Vacation rentals with a patio in Newport

The "Hemmingway" or Old man by the sea, (#255)was a beautiful condo to stay in. The decor is above and beyond what others tend to furnish thiers with, which is basically yardsale finds. Not so with this one, very nice solid pieces of furniture. The nautical theme was warm and cozy and I felt right at home. The bed was like climbing into my own personal cloud, the sheets were stark white and even smelled good. The condo was all new, new floors, paint (which was nicely done) new appliances with nice dishes even. I did not want to leave , so I stayed in most of my stay and enjoyed each and every moment. In my opinion Lisa and her husband should be hired out to upgrade all the other condos on the Oregon coast. This truly is a step above all the rest!! The walls are a tad thin, you can hear dogs barking and doors shutting. but that is more to do with who is renting the place next door or above you. some people just never consider those around them. thanks, for creating such a lovely place

Not only was the unit spotlessly clean, well-appointed and incredibly comfortable (bed, couch, recliner) but the view was seriously spectacular. We enjoyed the king tides, rain or shine. There are always interesting things to do in Lincoln City/Depot Bay/Newport when the tide is high but otherwise, we were out hunting for agates. Amazing mini-vacation!

We had a great time with our dogs. This unit is located right on the beach as described gorgeous views and perfect for what we needed! Would recommend and will be back!

We had a wonderful time at this Airbnb and definitely lucked out with the weather! Beautiful accommodations and walking distance to beach and the immediate Taft district! Condo was clean and perfectly decorated! Host was very responsive and hospitable! Definitely recommend!

Kenneth’s place was definitely my favorite Airbnb I’ve stayed at. It was clean, quiet, and right in the center of a bunch of little shops and cafes which makes it the perfect place to stay to explore Depoe Bay and not far from the bigger surrounding cities, Lincoln City and Newport. The view is unbeatable - the ocean is literally just across the street. Instructions for check in/check out and parking were very simple and we had no issues at all. The little guide book inside was so helpful in giving recommendations and answering any questions we had and because of that, we didn’t have to reach out, which I consider a massive plus! We had every amenity we could have needed and everything felt very welcoming. I would absolutely book Kenneth’s place again and hope to do so in the future!

What a beautiful little place! Wonderful view of the ocean from the comfort of the Condo or a short walk and you're on the sand. Couldn't ask for much more. Warren was a great host, and I would recommend his place to anyone wanting a beach front rental. The hot tub in the unit was a big hit with my group and we would definitely like to return soon...

Great place for 5 of us with puppy. Suggest a few more kitchen amenities like a nice big salad bowl and regular toaster. We had a disabled woman with us and couldn’t find a way down to beach for her. Porch is lovely!

fantastic home with plenty to do both inside and out. Very close to the coast and in walking distance of plenty of shops for all your needs. Quite a fun arcade with a plethora of games and entertainment for all ages. Everything was really clean and welcoming.

We had a lovely stay! We especially enjoyed the views of the ocean and easy access, the hot tub and the thoughtful selection of coffees and s’mores to make with our grandkids! This is a beautiful section of the Oregon coast and the house is well appointed with everything we needed!

This place exceeded my hopes and expectations. It’s a really unique configuration with essentially two adjacent places with a shared deck with a hot tub. It was perfect for my friend and I to enjoy some shared time but also be able to retreat to our private spaces. Each unit was equipped with everything you could possibly need. Beds were comfy too. It’s a very short drive to the beaches and a short walk to restaurants. Overall just a gem that I highly recommend.

Our family loved this beach house! It was spotless clean and awesome! The kitchen was very well equipped and even had some basic spices and coffee! We had an issue with the heater and they were EXTREMELY responsive, called me and then sent someone to fix it! I feel like they went above and beyond to make sure that our family was comfortable. The hot tub was amazing and everything was just set up well! They had toys and books for kids and extra blankets. I can’t wait to return. !!! 😀 We personally did not access the beach because it was a little bit of a walk and very steep stairs, which was not really doable with small kids..

Perfect little spot. Very clean and modern, comfortable, with everything one could need for a short trip. Hosts were extremely helpful and courteous.

Our stay was so restful and yet fun. Cape Escape is so close to Pacific City that it was quick and easy to grab a coffee downtown, or go out for dinner at Pelican Brewing (which I recommend). It's also close to a number of beach entry points, which was great. Cape Escape was super clean and private. The beds were comfy, too. The kitchen is well equipped, and we were able to make our Thanksgiving dinner. And, having that fireplace/stove was wonderful and cozy during November when evening comes early. I'd definitely book here again.

The condo was immaculate, 3 minute walk to the beach (make sure to check out sunrise/sunset times;), very well stocked and great decor. I believe that Keith actually made the dining room table himself! Walkability for shops, restaurants and bars was right outside the front door, friendly people and good vibes abound. If you haven’t yet visited the Oregon Coast, Carole’s Loft is situated in a perfect location for exploration and an absolutely wonderful place to come home to. After a month touring on the road it was the perfect escape and, I whole heartedly recommend it for anyone looking for a step back from the daily hustle and a dose of Oregon hospitality. Awesome place on the coast.

This beach apartment was so lovely, very beautiful view of the ocean and close by to lots of things in town. The interior had a super spacious yet cozy vibe, and the kitchen was very well equipped! Had a great stay here!

This place was lovely! The ocean views are spectacular. It is conveniently located and easy to find. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. The condo itself was clean and well organized. Whenever we needed something it was easy to find. As cooks, we enjoyed the kitchen and cookware was better than most rentals we've used. In all, we would definitely stay here again!
