1 bedrom apartment with kitchen and bedroom in separate rooms. Overall great experience. the only thing that has bothered us a lot during our stay is constryction work going on in the next building. Starts at 6-7 am and continues until evening. but this is not owner's mistake. the sea is close if you rent a bike.
