Great clean place I have no complaints

We're very happy at Pearline's basement apt. She was very responsive and friendly. Her place was very nice just like the pictures. The neighborhood was quiet and safe...and a few minutes away from all the plazas full of great restaurants and stores. Highly recommend it!

Very private and welcoming space that has basically anything you need and with surprisingly lots of space for a basement. Additionally it was very easy to get in and out of and owners were kind enough to provide some snacks and coffee among other things. Wonderful stay!

Codi was a great host. Very responsive, nice and straightforward. All instructions were clear we had no issues getting in or using anything the house. The beds were sooo comfortable! And I loved how everything was themed towards TVD, which is why we visited so it made the experience all more worth our while. Overall great place to stay. Very peaceful, quiet and the neighbors were super nice and helpful with site seeing and getting around. If I could give 1000/10 I would . Thank you again Codi !

We were only there for a few days unfortunately, the place was absolutely amazing! Beautiful house, beautiful view, everything you could possibly need! The kitchen was one of the most stocked I have ever seen! Never a question where something was or what it was because everything was labeled we loved that! Boots because part of the family this weekend! Thank you so much for having us ❤️

The home was beautifully decorated for the season and was a pleasant surprise when we arrived. There were ample supplies for our immediate needs. If you are visiting Conyers, this is the place to stay.

This home was perfect for what we needed! There was plenty of space— the bedrooms were a great size! The best thing about it was that everything was so clean— It felt like we were in an oversized hotel! The parking situation was perfect for our 3 vehicles. This house was also the perfect driving distance from everywhere we needed to go- Covington and conyers and surrounding areas. It also felt like a really safe area, and our family in Covington who are familiar with the area agreed that it was a great location safety-wise! Amenities-wise, each bed had comfortable bedding, extra blankets were provided, and there were plenty of towels available. Each bathroom had hand soap, and the kitchen had dish soap. We appreciated that each bathroom had a small trash can too! We would definitely stay here again!

The home was homely, well stocked and super clean. The pictures underrepresent the actual space. Very spacious for our group of 12. Everyone was comfy and had privacy. Wish the weather was better to enjoy the deck! We will be returning for future trips. Thanks again!!

Not only was the home beautiful, but it was exactly how it was shown in the pictures and everything made my family and I feel extremely comfortable for the holidays! #CLUTCH location for all things UGA graduation/game day! The beautiful back deck should be highlighted better, because it’s an incredible space for outdoor cooking/dining/birdwatching! The home has everything you need, and then some! Very efficient layout!

We came to Athens to visit family who just had a baby. Mark's place was less than a mile from my sister-in-law's house, so we were close enough to be convenient but also allowed us to get out of the way when needed :) Great place with spacious rooms and two beds/two full baths. Plenty of room for my 2-year old to scoot around on his little push bike without running over everyone's toes. Lots of seating in the living room. We didn't spend a ton of time in the house and it was a little rainy, but the back deck and back yard (overlooking a pond) looked really nice. Mark was proactive with instructions, and checked in to make sure everything was going well and we were having a great stay. I would book here again.

Great communications, very responsive and instructions were accurate and helpful. The place is roomy and comfortable and the location is fantastic. We will definitely stay there in our next trip.

Corey was very responsive and helpful. When we asked a question he responded quickly. The house was great for us to use while working in the area. The location is exactly what we needed (close to the interstate) We stayed around 3 months and had no issues.

We had a wonderful stay at Mecca’s place, very clear instructions and great communication. The place was sooo clean and spacious. Our stay was short but I would stay here again especially when we have a longer stay. Location was great, it seemed like we were never to far from any major destination. Thanks for making our trip great Mecca.

Nayla was proactive and reached out to us quickly after booking. The condo was super clean and very nice. Some drinks and snacks were left for us. The decor will make any Dawgs fan happy. This was a great place to stay for our short trip to Athens but I would stay here for longer as well. Comfortable and cosy the whole weekend. Excellent condo and host. Highly recommend.

Scott's place was really nice. It had all we required as a temporary transitional home. Scott's responses for which we had hardly any was very fast and clear. Whom ever secures this property for a stay will not be disappointed. The property was very clean and well stocked with linens, towels, and a few other amenities. It has a guarded community in a very peaceful area. Store and restaurants are within 5 min away driving distance.
